I had an issue with an online transaction where the website stated I committed fraud. After contacting Babak and him contacting the website they rescinded their statement and followed through with the transaction. Great customer service and very responsive.

Was referred to Bobby through a friend. He helped me every step of the way through some legal troubles I had last year. He helped to lessen the headache and make everything seem manageable. Now it’s almost all behind me :) All around great guy!

Babak is very straight forward attorney. He carried my interest throughout my debt settlement case and was able to settle my debt for less than 40% of the outstanding balance with great payment terms. I would highly recommend him.

Babak was a very valuable asset helping me represent my interest in investment agreement. Babak walked me through the verbage of the agreement helping to affirm where the verbal agreement matched and did no match the written agreement. More importantly, Babak was very insightful at pointing at all the areas of the agreement didn’t cover and how it might adversely affect should things go awry. He spent the time to tell me where I should focus my energy and why it was important.
However, what i really appreciated about Babak, is after I thought we had ironed out all the points that I was going to go over with the investment representatives, he called me and proposed that he re-​draft the agreement to ensure I was well protected. He did this for a very minimal fee, and it was clear to me he would feel better about me investing my money knowing the changes that needed to take place were written by him instead of another party.
When the investment representatives read his draft of the agreement, they actually admitted that his version made the terms of the agreement more clear/​easier to understand. Additionally, it showed them that I was well represented and was not wiling to agree to anything unless it was an ironclad agreement.
I would definitely use Babak again.

found this place through a referral… best choice ever. i had a situation with a guy who bought 20k+ in stuff from me and wrote a company check. the guy cancelled the check and tried to keep all the stuff.
from the beginning Mr Hashemi took the time to go over everything over the phone and in person. i was blown away by his professional over view of the process i was going to go through. i am the type of person who likes to have a plan and know what it is clearly. i did take notes, but over the course of the start, i had more questions which he was always ready to answer.
through out the process, he really just talked to me and got to know exactly what i needed and had concerns with. there was really no time i didn’t feel taken cared of. he promised check in’s and he delivered. all i did was wait for settlement and receive his updates on the work. literally gave me peace of mind, that alone was incredibly valuable to me.
and yes, he was incredibly successful.
I plan to use him again for any issues. i would highly recommend him to everyone. seriously, if you have a question, call him. you never know if he can help until you talk to him.
