SERVPRO of Norco/Mira Loma

Came home from work on Monday to find the bamboo flooring in the kitchen was seeping with water. Called our home insurance and they got SERVPRO on the job early next day. Jim Simmang took time to explain the process from the beginning to the end. Jim’s knowledge of my home insurance was vey helpful. Very much appreciate being able to call and text Jim and his team during the process and always getting a reply back quickly. In five days SERVPRO’s part of the work was done. The whole team was friendly, and efficient, it was a pleasure to work with them and helped to release the stress of dealing with an unplanned home emergency.

My wife and I were concerned we may have black mold in our rented home. We telephoned Jim Simmang who showed up within the hour. Over the phone Jim told us the inspection would be free, and only if we showed positive signs of mold and needed further tests/​treatment would we move forward with additional services. True to his word, Jim showed up and gave us a very thorough inspection and shared with us the causes of mold and if we should be concerned or how we should treat our rental house. He was timely, courteous, and very personable. I feel his inspection was very thorough and honest, and I felt comfortable having him in my home. Thanks for the great job, Jim! If we have any issues in the future, we know who to call!

They were amazing. Showed up within 30 minutes of calling them. Made us feel very comfortable with the process. Worked fast and were very cautious in handling our personal items. It’s never a good thing when your house has a flood but they helped keep us calm and explained the process every step of the way.

The guys at ServPro really came through for me when my rental property had water damage. They were very thorough and helped identify the damage that I couldn’t see. We had a leak in the upstairs bathroom, that went through the wall into the bonus room, and downstairs into the formal dining room and pantry. My insurance company had me contact the corporate office for Servpro. I was told that I would receive a call back within the hour. I not only had a call back, but had a crew of three in my home within the hour. Jim, Mike and the rest of the crew answered all of my questions (and there were a lot!). They assessed the damage, and politely waited for me to call my husband at work to discuss how to proceed. They protected my entire home with plastic on the carpets, as well as the openings to the dining room. Within a few hours, the crew had all of the damaged drywall, baseboards and tile removed and had fans, de-​humidifiers and air scrubbers running. I am a TOTAL neat-​freak — and they did a wonderful job of keeping my house clean! Jim made sure that he kept us informed of everything that was going on, how long the clean-​up would take and what to do after they were done. I cannot speak highly enough of the outstanding treatment we received. I would recommend Servpro of Norco/​Mira Loma to anyone! I hope we never have another leak, but if I do, Jim will be my first phone call!!! A HUGE thank you to Jim and his crew.

The most honest and caring contractors you will ever meet! They were not only knowledgeable and quick to respond to our flood, but also very comforting in such a terrible time. They truly made a very difficult situation a pleasant experience. It was nice to have a small business feel in such a large and reputable company. We felt like a member of their family during the entire process and they had our trust from day 1 with their honesty.

We contacted servpro when we had a leak in our kitchen. Our insurance company wasn’t helping us and we were afraid of getting mold. Jim answered right away and talked to us for at least 20 minutes. He explained the process between state farm and a mold remediation. He made everything so much clearer than the claims adjuster. He came the very next day (for free) he spent 2 ½ hours testing and sealing up the area that now had mold to protect us, again at no charge. After finally getting my claim approved I called him and he immediately came with his team and within 5 days we are now back in out home, MOLD FREE. we still have a lot to do with repairing the kitchen with a contractor but as for servopro mira loma you guys ROCK! thanks again for your quick professional response.

I was and have been extremely impressed with the fast, knowledgeable and cost effective service we received from Servpro. Their honest, friendly staff is exceptional! We hope we don’t have to, but if we do have an emergency again, we will use them again in a heart beat.
