Went to this location on Sunday the 14th at around 6pm. There were no customers in the store, only three employees behind the counter. The dining room was a wreck! Food and trash all over the floor, the tables were all dirty. We had to ask that they wipe down a table so that we could dine in.(Which they promptly did!) However, the food was presented in a timely manner, and the burger was great. Husband was not to pleased w/the BLT, but my burger was great… The employees were very nice and friendly, but we were very disappointed to see the store in such a horrible disarray. Unfortunately we will not be returning.

First and last time I will eat here. Ive heard the comparison of Five Guys & In N Out being similar?!? Um no that is a lie there is no comparison. Family of 4 ate for $ 40 which is crazy the food is absolutely not worth it. The burgers are fresher than McDs etc however they don’t have hardly any flavor. The fries are natural with the potato skins on, thick cut & again not very flavorful. I was disappointed and will not return

Haven’t been here in a while but the first time I ate here it was pretty good. It tasted pretty bland this time and I wish I ate somewhere else. The fry portions are huge. I got a small and it was lots of fries! Also too expensive for what it is.

I love this place! The double patty burger with bbq sauce, with everything on it, except chili peppers is super delicious. When I want a fresh cooked tasty burger, this is the place to go. The French fries always taste great and always look like they where just cut from a potato. A++++

So confused!!! This was my first time at Five Guys. so i have to idea what to expect. I’m glad i finally got to see what all the hype was about. The girl at the cashier was not clear on how to order and just stared at me! Felt like an idiot! I didn’t realize that you had to choose your toppings. She was not helpful at all. So sad. and I felt so embarrassed after ordering. The burgers are so good!!! Wow better than any other fast food joint(besides In N Out). Are the buns supposed to be soggy? Not too sure how I feel about THAT. The burger was super tender and juicy. I had mushrooms in mine. So ooey gooey I loved it. The fries were delicious too! I will totally come back!

First time eating here since living in California. Not sure how this place got the reputation of having good tasting burgers. There is no seasoning on the meat. I could make this burger at home. I even asked if they could put seasoning on the burger and I was told no and there was salt a pepper on the table. If I am paying more money to have someone cook my burger please season it. Even all the fast food chains season the burgers and they are processed.

I finally understand the hype of eating here. As you enter your inundated with wall to wall of how they have the best burger anywhere. Their décor is very similar to In n Out, and that’s about it. They have NODRIVETHRU but they do have a huge patio area. One thing I didn’t care for was the extremely high volume of music they were playing. Maybe it’s just me but it was a tad too loud. Their burgers are delicious and juicy. I really like the fact, that you can build your burger with any toppings, with NO additional cost. My hubby was acting like a kid when he saw the Cola machine. It’s pretty awesome! Create your own flavor. Pretty cool..

This place really hit the spot for me a few weekends ago, after a very busy day. I have been to other 5 guys before and enjoyed it. The fries are always amazing. I love how well these franchises manage to maintain consistency by using all of the best and most fresh ingredients in their food production. Their hotdogs are good too, though i usually grab a burger. Anyhoo, i appreciate them being open and available when i needed(and craved) it most. Their staff is always friendly. This is always a great place to grab a quick snack and know you arent getting your everyday fast food on a bun. Fresh, quality ingredients go into their food and it is evident in the final product.

Great customer service! Went in at 915pm when they close at 10pm. It was two cooks and both the guys greeted us promptly and super friendly. They asked if we wanted water while we wait and were polite all the way til the end when we walked out. Saying goodbye and thank you goes a long ways. Great customer service. Well done 5 guys. 5 star.

One of my favorite burger joints. I never get as full anywhere else as I do with Five Guys. Their Bacon Burger«All The Way» is the reason why I keep coming back to this place. Sometimes I am just so hungry that no ordinary little burger and fries can cut it so I gotta stop by here. The portions are HUGE! The amount of fries they pack into your bag is ridiculous(in a good way!) And the burger barely let’s you breathe when you take that huge juicy bite. No gimmicks, nothing fancy just good ol’ fashion deliciousness. Prepare to only have this one meal for the whole day since I doubt you will be hungry after eating here for the rest of the day. The fountain drink machines have a lot of options to choose from, from gatorate to lemonade, to soda. If peanuts are your thing… Yup, they have a lot of that there! You can also order online, pay for it, then just swing by and pick it up. I recommend the Cajun fries! You will not be disappointed!

Burger Bowl with Everything was a great option for GF/DF/LCHF! My kids love the cheese burgers. And my husband demolished a barbecue burger.

Very clean. Staff was nice and friendly. I have seen reviews where people complain about the prices. Look at the amount to food you get. The quality and freshness. This is not Jacks or Ronald’s burgers! No $ 1.00 board. You get what you pay for! A good burger!

I think this is better than In-N-Out… Choices are awesome! Order all the way, the Cajun fries are the best!

It was my first time at a Five Guys chain and was really looking forward to a damn good, juicy burger. Cool, carnival like interior décor. I liked how you could customize your burger. I ordered the little bacon cheeseburger with all of the toppings and some fries. I don’t like peanuts so didn’t have any, even though my wife loved them. The burger sure looked good, but was disappointing. With everything I had on it, I expected a explosion of flavors and textures in my mouth, but it tasted disjointed and lacked flavor. Mediocre burger at best. I felt it was missing that«it» factor that makes In n Out burgers shine. Sorry Five Guys, In n Out is the west coast burger champ!

Amazing burger, amazing service. Enjoyed the Cajun fries and the A1. Friendly staff, very courteous and helpful. I ended up ordering the double burger not expecting as much food which is great. But had a huge breakfast so ended up having them split it. Count one for the good guys. Even 5 of them.

We were greeted by a friendly, energetic gal, as soon as we set foot in this restaurant. Only two guys and two gals were behind the counter today, not Five Guys. Even without the total five, service was quick and the food was great. My husband liked that they offer raw jalapeños, instead of the usual pickled ones. I like that I had the choice of raw or grilled onions and that they offered malt vinegar for my fries. While you wait for your food, you can also help yourself to free, bottomless peanuts.

Can’t say much for the burgers other than they have plenty of meat, i.e. two patties, but lack a grilled flavor and the only cheese is American. Bleh. I saw a little girl at another table munching down her Carl’s Jr. burger(from across the street). I suspect she is on to something. The option to put anything and everything on your burger at no additional price, is great, but I was sorely disappointed that the mushrooms appeared to be canned. However, the fries… they are to die for. Hot out of the fryer, and cooked in good oil. And one large portion really means large! This means you can spread them across the table and everybody can eat from it. Awesome seasoning and I love how they leave the skin on. Makes for a tasty treat. But don’t expect crunchy fries(except the teeny tiny’s). And munching down the free-for-all peanuts ain’t bad either. Coke products, serve yourself, and they have those awesome new Coke machines. Good deal.
