The worse place I have ever lived. PLEASESAVEYOURSELFTHISHORRIBLEEXPERIENCE. I lived there for 2 years and left as soon as I had the chance. The apartment was not ready the day of move in. I prepaid two months ahead for my apartment. The apartment wreaked of cigarette smoke, nothing was cleaned and the carpet had not been changed. I had my Household goods on the way to the apartment at that moment, so the head maintenance lady and her team rushed over and vacuumed the floor and swept the leaves from the patio. That’s all they did! It took us two months to get the smoke scent out of the living room but the living room closet wrecked until we left. They have BUGS, SPIDERS and MICEINTHEAPARTMENT. You know what mice attract. Yes! They attract snakes. Snakes will be on your patio throughout the whole spring. This was my unanswered email to both the Assistant apartment manager and Apartment manager: «Hello I have had too many problems with this apt 524a… from bugs and spiders. .My wife got bite by a spider inside of the apt… we have something going on with termites. .my wife said that the guy „Not a real pest control professional. Just some guy with some homemade mix and a sprayer“ told her we had termites and he told the front office that we got some old stuff left over from previous termites… We caught five mice last weekend… that I reported to your office and today I’m on the balcony with my kids and it’s a snake that looks like he just ate something just sitting there… then when we was leaving to report this to your office another snake was in our dirt area…» Second Email Alcon, Here is another one. Just for your records. Attached are pictures of another snake I even attached pictures of the snakes in the email. Still waiting on that reply! They never replied or didn’t anything about this issue. I went to the main office to report these serious issues. They claim this only happens because its a wooded area and the storm drain that runs behind their apartment complex. They have a few trees through out the complex«literally a few trees». The wooded area that they are talking about is two football fields away behind some Single homes! The rent a center appliances that they claim to be new always quit working. They don’t tell you that about the MANDATORY $ 15 dollar fee for trash pick up. The small black trash can cannot be overfilled, more than one bag, without a closed trash-bag, and has to be placed outside not before, during, or after a certain time or it will not be picked up. This is NOTOPTIONAL even though you have a dumpster literally within 20FT away from every building. There are more issues but i think you see my reasoning… And to finish!!! So after my horrible experiences, dealing with rent and amenities increases every year, I decided to finish my lease then relocate. I expected the usual fees that occur with renting. I’ve had apartments professional clean and still be charged with something small. I requested a walk through and was told that they don’t do a final walk through with the customer. They do it after you are gone to prepare for next customer. So I turned in my Keys to conclude my business with Waypoint. After two years of residences. June 28 was my final out day!!! This was the final day of my lease. I just wanted to leave with no ties with this place. I have relocated from VA but… I recently received a bill for over $ 400 for the following Carpet Replaced PRORATED– $ 306.00 – charged for the same carpet that was there before my arrival after 2 years of my residences. Master Bathroom Dirty — $ 20.00 — Obviously not that dirty Rates are $ 20/hr Final Water Bill– $ 27.57 Scheduler Move Out — $ 24.00 — Yes i was charged for moving out – yes I successfully completed my second lease with No evictions or late payments Scheduler Move Out — $ 1.00– Even charged an additional $ 1 for moving out??? July rent not charged — $ 11.00 — The final day of my Lease was June 28 ??? Mindblowing right July trash not charged– $ 15.00 — again the last day of my lease was June 28??? July Washer/Dryer — $ 20.00– ??? DON’T EVENWASTETHETIMELOOKING!

I’d give this hovel-esque ode to trap houses ZERO stars if I could but it’s not an option, sadly. Never in life should you live here! It’s cheap for a reason. Now I’m not sure how many of you enjoy living amongst the ratchet, slow ass maintenance and my personal favorite, roaches that dance with the devil by the pale moonlight but if that’s your scene, you’ll be satisfied. The front office has a high turnover so whomever moved you in WON’T be working there in a month. Get EVERYTHING in writing and hold them accountable! The plethora of incompetent managers that WILL rip you off are in abundance. The lack of ethics is unparalleled to anything I’ve ever seen and I’m from NY. There are Bronx projects with more concern for your comfort. I moved outta this shitty dive after 3 months because they couldn’t eradicate Rodney Roach and his family, about 2 yrs ago. I had to take them to court because they tried to tack on all these random charges even tho they let me out of my lease because they knew they couldn’t control the roaches. Im only in and out of here due to friends who are stuck living here. NOTHINGHASCHANGED. Im SO polite I just pretend Idon’t see the random roach traps laying around when i visit. SMDH If you have any sense at all, you will go next door to your left or right to ANY other complex. Hide your wife! Hide the kids! Save yourself!
