My name is Lani, and I am the founder of Essence of You. I grew up sensitive to energy; seeing, hearing and feeling energy. There are many people who have the same sensitivities to energy, but may not understand them. My goal is to help you understand your own energy and empower you to create and manifest the life you want. I will assist you with releasing stress, restoring your health and wellness, creating prosperity and abundance, and feeling beautiful from the inside out. Hopefully, you’ll find that receiving intuitive communication, getting healings, and learning tools can actually be fun!

I’ve been trained in meditation and intuitive awareness (clairvoyance) for 13 years. I’m also a Licensed Esthetician and Certified Massage Therapist; and have a background in Personal-​Growth/​Leadership Training, Human Resources and Marketing. My experience working in these fields has helped me gain exceptional business and life-​coaching skills, which now assist me in providing the best re
