Horrible so rude all they did was talk in there language and rushed through my pedi and mani I was the last one there and felt rushed turned off certain lights in the building and my toe polish was clumpy do go !

Stopped here quite by accident. My regular nail person is out on extended leave and I was looking for another shop that I could not find. Impatient me gave up and thought for sure this was the one. Unfortunately not. I came in for a gel fill and the older lady put my nails in foils as if to remove them. I asked her why she was doing that and she said they always do that, that she needs to see what type of nails I have before anything else. I told her I have gel nails as acrylics gave me problems. She ignored me and proceeded to look at one of my nails and said it’s definitely acrylic. I told her that’s impossible because I had problems in the past with acrylic and watched my regular guy fill with gel every time I go in. She argued back and forth with me. I finally said, if she was taking them off then just to leave them off and give me a regular manicure. She got upset, raised her voice at me and said I did not understand what she was saying. She finally had a younger girl come over who looked at my nails and agreed they were not acrylic. I told her it was too late and to just remove my nails, but that I did not want the older lady working on me any longer. The younger lady turned out to be Teresa and was very nice and patient with me as I was pretty upset at this point. When she was almost done, she told me they don’t even do gel fills, which is what I said I wanted before they even sat me down! Teresa only charged me $ 20, but I’m left with my very thin nails. Very frustrating. Will not be returning and will be letting everyone know to NOT come here!

The place is really nice inside. Has a great location. Other than that do not go here to get your nails done!!! I was in about a week ago & the lady doing my nails was SO RUDE! Not only did she rush doing my nails but she was talking crap about how I wanted my nails done!!! Of course they were speaking in whatever language they were speaking but some of the words they were saying were in English. She was speaking to another girl about how I wanted my nails long. The other girl right next to her said «long nails are ugly your nails are supposed to be short» at that point I just wanted to get out of there. So rude. Do not go here.

First time here & got a full set with Lana & a pedicure. Great job, beautiful salon. Will be back

Very clean, I usually see Teresa however she has been on vacation and I’ve been seeing Julie, both to an amazing job. To be honest I’ve never had bad service here regardless of who’s done my hands or feet. Every one is very friendly, and they take their time to ensure everything is done well… they don’t make you feel rushed, like other salons that are in a hurry to get people in and out. They have a lot of regulars, probably because once you go you always come back. Very well priced and they never try and up sell you on anything, probably the best nail shop I’ve been to. They have a lot of gel polish colors to chose from as well as regular polish.

My go-​to nail salon. I have had acrylic nails for years now, and I get them done here at Karrma Nails by Lana, or when she is not available, Theresa. Both are excellent. They always keep up with the trends and do whatever I ask for beautifully. They take their time and make sure every nail looks as perfect as the next.
I have heard great things about their spa services although I’ve never tried it myself. I believe they do everything from microdermabrasion to massages to eyelash extensions and everything in between.
My favorite part about this nail place is that now that I’ve gotten to know Lana so well over the past few years, she lowers the price of my acrylic fills and new sets just for me. I’m sure she does it for lots of customers, which I think is really great since I’ve been going for so long.

Good parking and easy to find. Love this place, very clean and relaxing. Julie and chi are both very nice and do not pressure you.

In all the times I’ve been here for wax, acrylic, pedi, gel, and mani (pretty much every single service you can get in the salon and does it accurate and well) it has always been with Julie or Theresa. Not only great customer service but amazing artist that knows what the customer wants and always delivers 120%!
Despite all the lower reviews about this place, I drive 50+ miles every week from Long Beach to Riverside to not only visit family but also to see Julie or Theresa. Their services allow me to look refreshed, presentable, and ready for another week of school, life, and work!

This has become my regular place. I really like teresa and julie. I’ve had problems with the gel coat polish here. It doesn’t stay. Also there is one lady here that always cuts me. Or files me. She is too ruff. The older lady. The younger girls are better and more gentle. So be sure to ask for them.

I love it here! The staff is extremely friendly and the owner is very involved. If your in a hurry they do the best they can to get you in and out! & they always do everything I ask. Prices are also reasonable in my opinion:)

It doesn’t look like much on the outside, but the inside is quite nice. I just went this morning at 10 and only had to wait 20 minutes to get a spa chair. The chairs are nice and have a lot of massaging options. The woman who worked on me was nice, but she did my pedicure and manicure in such a hurry. She did dig out the skin from under my big toe nails that was causing me pain, but the paint job on both is not so good. She never bothered touching up and removing the extra nail polish that ended up on my skin. Like I said, she seemed to be rushing and she barely spoke to me until the end. I guess they don’t have one lady doing your toes while another works on your hands. It would save time and I would have liked to have one of the younger girls work on me to see how they did. Oh well, after going to about 15 different nail places, I still haven’t found the one that I will stick with. I will try another in about a month.

Mom and I had to find a new nail shop about 6 months ago and found Karrma on Unilocal.We haven’t looked back. The technicians are all personable and fun to interact with. The gel nails last 3 whole weeks as do the pedicures. The owner, June, is the best waxer ever. Karrma cares about their clients and it shows in their care and quality.

Went here for the first time the other day for a pedicure.
Pros: Didn’t try to upsell anything, Didn’t try to talk too much with me, Gorgeous decorations, Clean and nice inside
Cons: After only 3 days, the polish on one of my toes is worn, not chipped, but rubbed away, Prices weren’t fantastic.
They had the basic $ 17 pedicure, then the next one up was $ 27; I prefer places that have a level in between. Based off that and the fact that the polish is already wearing off after only 3 days, probably won’t return.

Yaaayyyyy! I finally found my nail place after months of searching for a place in and around the Corona/​Norco area!
This new nail salon opened up in June 2011 is nestled between a Subway and a Coin Laundry mat in the Stater Bros. shopping center!
I know doesn’t sound much of a shopping center but oh. does the term «looks are deceiving» mean anything? From the outside it doesn’t look much but once you walk in to a nicely modern decorated and clean nail salon and you are warmly greeted at the front and you will wonder why I didn’t walk in this place before???
They have these massage chairs that are unbelievable! They are all new and they have a control that massages the butt! Yup, you heard me the Butt!!! Oh how did we forget to pamper our buttocks while we are pampering our hands and feet! Shame on us for ignoring the Gluteus Maximus!!! What can I tell ya I was in heaven!
Oh but there is more. I just get your standard manicure and pedicure and I had my toes and fingers done by the owner. She really took the time out to really work on my toes. She meticulously worked on my feet and she was very thorough. Not like some of the other places that want you in and out so fast you didn’t even get to enjoy the chair massage! And her sister from Arizona was in town and she is a licensed massage therapist who will be helping with the store a coupe days out of the week did my foot massage and boy was I falling asleep!
Between the nice massage chair and her magic hands on my feet, I wasn’t ever going to get up! She did an outstanding job massaging my feet I didn’t want it to end. And I swore she massaged my feet for a fairly long time without charging me for an extra 10 minute massage!
They also have a selection of OPI nail colors and a nice selection of gossip mags too choose from.
But wait there’s more… (like those info commercials you see on T.V.) The whole thing cost me $ 25.00!!! Yup you heard me. twenty-​five buckaroonies??? Where can you find that level of service for twenty-​five dollars. That is unheard of. They also do massages and other spa services only for women in the back and if it’s the sister that is doing the massages, I am definitely going to schedule an appointment! I told my friend who lives close by about it and she said «Shh.don’t tell anyone about it so it won’t be crowded.»
But this secret is too good to keep quiet!!!
