O’Reilly Buick GMC

I lease cars every 3 years, so I stopped in at this dealership to test drive a Yukon Denali, which I was interested in.
The sales person firstly asked me what car I currently drove and what were my monthly payments. Then, even before letting me see the new vehicle I was interested in, he told me, well, the payments on this Denali are going to be close to $ 1000 a month. Like, I was not going to be able to afford it.
I said that’s fine, I want to see the vehicle, and test drive it. So, he was very hesitant to even bring the vehicle and show it to me, because I guess he did not think I was going to be able to afford it. Kinda insulting. Why don’t you let me decide if I can afford it or not?
Finally, I got up from my seat and picked up my pocketbook to leave, and I said ok, I will go somewhere else, then he made me wait and showed me an older model of the vehicle.
Needless to say, I did not buy from this dealership, and I’m still looking for a great deal at some other dealership where I would be treated better, and someone who can work with me.

I told them what I wanted and they were able to deliver. I did try another dealer and they wouldn’t show me how they arrived at the monthly payment and it made me uncomfortable. My sales rep Dave was up front from day 1 and even came in on his day off to accommodate my schedule!

I had a 2014 Jeep I traded in for a 2015 terrain! I had the best experience working with Steve Wadlin and Mark Robinson. My mom also traded her car in the same day and we couldn’t have asked for better people to work with. I wanted a specific car and they did everything possible to locate the car! I had to wait a few days but it was so worth it! Thanks O’Reilly for the excellent service!

One month ago, I test drove a 2015 Buick Regal AWD. After visiting other Buick dealerships, I knew that I would eventually wind up at O’Reilly. I had the most wonderful experience working with Dave Crawford. He made me feel like I was in my own home, at rest, at ease and showed no pressure to make a deal. Last weekend, I took ownership of the car I wanted. Even though my first choice was a different color than the Regal I purchased, I just couldn’t let the offer leave the table. The fact is, the price I got was on my terms! It was an awesome experience doing business with Dave and the O’Reilly finance staff. I’m very happy to have done business with O’Reilly and hope that over the upcoming years, that feeling remains.

Buying a car is never fun except for the part where you get to drive the car, right? I still wouldn’t call my experience with O’Reilly «fun», but it was so much more pleasant than previous dealerships that we’ve dealt with. My husband and I walked into O’Reilly with the intent of test driving a used car that we had found online just to see if we liked that make and model. Jay was a great salesman, taking his time to explain the car but never pressuring us to look at a new car or something out of our price range. My husband did the financial negotiating, which was similar to that of any car dealership, but we walked out with the car we loved at a monthly payment that we could afford.

I was very disappointed in the treatment I received at O’Reilly’s Buick/​GMC. Initially, I spoke to a very pleasant woman named Susan Pipari who impressed me with her confidence about the service of her dealership. I also heard from Erika Loggins so I guess this is the way dealerships do business as both seemed intent on getting me to visit.
Upon arriving for my set appointment with Susan, I was told that a young man named Dan would be taking care of me. This bait and switch scenario is now common practice with dealerships but it became obvious to me that Dan had little information as to what I was looking for.
So here’s the problem. As I disclosed over the phone with Susan, I hate sitting around waiting at dealerships as they attempt to wear you out under the façade of getting you the best deal. It is a common practice. To avoid this hassle I gave the keys to my trade in to the general manager Ken so that I could have a price on the trade in once I returned. I fully expected to purchase a car that day. After test driving two vehicles I returned to see what the offer would be on my car. Therefore, I am sitting and waiting while the sales guy attempts to make small talk with me. He had only worked there for two weeks and was right out of college.
After about a 15 minute wait, I told the salesperson that they already had my email address and cell phone number and to simply email me the offer so that I could get on with the rest of my day. As I am in my car attempting to leave the manager Ken comes out and says to me «what’s the problem?» I told him there wasn’t a problem but that I didn’t want to wait but he could email me the offer for my car. He yells at me that he has the offer right there but that I didn’t give him enough time. I stated that he had plenty of time to appraise my trade in while I was test-​driving the vehicles. He turned and walked away muttering something in disgust.
Perhaps this dealership is great for buyers who enjoy playing the game of purchasing a vehicle. If you are looking for mature, professional, and honest people to do business with then this is not the dealership for you. I have not heard from them since and I doubt I will hear from them again. They don’t have a clue about building relationships as they are clearly transactional in their culture. Check out Car

Excellent sales team. I leased a GMC from here and the agent I worked with was very honest and listened to my needs and budget.
The service; however, is not the greatest. I had to bring my vehicle in for a state inspection and they were pushy and rude. I will take my service elsewhere.

The time has finally come and I had to wash my hands of the Regal. I owned the car for 18 months and ALWAYS had an uneasy feeling when driving the car. Over the last month the car was making terribly loud brake noises. So loud that you could hear it with the radio blasting! I know cars well, and this wasn’t «roaters need to be re-​surfaced noise.» This was «I need new brakes noise». I tried to make an appointment to get the brakes looked at and O’Reilly wasn’t able to accommodate me. So I just said «SCREW IT! I need to get rid of this P.O.S.» A car with 4,000 miles shouldn’t need new brakes! It just furthered my suspicion that this had been a test car that was beat to hell before they decided to sell it! I traded in the Regal for an Audi A4, and it feels wonderful to drive a car that I feel safe in!
There’s a few lessons to be learned here folks:
1. If you have intentions on getting a new car, then get a new car! Don’t get talked into a leftover! Leftover means neglected car that no one else wanted!
2. Don’t be brand loyal! I was a GM loyal driver for most of my life. And got the Regal because I love GM and the Regal fit the mold for what
I was looking for. I wish I had test driven some some of the other cars that the Buick Regal competed with. They are much better options out there for the price point.
3. Know when to say «enough is enough» with a dealership! Between my dissatisfaction with the condition of the Regal, and the dissatisfaction with the service done to my wife’s Enclave, I will never purchase another car from
O’Reilly, or another GM for that matter!

Bought my 2006 Buick Lucerne in due to recall. Staff very friendly and helpful. Wait was less than an hour, just as they said. Have already recommended them to my husband, who has a 2013 Buick Regal.

Fabulous service! The back door of our Cadillac was jammed and couldn’t shut. Naturally we went to the Cadillac dealer at 5:50pm…they close at 6pm. They man at the desk said there was no one there that could help. He wouldn’t even come out to look. We stayed in the parking lot to try and fix it ourselves. We tried, but no such luck. Luckily the guy from Cadillac came out! He pulled behind our car and stopped, thinking he was going to help… oh no, our door was open and he couldn’t drive by. But he managed to get by, don’t worry! From there were decided to go here & it looked closed but luckily Roy was staying after and made himself available to help. He came out and was able to fix the door. A small fix, but he took the time to come out and help even when he didn’t need to at all. The place we bought the car from wouldn’t even do that. Roy is a blessing and deserves to be recognized. O’Reilly Buick in Newtown Square is a very pleasant place to do business. My 2005 LaCrosse was part of the GM recall. I called and spoke with Andy in Service and made an appointment for the next week. From the moment I entered the showroom, I was impressed with everyone I met. Thanks for everything.

I had a wonderful experience buying my 2015 terrain! The staff was extremely professional and helpful with meeting all of my needs and wants! Bruce and Ken were so nice & were truly helpful with making sure I was 100% satisfied with everything! I work not to far away from the dealership and they told me that for future service appointments I could drop my car off and on my way to work and they would drop it off to me when It was finished! I would highly recommend going to this dealership, as the staff was so friendly & extremely helpful! I will be referring all my family and friends to O’Reilly Buick GMC! Thanks again!

GM Ken is always there and willing to make a deal, always remembers to ask about the family… just outstanding customer service, and we have made many referrals to him. The service department is first rate!
