Had dinner here tonight. My husband picked the food up in the drive thru. All the food was good, the order was correct, but as usual, there were no utensils or napkins put in the bag. This has happened many times. I just do not understand why its so difficult to put eating utensils and napkins with every order. As many times as its happened to us at this location, it happens 3 out of 4 times no matter what place we go to. Seems to be trend these days that fast food employees just don’t care about good customer service, at least not in Nicholasville.

I have to say, I really like Fazoli’s. In recent years they have appeared to have stepped their game up so to speak. Honestly, if you did a blind taste test, I doubt I could tell the difference between their food and something from Olive Garden. My only beef are the prices. I do feel that sometimes I pay a bit too much for something through a window. That’s a minor complaint though, when you consider the quality!

Ordered the penne romano, twice baked lasagna, and toasted ravioli. All three entrees were around 6 bucks and both the penne and lasagna had good amounts of mozzarella cheese baked on top of them. The tomato sauce is not bad for a fast food restaurant, and the toasted(fried) ravioli is an excellent snack while on the go. Prompt food preparation at this location. This type of restaurant is not available in the southwest, so I was able to appreciate it a little more.
