Showcase Auto Glass

This is a way overdue review. I went in for windshield replacement on my VW Tiguan over 2 months ago. It’s still in great shape! Showcase replaced my windshield very quickly and their price was fair. They also have mobile service too. If I ever need any auto glass service in the future I will definitely be coming back here.

Stopped by after seeing the reviews. I had a small chip/​crack in my windshield and didn’t want it to grow. They were nice and got it finished within 15 minutes. Even though they were already working on another car. The crack even disappeared only the initial chip was visible. I’ll be returning if it ever happens again. Also the price seems unbeatable.

I have driven by this location with their $ 25 chip repair sign countless times. Wish I had stopped in sooner. Jimmy was great to work with and helpful from the moment I called until the time I drove out with a new windshield. Super fast friendly service at an awesome price. Called and ask for price for my new Nissan, was quoted price half of what the other guys wanted.

Called in last minute to make an appointment had the best customer service ever !!! Showcase Auto Glass was recommended to me by Morey’s Collision many years ago. Their work and their prices are better than their competition. Jimmy and his brothers are professional, courteous, and very good at what they do. I recently had the rear windows of my 1999 Chevy Tahoe replaced because the molding was separating from the glass itself. My truck looks brand new! The best part is that they will come directly to your place of business or your home! I, too, have never been disappointed and wouldn’t hesitate for one moment to recommend them! I consider them the BEST!

Took my daily driver for a new front windshield.
My 98 integra’s front windshield was showing its age with so many rock chips all over making it difficult to see when facing Sun.
Made few calls to find a place with good and reliable parts, pricing and workmanship, and decided to go here.

I got very high quality glass and have had no leaks so far.

This place is great! I went here once before because I was told I had a crack in my windshield and I saw their ad for 25 dollars to repair windshield cracks, when I pulled up the guy told me that I did not actually have a crack and I appreciated the honesty. So when I got scratches on my windshield I went back there, I spoke to Jimmy who let me use his razor and helped me take the scratches off of my car, he also gave me a bottle of their glass cleaner and showed me how to buff out the scratches on the side of the car. He did this all for free and would not even accept my tip that I tried to offer to him. This
company is very honest, and knowledgeable! I am so happy with how my windshield looks now, & I didn’t have to pay a dime! Highly recommend this place

Just had a windshield replaced on a customers vehicle. The quality of customer service was excellent. The installers that came to my business location were nice professional and did a nice CLEAN job. They had the glass in stock and we’re able to get the job done quickly. The price was very good as well.

After 2 years of putting off replacing the cracked windshield on my 2007 Kia Spectra, I decided to bite the bullet.
After calling around I decided on Showcase Auto Glass. Not only was Showcase the best price, but the customer service on the phone was great and they could get me in the next day.
When I arrived, I found a hidden gem of a shop and the bottom of the hill. I was greeted warmly by two employees and they asked me to pull my car around. I parked my car and they went to town on the glass. They changed it in about 45 minutes!
As a woman, I always worry about going to auto shops alone, because I’ve been treated less than great in the past. Showcase Auto glass treated me with respect and honesty.

Not only was my Monday horrible– but on my way home I get a rock in my windshield causing a spider web effect.
I found Showcase Auto Glass here on Unilocal and he had one review with 5 stars. Jim quoted me $ 25 over the phone. I went straight to his shop because I just knew this spider web would eventually be the death of my windshield. Jim was very professional and super friendly. After all was said and done, my spider web look more like a reflection. So much better!

Surprised no one has written a Unilocal review on Showcase Auto Glass! This is truly a hidden gem. The shop is located right pass Hidden Valley off Hamner. It is easy to miss as the shop is below the surface level. But it is on your right-​hand side if going north bound on Hamner about 50 ft passed Hidden Valley.
Now for the review and my experience.
I was an unfortunate victim of a rock chip on my front windshield. A good size rock hit the mid section of the window and left a prominent bulls eye damage about the size of a nickel. To make the frustration worse, this happened right before my road trip planned for the day after!
It was nearly 4:30pm on friday and was in desperate mode to get it fixed before the trip. My wife and I called around town. Most shop were closing or were way overpriced! Some shop quoted us $ 65 per each chip repair!
After further digging, found Showcase in Norco. It is about 10mi from our home, but was worth the drive. We spoke with Jim and he was kind enough to wait for us to arrive before shop closure. As advertised, Jim said the repair would be only $ 25!
Upon our arrival, Jim immediately greeted us and assessed the crack. He said it is repairable and began his work. The whole process took only 20min or so. The repair is about 90% better than it was initially. For those who have done crack repair know that there is no such thing as 100% repairable crack. There will always be some visible scars… but in this case, due to the size of my crack I was pretty impressed with the result!
Not only did Jim repair the glass promptly, but fortunately will now stop the crack from spreading which would ultimately result in expensive full windshield replacement. Now, I can go on my road trip in comfort knowing the glass will no longer be compromised.
I personally highly recommend Showcase for windshield repairs and replacements. Jim is very friend and also a huge Dodger fan! Go Blue!
