The hotel and casino are nice … We stayed on the 25^th floor and it was nice … Beds are nice room is nice … Smoke is very over whelming … We didn’t eat here so can’t tell you about the food … The area in. Which the casino is located isnt very pretty …

I’m reviewing the performance area, not the Casino. A ballroom was set up for an appearance by Whoopi Goldberg. Padded restaurant chairs were used to configure the seating. All good except for the scale. Unfortunately, the patrons were way too large for the chairs, so they overflowed one into the others’ space, giving the area a squeezed feeling. JumboTrons worked great for those in the back. Aisles were wide enough for easy access and egress, facilitated by stern-​faced casino workers. Because this is on the second floor, there is one staircase coming up, with one set of escalators. When the theatre off loaded, luckily the crowd was sane and courteous. Otherwise, this choke point is not well planned for emergencies.

What I liked is the free 10 dollars you get in the players club to gamble with… You get free drinks too. I can’t afford to get addicted.
It is of course not for kids… seriously, I’m not a gambler but it was fun. Entertainment too– there was a band and they schedule stars regularly; but then don’t all casinos. Now my favorite part about here is the buffet but that is a separate review.

The best Niagara hotel on US side. Came for 1 night only and paid 200 $ for regular room. Got upgraded to a top-​notch suite with kitchen, separate room with jacuzzi near window and huge bathroom at no extra cost! Also it’s the only place for entartainment on US side. We played in Casino with old ladies and gentlemen all night long, been to a few restaurants and enjoyed Niagara Falls even better than expected!

This is a pretty cool casino. They have plenty of parking in their ramp but they also have valet parking. I haven’t stayed in the hotel but I’ve been to a few concert events at their concert venue. Pretty nice in there. If you’re going to come back you might as well get a Players Club Card and you get some points for every time you gamble.

I’ll start by saying I have been a long time frequent visitor and Select Club member. I’ve stayed in the hotel a half dozen times although it was always comped. The rooms are very nice although cigarette smoke lurks in every crevice of this building. I’ve had non/​poor functioning A/​C 3 times and no Wifi twice. The rooms are rarely ready at check in time.
The casino floor, oyyy… If it’s busy, bring some kind of self contained breathing apparatus because the ventilation system can NOT keep up with the smoke. Cocktail service, non existent! They used to have a free soda bar.. No more. The quality of service in every part of this place is declining rapidly. They’re taking more and giving less and it shows.
Go across the bridge, they still care about customer service.

Nice clean casino. I always feel safe there. The casino needs more food choices. Other than an expensive buffett (which I have not tried) the only other opitions are a burger joint with sub par food (rated very low on Unilocal), donuts or ice cream. I would stay longer with better food choices. Usually stay across the street at the Sheraton (always check for deals) and walk over spend some money and leave. Just not much else there.

Got kicked out of the casino because I was talking politics. Beware. Jerrks everywhere.

I’m not one for casinos, but my boyfriend’s family absolutely loves the Seneca Niagara Casino so I’m there quite a bit. The hotel rooms are quite nice, and the lobby is quite grand for a WNY property (if not a tad tacky for my taste with glowing lights everywhere). The casino part is fairly average for a gambling venue, I haven’t been to too many to be a proper judge. There is a pool and spa, I’ve never been.
I mostly visit the facility for special events, endless crab leg buffets, and spending the night watching family gamble/​enjoying the room (again, I’m not much of a gambler).
The buffet offers unlimited crab legs on Tuesdays and Friday’s, I would recommend going on a Tuesday when there are far less people. There is also Three Sisters Restaurant for casual dining (I believe the room service shares this menu), The Western Door Steakhouse, Koi for Japanese, and La Casata for Italian food and a burger place. Dining at these restaurants is fairly expensive so unless you win big I’d stick to the small grab and go café like shop in the lobby. There is also a Tim Hortons, Cold Stone and a few additional stores/​gift shops to peruse.
If you’re a high roller, you receive Chairman Club status — free rooms, free event tickets, free valet parking, and access to the exclusive chairman club lounge with free premium cocktails and a mini buffet.
There’s definitely plenty to do at this venue and as long as you’re willing to pay for it, I’m sure you’ll have a great time!

Can’t comment on the casino bc thats not why we stayed at this hotel. The 5 stars are for the quality of the room and mostly the awesomeness of the large clean bathroom! But it seemed liked your run od the meal casino. gaming and excessive cigarette smoke. They do have a rewards program where you get 10 $ free to use on games which is nice.
The room was great. Clean, spacious and with comfortable beds. The bathroom had a double wide standing shower and it was perfect. Room also haf its own separate vanity for applying make-​up. Which was nice when both hubby and were getting dressed and the samr timr. No complaints abt this room… if u are like me and u hate to travel bc of nasty hotel rooms I reccomend this hotel without reservation… it was great!

The hotel is nice and we got a really good deal on our room, $ 85/​night, when the normal rate is at least $ 120. When we got here, the only room they had available was a smoking room, but they said we could wait an hour for a non-​smoking room to be cleaned, which we did. The room is nice and clean, also spacious. The casino areas are very smokey, so we try not to go around that very much.
My only complaints are about the parking and the TVs. I feel like there should be separate parking for guests of the hotel and people that are just there to go to the casino. It takes forever to find a parking space and I think there should be separate lots, so people who are staying there have guaranteed parking. Also, if you love news and sports, this place is for you. There is a limited selection of channels while trying to watch TV, maybe this is in purpose so you go downstairs to the casino? Idk but some more variety would be nice!

I’m not much of a casino person but I have to say this buffet here is amazing. I could not believe the variety of foods. I wanted to try a little bit of everything but that is not humanly possible. I chose some red potatoes, pork loin, turkey, stuffing, gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans, mac and cheese, corn bread, lo mein, fried rice, and prime rib (small portions, I’m not really a pig). The prime rib was excellent! I haven’t had prime rib taste like that in years. It had that flavor that prime rib is supposed to have. I had to try the peach cobbler for dessert even though I was stuffed. That was delicious too. After dinner we went in the casino area and I lost $ 25.00 in the slot machines. Time to go home!

Stopped in for 30 minutes. The outside needs work! Run down. This casino is small and smelled strong of cigarettes. One of the worst I’ve ever been to. They need to renovate!

Pros: beautiful building, casino, and rooms. They have a buffet there too. Tuesday and Friday nights are crab nights. Save yourself some money and get a players card (you don’t even have to gamble). With that card, you get $ 2 off per person at the buffet. Very close to Canadian border.
Cons: our room was not ready when promised. Arrived at 4:00pm and room was not ready until 9pm. The clerk didn’t seem to be sympathetic and didn’t offer a solution except «I don’t know what’s taking them. I think we are short staff. Just check back later»
The room was very damp and humid. The floors were damp. A/​C was blasted on 62 just to feel «cool» got the «fall side view» but wasn’t much of a view.
A lot of smoking here, but that’s bc it’s a casino.
Overall: I would visit here again. Probably would call ahead to make sure room is ready. Could’ve drove around and sightsee.

I made a reservation for 4 NON SMOKING rooms (2 of them to be adjoining because I have 4 kids) 5 months prior to our visit. We were coming from Ohio to get married at NIAGARA FALLS. So when I check in I’m told the only adjoining rooms available are SMOKING. I told them that’s unacceptable and took what they claimed were the last 4 NON SMOKING rooms in the entire hotel. So now my fiancé & I are on the 7^th floor and our kids are on the 17^th floor. I vowed to everyone I dealt with here my dissatisfaction my experience and they could care less.
On a positive note the rooms are articulately decorated but the fridge in our room doesn’t work. Thank god I brought a cooler for the trip up because that substituted as our fridge. I was so infuriated with my experience here I will never stay here again. They have an open smoking policy which is overwhelming at times. I developed a sore throat the night before my wedding. All in all the staff is courteous if you’re handing them a tip. For the most part my interactions with Registration & Guest Services was ridiculous. They were extremely RUDE.
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO STAY HERE.

They should rename all Casinos as «Cashinos» because the general public pumps its hard-​earned Cash-​in only to realize «oh no», they’ve lost it all. Some rich guy or girl has all your money now. Sorry. But hey, at least you got to stick it in a slot. So to speak. Sort of.
I’m no fan of casinos, if you can’t tell. Even in the early days those «amazing Vegas buffets» used to leave me wondering when the amazing part would start. I find the food here to be absolutely awful, and unlike most casinos around the country, it’s even a little overpriced… must be cashing in on some waterfall or something. Is there one around here?
One thing they do have going for them are big big big names coming to perform here… but wait. The prices? Of tickets? Exsqueeze me? With emphasis on squeeze? They’re utterly incredible. If there was another big casino with big shows around, I might be tempted by the fruit of another. Just… awful. I mean, the tickets are, often, in the hundreds. For bands that haven’t had a hit since 1974. If I played here, they’d probably charge a hundred for me too. I mean what the actual freak.
Anyway, why then, if I dislike this place so much, do I give it a 3? Because it’s beautiful! You can see it from miles and miles away, and it’s gorgeous. And colourful. It really adds a lot to the US side of Niagara in terms of Skyline. The other side is majestic and grand and boastful. The US side is pitiful by comparison to the Canadians. But Seneca Niagara is going a little bit of a long way to change that. It’s a shame that they weren’t able to build a similar monstrosity downtown, in terms of the height. Maybe they didn’t want to ruin the rustic Buffalo skyline, but for me, this building really makes the Niagara skyline come to life.
Just don’t lose all your money here okay? These casino people are slipperly like Snakes. Why do you think they call the casino S-​nake-​a? Hmm? Because Joe Public will spend hiss last dime here.

Seneca treated us very well!
We were allowed to check in about 40 minuted before the check in time listed on our email; that was a great treat after driving 5 hours.
Our room was beautiful and well kept. We were on the 26^th floor with a fall view. We could only really see the mist off the falls, but we had a great view of the Canada skyline at night.
The casino was fun and they have a ton great restaurants.
We did not come in contact with a staff member that was any less than overly pleasant.
I loved it here and WILL return!

This will be a somewhat long review, so here are some highlights:
— great rooms, comfy beds, great views
— staff is very friendly — all of them
— as someone who does not handle smoke well, really, it’s not bad.
— free alcohol while at a machine.
–very close to the falls.
— free valet
— overall reasonablly priced
And here are some helpful tips:
— get there early, like 3pm and request a falls view.
— bring cash to tip the bell boys
— Friday and Sunday nights at 10pm the Canada side of the falls does fireworks. Definitely walk over there.
— get a players club card for a free $ 10 (new membership.)
We had a wonderful experience here. We drove up, free valet took care of parking, bell boy packed all of our stuff onto a cart for us which was great since we are traveling and have a lot of stuff! Then he waited while we checked in brought us up to our room and told us what to do and gave very helpful tips! We tipped a $ 20 because he was so helpful.
Room was excellent, comfy beds and great view. Check in early to ask for a falls view.
The falls and Canada looked so far away but realistically it was so close. Thank fully the bell boy told us a cab would be ridiculous and walking was the way to go. We were concerned about safety walking at night but had no problem. We ended up checking out the US side but then went to Canada which had a great view and was really pretty. However it gets really weird and the city is like a touristy carnival area. We did the maid of the mist on the Canada side though and the lines were much shorter. It was really fun. Definitely see the falls at night.
The smoke — yes this a casino, but honestly it wasn’t bad at all, the one by my house in Wisconsin was so much worse. Really, this is pretty minimal for a casino. Plus every staff member from the valet to security was so nice.
This was really a great stay and at a very reasonable price. I’m glad I chose to stay here.

I can’t even think there’s so much cigarette smoke in here. This place should be called Smokeys Casino because gambling appears to be second to smoking. That is unless you’re the type of smoker who rolls the Windows down when smoking in your car. I would not recommend this place to anyone who doesn’t like sitting in a cloud of second hand smoke.

Hi, my name is Breanna and I have a gambling problem.
This was my first ever visit to a casino. We we’re on our way back from the Canadian-​side of Niagara Falls and thought, «why not swing in?» We had about 1hr until our dinner reservation elsewhere so we knew we wouldn’t get sucked in. From the outside the casino is beautiful, gorgeous colored windows and sparkling signs. It’s the only pretty thing in that area before the falls.
We grabbed a drink at the bar — house wine and well drinks are free if you’re gambling. We also got a snack at the Blues restaurant to tide us over. Nachos for $ 4.50. Order at the counter. They were meh, all canned ingredients (nacho cheese, olives, jalapeños), nothing more to say.
Then, we made our way into the casino. The smoke wasn’t that bad — whether that was because the filtration system has improved or it’s less crowded that usual, I don’t know. I was able to breathe and didn’t feel overwhelmed by smoke.
I wanted one thing — black 17 on the roulette table. We first put down a few $$ in the slot machines (they don’t take anything less than $ 5). It goes fast so we did the 25cent spins. Then, onto the roulette table — $ 5 on black 17. Since it was our first time on the table, the lady was very sweet and gave us the lowdown on how we’d win and how to place our chips. It can be a little intimidating joining a table full of people who seem to know what they’re doing.
I can only imagine how much money people lose here. Down the casino cash tubes: $ 30 in 30 min. We were outta there. And that’s when I realized I had a problem. All I wanted was a win haha. Flashing lights, bells, jackpot sign glowing. But no. We were not that lucky. Glad we gave ourselves a dollar and time limit for our speedy trip. As they say, «The house always wins.»
