Clean, beautiful beach location. Great place to spend the day or bring the family for a getaway. Only downside is the parking. On weekends make sure you allow extra time to find parking and be prepared to take a short walk to the beach. If you have a larger party, drop everyone and your belongings at the beach at the end of one of the streets and send someone to park the car. This will make it much easier to transport all of the beach necessities. The water is very clean and the rock jetty’s are placed to help with the currents and waves. Just a short walk from the Newport Pier and the surrounding restaurants and shops. Bring a lunch or take the short walk down on the boardwalk and visit one of the great local spots. You won’t be disappointed with a visit to this wonderful Newport Beach.
