Also, Smith’s Jewelers specializes in in-​house repairs and custom designs. Smith’s has successfully ran its business for over 42 years now by following a simple mission statement. History

Established in 1946.

Smith’s Jewelers has been serving Noblesville and the surrounding area for more than 65 years. Many jewelry stores have come and gone, yet Smith’s remains. We credit this to our commitment to an outstanding jewelry selection and memorable customer service.

Smith’s Jewelers has been on the downtown square since 1946. In 1952, Smith’s Jewelers settled into the corner of 9^th Street and Logan, where it still remains today.

Meet the Business Owner

O’Dell L.

Business Owner

O’Dell Lakes, owner and proprietor of Smith’s Jewelers, has worked in the jewelry industry since he was a senior in high school. Working his way up from stock boy to salesman to store manager, O’Dell finally purchased Smith’s Jewelers in 1970. With the exception of two years spent serving his country in the Army, the jewelry business is all O’Dell has ever known. And boy, does he know it!

O’Dell is respected not only in the business by his suppliers and competitors alike, but also by the community of Noblesville. Since 1970, O’Dell and his wife, Esther, and Smith’s Jewelers have been passionate about giving back to the community of Noblesville by sponsoring countless events, charities, and causes.
