Newport Beach Flora

I cannot speak highly enough about Newport Beach Flora! There was a huge mix-​up on the date of the memorial service, and even though it was all our fault Frieda was able to cancel my order at the last minute and reschedule it for a later date. She stayed in contact with me through the entire thing and was more accommodating than we had a right to expect. If there was a rating that was more than 5 stars I would have given it! They absolutely exceeded all expectations!

The most delightful and enchanting flora experience! I ordered flowers for my son and daughter-in-law’s wedding from Frieda Kay. We were so «wowed» by her arrangements, they were all very very beautiful. Cannot say enough about our wonderful experience and the numerous compliments on the artistic arrangements. Newport Flora was the best!
I found them online for a next day delivery to a friend in the hospital. Unfortunately the recipient had been transferred to another location and they were unable to make the delivery. The owner contacted me right away and stayed in touch until I was able to find out the new delivery location. It took a few days on my end and I was worried about the outcome but Newport Flora was so accommodating and made sure the arrangement found it’s way to the recipient!

I called at 12:30 requesting a rush delivery, and the very nice lady delivered them personally 45 minutes later! The bouquet was beautiful and I couldn’t be happier with the service.

Newport Beach Flora is my FAVORITE flower shop in Orange County. They have amazing customer service, the florist named Mary makes beautiful arrangements with the best flowers, and makes sure the flowers are delivered on time.

This. is the first five star i have ever given.
When the flower lady called, asking, «kat, where are you? i have flowers for you», my immediate response was the popular morning show «Ryan’s Rose» and was about to tell her shut the F up. Being the most negative lonely child growing up, i bury myself inside happily-​ever-​after fairy tales and yet never believed in good things or happy endings would ever occur. And. as a result of the negative energy, good things, usually don’t happen.
«i don’t trust you», i told her, as obnoxious as i could, as a queen bee to her slave.
«i understand your concern, but the young man wants me delivering you these flowers.»
«i don’t know any young man, nobody ever wants to give me flowers, bugger off!» i didn’t bother to fake my prim and proper shit over the phone to some strangers.
flower lady insisted, «Kat, i am not lying. Plus, what are you going to lose from giving me your work address? Place is perfectly secured.»
«have some faith», she said…
what she never knew was, i have never had any faith in anyone, anything, including myself.
have some faith, she said, with that soft yet easily-​acknowledged persian accent, somehow worked a tiny miracle in my heart, that faint optimism i thought was long gone, somehow struggled its way out and pushed me mouthing a whisper of «yes».
the flowers arrived. to my surprise, is the most random yet extraordinary arrangement of daisies, they were of various colors, dainty little things without the glamorous façade, who braved through my hazardous working environment in lack of water and carbon dioxide for almost a week. blooming by itself wholeheartedly like there is no tomorrow, like if she didn’t care her insignificant beauty is being appreciated, but rather a way to prove her existence.
i don’t know what Mary went through prior to locating me, but if anything, Newport Beach Flora, even the young man behind the bouquet left me heart-​broken without a word, you deserve a five star. for at least, you gave me a reason to hold onto, the last glimpse of faith that’s not yet numbed, by constant disappointment of the world.

This is my first time ever writing a review, My wedding was on July 30 and Newport beach flora (Marry) did my flowers. OMG they were so beautiful and they lasted so long its three days after the wedding and I still have them. Marry did the flower arrangment so beautiful i can not be more happier, They really made my day. Thank you so much.
