OSA was borne of the collapse of a previous auto repair company thanks to the massive oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico, which basically destroyed the local economy. In a sense, OSA is a phoenix risen from the ashes of its predecessor.

William H.

Business Owner

William is the «head honcho» of OSA, a lifelong career automotive technician with an innate talent for auto repair. His diagnostic skills are surprisingly accurate — he rarely ever gets an initial diagnosis wrong and when he does he catches it during the process of verifying the diagnosis. He is also one of the best glass and trim specialists in the region. His experience often exceeds expectations because he appears younger than he is.
