Absolutely the worst property management company ever! DO NOT USE THEM! If allowed, –100 would be my rating. As an owner paying $ 175 per month, I would expect a knowledgeable associate to handle my account. My experience was the complete opposite. In my opinion Kris Weaver Real Estate Team is unqualified as a property manager. While, problem after problem arose with my tenants, they either didn’t know how to handle the situation or wouldn’t answer my phone calls. As an active duty military member who is stationed thousands of miles away, I must count on my property manager. All confidence is lost with this company. The best decision I ever made was to terminate my relationship with Kris Weaver Real Estate Team, and hire a competent property manager. If you’re looking for a property manager, look elsewhere!

We worked with Cindy and she was amazing! We got the house we wanted and she made sure everything we asked for a done! If we ever sell or buy in the future we will use this company!

Worst rental company. They bully you into signing illegal and unethical documents. Use another company.

After word of mouth and radio stations advertisement, we were thrilled to try them out with our housing situation. We had a listing agent come to our home and explain the entire process.
We were excited and confident with the decision, after his visit, that we proceeding with the process of filling out paperwork.
Although, they are knowledgeable and their process are clear, their responsiveness is quite slow. My husband and I feel like we are having to «find» these people. As clients, we shouldn’t have to constantly leave voice-​mails and emails just to get someone to give us a call back or provide us with a status. And we are talking days and even a week in between any follow-​up.
The few contacts I’ve made with Jessica Scott, she was either too busy in meetings or not available to take our calls or provided me with incomplete answers.
We are slowly losing our confidence in the team due to lack of response. We don’t like to be kept waiting or in limbo, not knowing what’s going on.
To be quite frank, we’ve even questioned the integrity of the team because we have sent in a lot of personal information including tax forms, banks statements etc and having no response back, made us wonder what ARE they doing with our personal/​confidential information.
It’s a scary place to be when you are solely relying on a team that is supposed to be your leading hand only to find out, you are all on your own.
It saddens us a bit that we are at a loss for words.
