Good service. Convenient location in a shopping plaza with grocery store, hardware store, BofA. And restaurants. Easy to ship things and do certified mail etc. It’s so much better than waiting in long USPS lines. And the shop there has all the supplies that you need plus cool gift items like a Hallmark store.
The only qualm is they don’t open on time. I was in a rush and needed to get in but they opened at 8:45am.

This is the best place to have a package shipped, to rent a mailbox, or to buy packaging supplies. The service is friendly. Joe is someone you can trust and rely upon, and they have all kinds of cool stuff. Two thumbs up for sure!

I was traveling from NYC and in town for a day. Needed to send a few items as well as get something notarized. Nadia and Joseph were SO helpful and so pleasant. They also have a great selection of cards and little gifts. I ended up buying a bunch and writing little notes to my family back home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

This place nails the customer service. It doesn’t matter if you are coming in for a book of stamps, or an expensive pack and mail job, Joseph makes you feel like you are the most important customer all day. Even at this very busy time of year for them, they quickly and happily take care of you. I used their Christmas wrapping service for the first time this year. Expertly and beautifully wrapped in a day. This is what a small business is supposed to be.

I opened up a mailbox 2 years ago and I have been extremely pleased with the services offered at this store. Joseph has been wonderful to work with — he is very professional and friendly and I know I can always count on excellent service when I walk into his store. The store has a very convenient system in place for clients to access their mail during the evenings and off-​hours. In addition, Joseph is really great about letting you know if you have received packages and he will keep your packages safe until you can pick them up. In addition to excellent services, the store is stocked with tasteful items — cards, stickers, stationary and more. I highly recommend this store.

I had come into this place many times before I became a customer. They always have fun, unique novelties for kids of all price points and basic mailing supplies. But what sets them aside most of all is their service. Here it’s the old fashioned kind where they greet you when you come in, acknowledge they’ll be with you in a second when they’re helping someone else out and are proactively helpful instead of waiting for you to ask for help. I wish more of other businesses operated on these basic civilities.
When I became a business, I went back to them even though there are other mailbox companies closer to me and I have had multiple occasions to be glad for my decision. Joseph and the other ladies always remember who I am, they are solid shipping partners for me in helping me save money by recommending different shipping options and are great at custom/​rush shipments. First of all, I basically live by Unilocal but never contributed anything. And today I finally signed up just to leave a 5-​star review on this sweet little neighborhood store. That can tell you how impressed I was:)
I need to ship some important documents (a little more than 1 pound) to Melbourne and found this shipping center on Unilocal based on all the nice reviews. I called up to get a quote on Monday and Joseph was very friendly and helpful. On Tuesday, I went to the store only to find out that DHL/​Fedex would not deliver to PO box, which is the company address I had in hand. The store was quite busy at that time nevertheless Joseph checked the company webpage for me to look up the physical address. He even checked what time it was in Melbourne so that I might be able to call them up. It was 7:00am there :(So I decided to check with the company first before I sent out the documents since I just can’t trust USPS lol Joseph kindly gave me a DHL envelope and new shipping slip so that I can fill out when coming back. After getting positive answer from the company, I came to the store again. Joseph took care of everything very professionally and patiently and I was able to ship the documents for $ 74 via DHL. It was a pretty good deal since I got online quote for over 90 bucks from Fedex/DHL/UPS.I cannot be happier with the shipping experience and will definitely come back again. They have the sweetest family/​neighborhood atmosphere that no local Fedex offices are comparable.

My business partner and use NB Mailboxes and More for our local small business. We recently renewed our mailbox for the second year. Moving our account to NBM&M was an important decision for us and now we are so glad we did it. We shopped around and found their rates to be very reasonable as compared to other Newport and OC options, but convenience and excellent service are the real reasons they are the perfect choice. They have a great location with easy access and ample parking. Unlike some of their competitors, they have 24 hour secure access which is not something we thought about ahead of time but have become so glad they did the thinking for us. Additionally, they offer one stop shopping for your mail and shipping needs plus other convenient services like notary. The place is always clean and cheerful and maybe that’s why I actually look forward to visiting. The owner is there most of the time providing first class service and a friendly disposition. As a fellow owner, I also really appreciate the fact that he has used my company’s services too. Our choice to do business with NBM&M has definitely been a win-​win!

Mailboxes and More really is all about service. They have everything you need, lollipops for my little ones and can do everything for most needs. I’ve faxes, printed, notarized, and carry a mail box there. Joseph the owner emails us and makes arrangements everytime something doesn’t fit in our box.

Joseph is an extraordinary, hard working entrepreneur who treats every customer with respect and sensitivity. I travel a lot, and knowing that my mail and parcels are safe and waiting for me gives me great comfort while I’m out of town, and Joseph also keeps me updated with emails wherever I am. In fact, I am writing this review from New Hampshire, and I was informed earlier today that Joseph had accepted 3 Amazon packages for me and are holding them for me until I get back to SoCal.
I recommend Mailboxes & More highly to anyone who needs mail management services, or a business or forwarding address, or if you just need some assistance preparing or shipping packages. The location is convenient, as well — near a Vons/​Pavilion, Ace Hardware, cleaners, Bank of America branch & ATM, Pacific Whey Café, etc.

I needed a Notary recently and found this super convenient place right near the Pavilions and Ace Hardware at San Miguel and Ford Road, near the Port streets and Spyglass Hill. How great to find out they also do shipping, they have a copy machine, they sell very cool toys for young kids and have gift wrap, neat cards and lots of other things you realize you need when you’re in there! The owner, Joseph, is helpful and friendly. Very happy they have come to our neighborhood. Check it out!
