Serenity Massage Therapy

One of the best massages that I have ever received. She was extremely professional and paid special attention to my problem areas. Was a bit surprised when she started walking on me but it felt great! Was in heaven when she massaged my face and head. Would have given five stars but they were playing Christmas music.

Very relaxing and comfortable quiet setting, she focused on the problem areas as requested and kept the tension medium pressure as requested throughout the massage, very accommodating, great place!

I was originally scheduled for another location, that location decided to give me appointment away before my appt time. So I decided I’d drive to this location after calling and being told I could get in that morning. I went and had a fantastic massage!!! I did the 30 min foot and 60 min full body. I loved the masseuse, she was very friendly and did a great massage. I will be back for another massage soon!!!

I kept my expectations low as well, it’s not a big name place and when I called ahead of time there was some confusion from the lady on the phone so I was already skeptical but I went in anyway. The room I went in was small and the lighting was dim and not lit with candles but with a salt lamp which was fine so they have you get undressed and you lay a towel over your bottom and my masseuse came in and was very friendly her name is DANNY she made me feel VERY comfortable and asked me how hard or soft I preferred my massages and I’ve had quite a few massages and let me tell you that she has been THE BEST ONE I feel amazing she got all of the knots out and hit every pressure point and made me feel ecstasy after it was absolutely amazing I will go back often!

I kept my expectations really low because of the reviews in Unilocal.This place is just really convenient for me in terms of location so my husband and I decided to give it a try after going to a different massage place where there’s only 1 masseuse available (not fair to only have 1 of us get a massage!)
$ 40 for 1 hour of whole body massage. My husband and I went to this room and there’s 2 beds on it so we can have massages at the same time. The massage was surprisingly good. I told Ying to concentrate on my neck as I’ve been having some pain there and that’s what she did. I also love how they massaged my face and the back of my ears which really helped relaxed my jaw as I’m suffering from TMJ.
My husband really liked the massage and was thinking of already coming back. I do recommend this place. It seems like they’ve read the reviews here and did some changes. The lady didn’t ask me to leave a $ 10 tip but gave me a stamp card which says the 10^th visit is free.
Overall the place is clean, the massage is good (you really have to tell the masseuse what you want and how you want it done so you can really enjoy it), ambiance is nice and you can never go wrong with Kenny G as background music. Will be back soon.

Discovered this place much by accident when I was going to my Wells Fargo bank next door near the intersection of Main and Hidden Valley. I was lured in by the exterior sign offering massages for $ 25 per hour… a real bargain compared to many White-​owned places that want $ 60 to $ 75 for the same services.
This facility seemed clean and tidy and I was able to get my massage (primarily feet, and hands/​arms as I had requested while remaining fully clothed with NO wait time. Counter hostess seemed nice and friendly.
My 3-​star deduction was for the following:
1. I am NOT a fan of getting any massage from a lady wearing GLOVES… which can be quite scratchy feeling against tender parts of your skin. Who’s idea was this?
2. When I left a 17% tip, I was given the «stink eye» by the cashier, as if I was a cheap S.O.B…I have never felt like that at any other massage parlor and thus I will probably not be back. I see from reading the other reviews that these greedy people are looking for a $ 10 tip… I think not. Who is going to tip 40% for a massage… Certainly not me or most customers I know. My suspicion is that instead of paying the girls the normal $ 9 an hour plus modest tips, they MAY be not paying them the proper hourly wage and then forcing them to live on tips alone, as many Asian-​run places like to do… Almost slave labor if you ask me… like working on piecework and praying that you make some monster tips (or guilt the customers into coughing up more than they are comfortable doing, as has been noted in other Unilocal review).
How this place has been in business for 2 years is beyond me with these sort of extortional practices is beyond me. Perhaps they have 90% Asian customers, as the White ones simply will not put up with these sorts of shenanigans.

Worst massage I have ever received before in my life! The whole thing was awkward. The lady insisted on standing ON TOP OF ME and put her BARE feet on me to give a massage. Good thing I had a wash cloth cover my back so her unsanitary feet wouldn’t touch me. (Sarcasm intended). At the end, she INSISTED I come back more than once and compared her services to physical therapy. When I went to pay for the $ 30 massage, the technician INSISTED 3 times I provide a $ 10 «tip». SERIOUSLY?! Worst money spent ever. Will not return.
