The first time I went the guy did my gel mani and did an amazing job! The polish lasted a whole month almost. I only got them done again because I was sick of the color and it didn’t even chip!
However the most recent time I went I got a girl whose name I don’t remember and she was terrible! I kept saying over and over that I wanted gel and she still gave me a regular pedi and I had to keep reminding her to do it right for my mani. She did redo my toes but the file was terrible they’re all uneven and even though I just got the gel a week before they’re chipped!
So if you go here just get it done by the guy he’s the best.

Came here for a mani pedi combo my daughter got a full set with pedi. I give it 2 stars for the quality of work, they did a so-​so job not good not bad minus 3 stars because they charge more when you are finished and ready to pay than they tell you when you walk in. Customers may as well disregard the prices that they have posted in the front because they will charge more than listed price. The spa pedi and mani combo on the sign says 28.00 but they charged me 29.00 and the full set white tip is posted at 25.00 but they charged me 28.00. When I asked about the price difference they just said the sign posted is not correct. Umm so why do they have it up? False advertisement? Then I paid with a bank card the girl forgot to give me back my card and I didn’t notice until I got home about 10 minutes later
So I called right away and they said they didn’t have it, so I drove back and guess what there was my card on top of the desk! Wow it is the good thing I didn’t take their word for it. It’s safe to say I won’t be returning to this place no matter how convenient. Not worth the headache and possibly losing my card!

Their ATM machine is a little shady. Apparently it only works in increments of $ 5… So they will run your card for more money (and not tell you) in order to make it an increment of $ 5. Doing this resulted in my bank charging me a fee for a cash withdrawal at a «nonbank» atm. My mani was $ 12 (which was a below basic job… Not even worth the $ 12) but the receipt said $ 15.99. They charge a $.99 fee for using atm, which is fine… But I didn’t like that they did a cash withdraw out of my account without telling me. Oh and she wanted to keep the $ 3 for her tip. I talked to a different girl about it and they refunded me the extra money but I would recommend just bringing cash.

Nice salon and service, but man oh man took me so long to completely remove the acrylic nail not only that but damaged my nail :(the acrylic was honestly stuck to my nail as hard as a rock! I dipped in acetone for 2 hours. I loved this salon at first but now its total opposite. Seems like they use MMA liquid. Nice, clean, salon but i wish they’d use the correct method & supplies!

Got there and there was no wait owner is really nice but seems super busy. The water was boiling hot I said the water is too hot the client next to me was like yeah the water is way too hot the client on the other side of me her feet were boiling they looked super red. Then the thing the water comes out of was spraying everywhere so the owner said she was going to drain the water, the water drained and I sat there for a couple minutes she came back and turned on the water and again to a boiling point. No complaints of the lady that did my pedi she was great, I didn’t catch her name. Now the girl that did my gel mani, I specifically chose a color that could match my toes she went to do it and said the color was out, how in the world are you out of colors when this is a nail shop? Weird! So then I do a color it’s whatever then she only does two layers of gel and and you can still see the brush lines I ask umm can you do one layer she looks at me and says why didn’t you tell me earlier… I say well is it going to mess my nails up (thinking maybe she saying it would do something to my nails it’s too much) her response: no it just takes more time. Wow ok! My boyfriend pays at the beginning and leaves me there to run an errand the owner comes to me and says she only charged him a pedi (she charged him 45 plus an extra $ 5 he gave her) so she said she will have to charge me for a mani, I said ok. They charged me $ 25.99 and the girl didn’t know how to charge cards so another girl came and said this machine only does even numbers so they’ll charge $ 30 or $ 25 and if 25 I have to give a $ 1 to cover it so I’m like ok so I give a $ 1 then a day later I see on my statement a 25.99 charge and a $ 2.50 non atm fee because of that. Yeah I won’t go there again I ended up paying like 75 – 80 for a mani/​pedi.

I was coming from out of the area I searched for a nail salon here on Unilocal.This place is very nice, modern, clean, and the ladies that work here are very nice! I don’t know the name of the lady that did my nails but she did an amazing job! I got a full set/​gel/​and coffin shape. I couldn’t be more satisfied, she took her time and did a great job! I’m sad that I don’t live closer to this salon but I will definitely stop here every time that I am in the area.

I love this salon Tien is the best, very patient, nice, clean, they have the best colors and it’s never busy, the prices are fair too.

This place is good if you’re a regular I guess, but not if you’re a walk in. I called ahead to see if they were busy and if it would be ok if I just walked in, they said it would be fine.
When I first got there the place was almost empty but I had to wait anyway. After a bit they sat me in one of their chairs and had my feet soaking. While I sat there a few people came in who either had an appointment already or were obviously regulars because everyone seemed to know each other. Nonetheless I sat there for about 45 minutes while my water got cold and they saw everyone else who came in until they finally made time for me. Usually I wouldn’t care because I know people have appointments and what not, but if I call ahead and ask if you’re going to be busy then don’t tell me to come in and sit me down in a chair, shin deep in water, just because you don’t want to lose out on business. I would’ve understood that they were going to be busy, took that as a good sign, and then made a point to make sure I made an appointment for next time or tried to come in early. But now I really have no desire to go back.
Not only did I sit there for a long time waiting for them to finally see me, but when they did finally see me they didn’t even apologize for the wait. When the lady went to cut my nails for my manicure she asked me how short I wanted them, my thumb nail was much shorter than the rest and I told her that I wanted all my nails to be that same length, she told me that was too short and only filed my nails a little bit and left them long because apparently I have no idea what I want.
The rest of the process was rushed through and it showed because my nails started chipping the next day.
The location is nice and clean looking, but based on other reviews it’s true that you never really know.

Steven did my gel manicure and pedicure and he was fantastic! Attention to detail, asked for feedback, and was very professional. The salon is very clean and the décor is nice. I highly recommend Steven and the salon!

This was my first time at this nail salon. I had a gel manicure and within 2 days the gel started lifting on the majority of my nails. Went back and they fix my issue. Thank you!

I love coming here. All the ladies are super friendly. I had told one of the ladies doing my nails that I had a really bad experience at a nail shop in eastvale. The one right next to Ralph’s. I told her how the lady didn’t even soak off my acrylics. How she was just basically ripping them off and it hurt really bad. And it’s not like I’m sensitive to stuff like that cuz I have a pretty high tolerance for pain. So that means she was just asking to get slapped. Lol anyway. Katie made sure she took her time and my nails never looked better. I’ll be visiting again. :)

Absolutely beyond happy with this salon! Love it! Ive been looking for a nail salon in Eastvale but no luck, decided to drive up a little and I came across this Gem! Not only is the salon so nice and relaxing, the customer service is beyond great. My technician Steven hands downAmazing!!! My gel mani and pedi came out just the way I like it. Thank you Steven!

Best place… ever! I’ve gotten my nails done here several times and each time they came out absolutely PERFECT.
Also did eyebrow waxing for the first time here-​I usually get them threaded. My God, my eyebrows came out FLAWLESS. The BEST I’ve ever seen them, thank you Trini :) Quick, absolutely painless, and beautiful!

My gel manicure has grown out beautifully. The top edges are all smooth and even so there has not been any lifting of the gel. Over three weeks without any signs of wear, and still very shiny. Also had a pedicure and it looks good three weeks later as well. Nice clean shop and friendly staff. I’m going back today for another mani/​pedi, I’ll post pics if I’m so happy again!

I got my nails done by Katie because of all the photos of her work which looks amazing. I had to test this place out. She was very kind and sociable and most importantly accommodating she asked how exactly I would I like my nails (which no other nail place would do so) the poor thing also had to stay late but she didn’t rush it which at first I was afraid she would but she didn’t she took her time. I was very pleased how my nails came out definitely my new nail place

I walked in and they took me in right away, on a Monday afternoon, and the lady fixed my nails!!! Last place I went about a week ago, did a pretty crappy job and were already lifting, but she took her time and made them right. Thank you!

Clean, friendly, average price for the area. It’s a hit and miss who gets to do your nails. I’m always please with the girls so okay with whomever. Great selection of nice colors by OPI.
The best part is they are accommodating, my husband and I are always trying to get in the door before closing at 7:00pm since we are driving home in the traffic. And they never turn us away except for one time where they were so full, that we would of waited all night.

This is my go-​to spot. It’s the best place in the area to get your nails done! I’ve been to all of the nail salons around here, and haven’t been completely happy. I’m very picky on how I want my nails done, and I always go to Steven for my gel manicures. He always has helpful suggestions; I’m indecisive sometimes and he helps me make decisions on what color, etc. I like Emily for my pedicures, she is always so nice and sweet and does a great job!
They are also open earlier than most salons, which is a plus. They are also always accommodating, and fit me in last minute if necessary. They also give stamp cards, so you can get a free service after its filled up!
