Mr. Merjanian is the co-founding and managing partner of Krause Kalfayan Benink & Slavens, LLP’s Newport Beach Office. He has attained substantial recoveries on behalf of his clients in Antitrust, Business Litigation, Civil Litigation, and Personal Injury cases.
Mr. Merjanian’s most recent publication is Ensuring Access to Affordable Medication: The Supreme Court’s Opinion in F.T.C. v. Actavis, Inc., published in The Journal of the Antitrust and Unfair Competition Law Section of the State Bar of California.
He is fluent in Armenian and also proficient in basic Spanish with classical training in piano, music theory and guitar.
Mr. Merjanian serves as a Board Member for Two Wings, a non-profit dedicated to educating and mentoring at-risk youth and survivors of sex trafficking. He also served as a co-founder of a community group dedicated to assisting families of deployed military personnel. He is also a member of Surfrider Foundation.
