New to the area and found this business on Unilocal.Fast and friendly service. I needed copies of an odd key. No dice at Home Depot. But five minutes and seven dollars later I’m walking out with my keys.

Just had my locks replaced today after moving into our new (to us, but we’re 3^rd owner) house. Had called another locksmith with excellent Unilocal reviews in the Corona area that came out yesterday and quoted me $ 520 for the job of 11 locks — ouch! And he was kind of surly to me as he was leaving after I told him that was too much. That’s a lot of money for an hour’s job where it was just a rekey of the existing locks with no new hardware.
So glad I sent that guy on his way and hubby called around a bit more. Busy B’s came out and did the whole job for 15 locks (I forgot a few locks in another part of the house yesterday) for way LESS THAN HALF that yesterday guy’s price. They arrived early for their appointment today (and we just called yesterday), worked quickly, and were friendly and professional the whole time. Done in less than an hour. Even threw in four keys for us at no extra charge.
Now that’s the kind of home service call that I feel good about! A fair price, for a skill that is better paid than DIY, and friendly work. I would recommend them to anyone, and if we ever need a locksmith again, we will call Busy B’s!

I’ve used Busy B’s for various locksmith services the last couple of years, and I couldn’t have asked for a more professional and honest company. Today I was having issues with my deadbolt, and they could have told me it needed to be replaced and charged me and I wouldn’t have known the difference; instead, they told me it was actually in good shape and cleaned it up for me and didn’t charge me a dime. This kind of service is very rare these days, and I hope that more consumers use this locksmith and avoid some of the more unsavory mobile locksmiths.

Locked my keys in my car on a late Saturday afternoon. He got there within 10 minutes from my call after being denied from 2 others. He was a nice guys but I felt that $ 65 for a 3 minute service was quite high in my opinion. Will use again in an emergency though! But I’m making an extra key first.

We called busy b’s and they came out the same day. John was highly recommended and we now know why. Very professional! Service was excellent, we will never call another locksmith.

Total: $ 5.40 — Key blank and key copied
UCR students, come here to get your key copied, especially if you have a Stanley BEST brand key. We all know how much it costs when you lose your key. Save yourself the trouble. Who would want to pay to have the lock switched and for the key replacement when you can come here and copy your key for $ 5.40 before any of that happens.
What you need to know before going is the type of blank the key is which can be found engraved on the tail of the key in the left hand corner, either it be «H» «G» etc.
It is honestly hard to a find a locksmith who has the look-​a-​like blanks for BEST keys. So when I found this place, I was jumping out of my seat. You can not get a better deal and it’s not that far away. It is a 20 – 25 min drive from Riverside.
I was in and out within a few seconds. I was expecting to get hassled for having a «Duplication Prohibited» key but I did not get any problems. There is nothing wrong with making a duplicate of a key that you own!
I hope more students know about this and can come here that way they don’t have to pay the jacked up housing office’s prices which is a rip off. Never happening to me again, lol.

I am thrilled with the service I received tonight from Rich and Busy B! It was about 4:30 on a Friday when I call for some doors to be rekeyed at my business, and Rich was there in no time! He was friendly, quick and really affordable!

This business is one to keep in your phone book. The owner John went out of his way to re-​key all of my locks on my business and my homes. Competive pricing for him to drive 90 miles to my Desert Home and replace all the locks. Best quality and service.
