Bianca had the best customer service skills and best attitude I have seen at a gas station in a long time! This is my 2^nd time here. I don’t live in this area but my doctors office is around the corner and for all my gas and snacks needs on the way back to Beverly Hills will be done here.

I just want to gas and go. I work about 3 minutes from here and come here about once or twice a week due to convenience. Never again. For about the fifth time in two months I received the see cashier message when using my card. There is never less than $ 500 in that account and when I am in a hurry I really just want a quick fill up. That aside when you get the see cashier message it automatically uses your Ralphs rewards points even if you don’t gas up there. I usually come to Shell for the 10 cent discount for Ralph’s club members but you have to spend so much before you get a discount. Super irritating. I gave it chances but I’m moving on to Chevron across the street.

Excellent place to get gas: the lots are very clean and spacious then most stations anywhere. Although the station inside has an odd setup, it works and makes things very easy to find. Regardless of this, most people here at the station, whether they are customers themselves or not, are always willing to help others out when they need it (flat tire or stuff of the sort). What I find very cool about the station is it’s Hydrogen Fuel islands and the cars that use them! That’s one of the things that make this station one of a kind, literally!

$ 101.00 fills tank. Holy shit Batman! What are we to do? We live in So Cal so that’s the cost of living. Cashier is always friendly and the station is kept very clean. That’s the only good news and it keeps me coming back to this Shell.

This is a gas station plainly put. It’s a great location close to mi casa, but for goodness sakes, give us a break on the pricing. This gas station is about $ 0.10 higher than most. I guess we pay a premium for location here. Oh, wait, it’s close to Fashion Island, those ladies shopping need to have enough gas to get home at some point. ;)
Clean pumps, TVs at the pumps as well is cool only if you’re filling up. If not they distract you and you put more in than you should. lol The inside is your typical over stocked and crowded mini-store. Take your chances people on the food in there.
