Porsche of The Main Line

TIM GRAPE IS THE MAN. He (and 2 other people) stayed for about TWO HOURS after they closed on a Saturday night so I could drive up from DC. This is the BEST car buying experience I’ve ever had after about 12 cars. I have a 2015 M4 and I really can’t stand the fact that I can never get traction. I just bought a 2015 911 S from Tim; it is SO much better and I could not be happier. THANK YOU GENTLEMEN!!!

2016 Porsche Cayman GT4… Manual too?1!!! No PDK = Adrenaline overload!!! Engine roared as though a beast has been unleashed. Sweeet!!!
Hubby was doing some research online for this vehicle, emails and calls went out, and of course with an email going to Porsche of Main Line. Some time go by, and Adam replied to the email. From that point on, Adam was our go to person. Drove to Porsche to make a deposit. The staff were all very friendly and smiled throughout, no cocky people (when we had visited Mercedes, Aston Martin., they didn’t bother to look and greet), So seeing a friendly staff is a plus!!!
Adams been great from start to end. Always on top of things, extremely helpful and courteous. He checked in with the Mr from time to time thru email, text, and phone calls. Been on the waiting list for 10months… Paperwork process took maybe an hour? No hassle. Straight to the point. Overall, it was very smooth.
Their design area is one of a kind! From there, you select your color options, fabric material, rims, etc. It could also be displayed on the tv screen once your options are put thru.
They also have a fancy coffee lounge!!! Coffee, tea, snack, espresso!!!
I did say once before. There are plenty of other fishes in the sea. Just because the last dealership didn’t go thru, doesn’t mean it’s the same for every other place.
Hubby drove home a happy camper.

I have a habit of buying a car every 3yrs whilst trading in the one I own, so this time I decided to try a lease. Jarrod Brown made my first leasing experience smooth and painless. He allowed me to test drive 3 vehicles: 2016 Macan S, Cayenne, and a Panamera 4. I went with the Macan and traded in my Cayenne. Jarrod made sure all my questions were answered. I’ve been having a blast with my Macan! In fact, I may have actually found a car I’d like to purchase and keep in the future. Hopefully, Jarrod will be there when my lease is up.

Excellent experience, Tim Grape did a great job. He was honest, trustworthy and very responsive to all questions. I contacted many dealers but he was the only one who took the time to make a call.

I recently purchased a 2005 Aston Martin DB9 from Porsche of the Main Line. The salesman, Tim Grape was excellent to work with and was really helpful throughout the buying process. As I was out of state, he took time to take video of the car for me and answered all my questions. The car came and was even better in person. I would do business again with them in a heartbeat.

We really can not say enough good things about this Dealership and Salesman Timothy Grape. We had a wonderful experience and he was right there to make sure all of our needs we met and that we drove off with smiles on our faces. From start to finish they were courteous and cooperative in ensuring our deal went off without any snags. We live about 3 hours away, but honestly the drive was worth it. We highly recommend this Dealership as well as Timothy as professional, honest and reasonable.

Best service experience I’ve had from any dealer. The staff is professional and knowledgable. Unlike most dealerships, the service advisors actually know their stuff and don’t just make up some bs. Service advisor (Jesse) was great and got everything taken care of. Even though there is another Porsche dealer closer to me, definitely will be coming back here for service and next Porsche purchase will also be from this dealer!

My interaction was with a sales associate named Matt Spencer.
First, let me tell you I live in NYC. I traveled a sizable distance to purchase a car from this location. Mostly because of the pushy nature of most local dealerships.
I won’t go on a rant about the other dealerships, but let me tell you the travel was well worth it. I am a customer for life now.
What was exceptional was:
1. Matt answered all of my questions and went out of his way to do the little things that mattered. He was never ever pushy and «sales like». I wore plain clothes and to most people probably don’t look the type to buy a sports car.
2. He let me test drive two cars on a windy road that really let me have a feel for the vehicles.
3. AFTER purchasing the vehicle he put on new tires which I didn’t ask for and he didn’t have to do.
4. He mailed me new floor mats because one had a stain (which was invisible to me until he mentioned it)
5. When I was looking for a second car for my family (after the Porsche purchase) he looked into other dealerships that had the model I was looking for. (He didn’t get paid for this extra time and service)
Overall I can tell he really cares about his customers. This location is in the middle of some really great scenic drives which is just icing on the good experience cake. I have included pictures of my 911 S Cabriolet.
Also, speaking of the brand Porsche. I have driven this car daily for 3 months and it makes my commute fun and exciting. WAY better than any other brand I drove. (Lamborghini, Ferrari, BMW) I can see now why Porsche has enthusiasts.

I just purchased a certified preowned boxster from Porsche of the Main Line and could not be happier. The whole process from inquiry (130 miles away), to the drive, to the finance, to the delivery, everything was top notch. Erik, our salesman was polite, professional and upfront with everything. If you want a Porsche, go there!

I thought the sales staff were rude. I can’t speak to service or parts.
It’s not just me; I’ve heard the same from other owners in the area.
I bought elsewhere, even though this location was more convenient.

I recently purchased a Certified Pre Owned 911 from Porsche of the Main Line and was was extremely happy with the buying experience. I worked with Tim Grape who handles Internet sales and he was a pleasure to work with. He was professional, courteous, responsive, honest, helpful and very accommodating. Buying a car from a dealer has many negative associations, but none of them applied to my experience with Porsche of the Main Line. I couldn’t be more satisfied. If you’re buying a pre-​owned car, I would highly recommend you work with Tim.

Beware of Porsche of the Main Line — EXTREMELY disappointed. Experiences in April 20
1. Approximately one month following my oil change at Porsche of the Main Line, my car began stalling. As it was unreliable to drive, I had it flat bedded to my home. Upon its arrival to our local Porsche dealership, it was determined that the stalling was caused by an unsecured placement of the oil cap, which caused oil to leak out. The car was fully inspected and everything else remained satisfactory. I am extremely dismayed by the service I have received, as I expect a $ 392.54 oil change to include properly closing my oil cap!!!
2. Additionally, I find it very interesting that the motor mount that staff at Porsche of the Main Line stressed that I needed to replace (about $ 1000 in costs) was also regarded as perfectly satisfactory at my local dealership.
3. I was advised that a specific part associated with my motor mount needed to be replaced — but as my car is a 2006, that part was never in my car to begin with! This dealership is definitely trying to milk you for all they can get!!!
4. Unreliable — came to pick up my car 4 hours after our scheduled time, and that was after they called me in the morning to confirm an INCORRECT time (which I corrected). I figured after we set things straight that morning, there is no way they could mess up the time again… I was wrong.
