We have a variety of small-​batch locally roasted, specialty coffees available in our retail location as well as online at www​.noble​cof​fee​andtea​.com. Our retail location features a full-​service espresso bar, as well as variety of teas (retail and by the cup) from Harney & Sons and Republic of Tea.

History

Established in 1996.

Our retail location opened on the square in downtown Noblesville in April of 1996. Two years later, proprietor Jim Howard began roasting his own beans — one of just a few coffee roasters in the state at that time. Robyn and Mark Littler purchased the roasting & wholesale coffee business in 2013 with Jim Howard maintaining the retail location. Aside from our coffee shop, you can find our beans in a number of local restaurants and cafes, including:

Business Owner

Jim opened Noble Coffee on the square in downtown Noblesville in 1996 and began roasting and retailing beans two years later.

Currently, Robyn and Mark own and operate the wholesale coffee roasting business, while Jim maintains ownership of the retail location.
