Dr Grover is such a perfectionist I did just a little filler in my lips, I did not want the big puffy lips just a little fuller. He listened to my request and did a perfect job. He is also so kind and personable he makes you feel so comfortable. I would never go anywhere else he is amazing. When you go to his office you will see he is very busy and takes his time with each person so sometimes for your appointment he might not be right on time but believe me it is so worth the wait if you have one. Thank you doctor Grover your the best !!!

I have not been into Dr. Grovers office in 7 years and I gotta say I’m still 1 000 000% happy I went with him for my BA. From start to finish the whole process was seamless with incredible/​natural results. I live in west Hollywood now and I see so many crappy Beverly Hills surgeons getting by with their Instagram popularity — probably what brought me to write this review– Dr. Grover is a no frills doc he does his job well and is a perfectionist with the best bedside manner. He leans on his reputation and excellent work not paid-​for-​popularity. I have to say before I decided going to him I did A LOT of homework and he by far was the best. I did so much research I even reached out to a reviewer on ratemd — thru Facebook– to have her share her experience with me, she was as happy/​elated with her results as I am now too. Also just as a disclaimer Dr. Grover will be realistic with your results and will keep things natural & within reason of your body/​figure/​size. whatever he does to your body is a reflection of him & his work. So let him steer the ship you will be so happy you did!

This review is long overdue. It has been 6 years since my procedure was done and I could not be happier! Dr. Grover and his staff are wonderful! (I apologize if I misspell names here) Denine and the treatment coordinator were pleasant to interact with for the logistical aspects. Whitney and Calli (sp) have excellent customer service. There was a miscommunication that occurred, but Calli executed a plan of action and had a solution. Having a great staff is so important as it reflects the image of the office.
Without going into too much detail, what set him apart from others, was his pre-​op regimen and less invasive technique. Dr. Grover has outstanding credentials, confidence and a calm bedside manner which were important to me in selecting a surgeon.

Dr Grover is my go to guy for my lips. He is patient, a perfectionist, and an incredible artist. Although I haven’t had any major surgeries performed by him, three of my family members have and they love their results. Dr Grover is a top of the line plastic surgeon and I highly recommend him to all! As for my lips, I just get 1 cc of temporary hyaluronic acid filler (juvederm ultra) once every 7 months (give or take), to just maintain a little fuller lips… And I love my lips! People constantly compliment my lips. Have even had other plastic surgeons remark on how amazing my lips look. Thank you Dr. Grover for everything you do for me and my family!

I did a lot of research and decided on Dr. Grover for my surgery. He has an impeccable reputation and stellar credentials but I was terrified of the surgery and worried about the outcome. The consultation process made me feel more confident because I instantly felt like his vision was similar to mine. Also, his before and after photos are beautiful. Only after surgery, which was six weeks ago, did I fully appreciate the magnitude of his expertise and artistry. I expected post op pain and prepared myself for feeling uncomfortable in my own skin but I felt little discomfort and from day one my results were beautiful and natural. Dr. Grover’s gentle technique and do no harm philosophy puts him in an entirely different league from many other surgeons. Go see him and expect beautiful results.

I had my surgery done in April and I could not be happier! Having heard and read about his credentials (Stanford trained, Board Certified, Member of the Board of Trustees of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and former President of the Orange County Society of Plastic Surgeons) I had very high expectations.
Dr. Grover was very detailed during my consultation and I felt that he really cared about what I wanted to achieve. Although I was excited about getting my procedure, I was also a little nervous and had a lot of questions before and after. The consultation, pre-​op and post-​op were better and more helpful than I even expected. He has the best bedside manner, his staff was very helpful and courteous and the results were amazing.
I am in debt to him for giving me my confidence back. My body looks natural and beautiful and I am extremely happy with my results!

I’ve written a few reviews on Unilocal over the past couple years, all which have been positive. I do not believe in writing poor reviews about a business, and would never want to cause a negative impact on a business. However, when it comes to health and appearance, I deem it necessary to do so in this case speaking only facts.
I’ve been a client of Dr. Grover for about 4 years now and have referred several friends for services. I’ve spent thousands of dollars. Dr. Grover is a kind, pleasant man with overall good bedside manner. He also does fantastic lip injections (juvederm) as well as filled my smile lines several times. He has performed Botox injections on many occasions. My quickest wait time was for my initial consultation (15 – 30 min) and follow up post-​op appointments, to my longest wait time which was 6 hours (granted I made an appt the day of and the gals said they could fit me in). Average wait time is an hour and a half to two hours.
He did my breast augmentation a few years ago. Laying in the op room prior to surgery (he was late to) I asked what size silicone implant he was placing and he responded «whatever looks beautiful on you.» I realize it was stupid for me to be asking so late in the process, but I assumed he was going to tell me prior to surgery, thinking maybe he was still deciding what size he would do. I asked for a full C throughout the consult process and brought photos along. Post open I’m a 421cc in each breast; a full D cup. They were big but looked absolutely great for a year. I massaged them daily and followed proper post op procedure.
After 13 months I developed capsular contracture and was diagnosed with grade IV by a reputable surgeon in Newport Beach and Dr. Grover also diagnosed me with capsular contracture. I know he felt sorry for me because I couldn’t help but cry after spending so much money (all cash) — so he offered to help me with a removal and new implant. Awesome! I was in strong communication with the office gals about my insurance and the op room cost which Dr. Grover couldn’t cover. I was quoted around $ 3500 for op room and anesthesiologist after several months. I made a job transfer after a couple months and had to change insurances and went through the process all over again. Because I was traveling throughout that year, I never had the time to take off to for a revision.
I went back for a consultation several months ago so we could finally schedule my breast revision and advised I wanted to get smaller implants since we were doing the revision for two reasons a) they were too large to begin with and b) I read that smaller implants have less chance of getting capsular contracture. He took photos of my breasts then looked me in the eye after assessing my lopsided, hard and lifted up my chest– breasts, and said I no longer have capsular contracture. He said I must have been «massaging» them. I was literally speechless. I stray from confrontation, I asked him, «then why are my nipples pointing two different directions and why are they hard and nearly squared at the bottom underneath where they used to be round tear drop… and now painful… capsular contracture doesn’t just go away on its own unless it’s in the very early stages and minor» He said It could be because I’ve been working out (which i always have) and because I looked a bit bigger (More muscular). I weigh the same now as I did the last 3 years: 120 lbs, 5’5″.
I have breasts that are now too large for my body, odd looking, hard and painful, and his quote for a revision was as much as the cost for my initial procedure. The fact of the matter is that I feel the situation was not dealt with fairly and wish we could have worked together to solve the problem the first go around.

I waited a long time, but Dr. Grover was very nice and to the point! He was very knowledgable. I would recommend him!

Dr. Grover has given me the perfect body!
He is perfectionist and knows what looks great. He listened to what I wanted a provided me with better results than I thought possible. You don’t even have to explain what you want… you can just go to him and just tell him to make something look good/​better and he will. He really is an artist.

Not a happy girl. I had a tummy tuck and breast augmentation. All I must say is do your homework! I went in trusting Dr. Grover. I wish I would of wrote everything down. I went in thinking this would boost my confidence but I am totally depressed. I wanted perky boobs not big fat hanging ones. I explained my concerns about not wanting to have to wear a push up bra. I can’t even wear a strapless they just hang on my upper stomach. The breast are so heavy, that they indent my shoulders and that is painful. My tummy tuck was beautiful, but the incision on one side was cut to short so it left a fat pocket. I went back to Dr. Grover and he tried to make an excuse that my hip bones were crooked. For my breast he said I should of had a lift. Why didn’t he do that in the first place!!! This cost me $ 32 000.00 total. Dr. Grover wanted another $ 10,000.00 he would lift my breast and exchange the implant to be smaller. Also he would fix the fat pocket on my side for free!!! Isn’t that nice!!! Thinking that going to a well known surgeon everything would be perfect. Also you would think for that amount of money he would want to make his patients happy! Nope just wanted more MONEY!!! Be careful.

I had my surgery in March and couldn’t be happier! Dr. Grover is an incredible surgeon. He has taken great care of me pre and post surgery. Everything from his office staff to surgical staff is top notch. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a quality plastic surgeon.

VERY long wait times for consultations and office visits. I am on my fourth visit and I have waited over an hour each time. I was told by his office staff that it’s because «he spends so much time with his patients.» I am all for that, but don’t schedule so many people so close together and make them wait.
Even though I am here for an elective procedure, I am taking time off work, paying a lot of money and my time should considered as well. At the very least, the office staff should tell you when you make your appointment, «BTW you’ll be here for two hours. Bring a book.»
I really hope the results are worth all of the waiting and frustration. The jury is still out.

This is an update on my last review after talking to Dr. Grover’s staff they addressed my concerns appropriately and in a timely manner, everything was professionally handled and I was explained as to why my appointment wait time took long and was offered a sincere apology from the staff, seems as they had a busy day but their sincere concern and apology to my long wait time and their extended approach to fix things definitely proves that Dr. Grover and his staff definitely truly care about their patients and how it was an honest mistake. Dr. Grover himself called me personally in the afternoon to apologize for the long wait time, I truly appreciate their concern for keeping their patients happy. I take back my review and would recommend anyone who would be considering surgery to Dr. Grover, thank you and your staff so much for your kindness and consideration towards your patients!

Definitely one of the best decisions I ever made. It was worth every penny and worth the recovery time given the condition before and after my procedure. It was life changing without a doubt a positive experience overall I’m so grateful for Dr. Grover and his lovely staff for all their effort to make my experience and procedure a positive and comfortable experience. They really went the extra mile to make sure I understood the details of the process and what to expect with my procedure. I was well prepared and ready for the procedure and it went very well. The recovery was positive as well although it takes a while to heal it’s well worth the trouble and I’m so excited and happy with the new me.

I am now 10 yrs post op a boob job with Dr Grover and still totally pleased with my boobs i got! I an now living in Nevada and would go back to cali for any work i would need because he is awseome at hos work! My boobs look and feel real according to my hubby and people never question them! I got saline implants through my armpits in Oct 2003! Thank you Dr Grover!

Nice, small, clean, modern office to get your beauty treatments done. I can only speak about Dr. Grover’s staff, since I’ve never experienced work with him, but the ladies in the office are nice, personable and professional. Price-​wise, standard for the treatments provided (so not discounted or anything), although I have compared to a few other places and have found a little cheaper elsewhere. Some of the treatments offered include:
— Velashape
— Botox
— Fotofacials
— Vein removal
— Plastic surgery
They accept Care Credit and keep you notified of appointments through mobile text messages. They also have ample parking in their lot.

I recently had a tummy tuck with Dr. Grover and have been more than pleased with everything from the initial consultation all the way through my post op follow ups. The staff is extremely knowledgeable with any question I threw their way and always are so friendly. Dr. Grover is one of the most attentive doctors I have ever met. His attention to detail was what sold me from the beginning. And his bed side manner make even the most nervous patient (and patients family members) feel at ease — safe and secure in his hands always!
My results are fantastic. I couldn’t be happier. I had extra skin from having 2 large babies. Dr. Grover was able to remove most of my stretch marks and combine my new incision line with my old c-​section scar. So — I only have one incision line now — it is wonderful! I am around 4 months post op now and just recently tried on my bathing suits to see how they would work with the incision line… all of them fit amazing and the incision is not visible in even the smallest string bikini I own… the kind that just ties at each side!
I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Grover and his entire staff. You will be taken care of and treated wonderful from the beginning to the end. And what really matters when you are searching for a great plastic surgeon is results… and I can assure you that Dr. Grover did not let me down there. I love my new tummy!
