Business Owner

Jim Bailey has worked in the heating & air conditioning industry for over 30 years. Jim opened Baileys & McDaniel in 1991. Since the inception of the business we have pioneered new and innovative ways of heating and cooling structures with a focus on energy savings. As a result we have carved a niche into the Northwest Florida area as a high value renewable energy applications contractor. In 1996 we made our first steps into renewable energy applications by completing special training in geothermal ground loop designs and applications through the Trane company in Waco Texas. Since then, we have acquired IGSHPA certification the benchmark of today for recognition as a geothermal applications installer. We have invested ourselves into a area of industry few in our area have done.
