Inner Balance Therapeutic Massage

I would give less stars if I could. They never answer the phone here so I can make an appointment. I have left 3 messages and it’s been a week and still no returned phone call!!! Worst customer service ever.

I can’t recall the name of my therapist but I bought a massage deal through Groupon and it was such a relaxing experience! The ambiance was great and I loved how she used essential oils along with lotion. Finding the location is a bit of a challenge but if you just call them, they’ll give you guidance on how to find it. I’ve been meaning to call and schedule another massage and I intend on returning.

Really nice massage. Easy booking. Used the wait list option on their website and got a call the next day for a cancellation. The room was relaxing and Liz did a great job focusing on the areas I told her needed attention. A much different experience than going to the franchise massage places. You’ll be happy :)

Liz guided me through a wonderful massage that I had purchased through Groupon. I highly recommend this place based on the fact that it is not your average massage place; very clean, welcoming and you definitely receive individualized attention.

Two visits so far with Kristyns Vaculikova. This massage is the real deal! Have been having lower back and shoulder issues and what an improvement already!
Frankly – I have never been a massage fan but I have now become a believer. I know that this will help to keep this old body moving.

As someone with chronic back and shoulder knots, massage is my saving grace and IBMT did not disappoint. Liz is thoughtful to your needs and focused. The studio space is calm, clean and well-​appointed — Very professional. And don’t be fooled by her petite stature — those hands are strong! I highly recommend Liz — just don’t take my appointment spot!

Liz has been my massage therapist for over two years and I recommend her to everyone. I so look forward to my 90 minute massage. Liz is a true professional and her space is great and very conveniently located. Before Liz I tried those massage chains like massage envy which was terrible. Ever since I switched to Inner Balance my inner balance has been restored.

I bought my groupon here and requested for Kristyna while booking my appointment after reading through all good reviews from Unilocal.Make sure to arrive 20 minutes early for two reasons. First 10 minutes early just to find parking spot. It is really slim picking. I got lucky after driving around looking for a spot everywhere. It is located next to a dentist clinic. As far as I remember there is only one treatment room (?). No front desk but just a lounge place to fill up your information. If you want to use restroom it is outside of the massage place. The second 10 minutes is to fill up paperwork, use the restroom, getting settled etc.
After the initial greeting, I was showed the room. Kristyna asked if I have any specific areas which need concentration. She said she will analyze how my body feels and perform the massage accordingly. So instead of massage for the entire body she made use of the time to concentrate on my back 90% and 10% rest of the body (arms, legs).
The massage was good, not a lot of talking (which is A+ plus for me). Felt good after the massage and the time went by fast. It was really therapeutic.

I bought a groupon deal for a 60 mins Swedish massage.
Making appointment process was easy. You basically call and leave a message and they call you back to set up the appointment. They have an online booking appointment as well but it was down when I went and checked.
Mark was the person who called and booked my appointment. The salon itself is very clean and calming. I had my massage with Kristyna. She was very nice and knew what she was doing. The pressures on my back and neck werr just right because I have been studying so much lately and I wanted some stress off me…
They have this wellness program that you can put a deposit and everytime you go for a massage which is one time a month, you will only pay $ 59, which is a pretty good deal concerning that is it $ 100 regularly…
I will for sure go back for my next massage. As one of the other Unilocaler mentioned, there is a water fountain right outside and the sound of water makes everything soooo calming and wonderful… Loved that ONE hour of my life!

I bought a Groupon for a massage, my first ever. Scheduling an appointment was super easy, it’s done online. I only had to call to reschedule, and they were very helpful with that. I arrived late due to traffic, but Liz (the owner) was still able to accommodate me. She talked to me about my problem areas and what I would like to focus on & got to work. She uses DoTerra oils, which really helped me relax. It was a wonderful massage, and I am looking forward to going back soon.

Kristyna gave me the best massage that I have had in ages. She suggested the focus be on my upper back and neck where my muscles were stiff. Her technique was perfect in working out the knots without (too much) pain. She checked in with me to confirm the pressure was comfortable for me. I felt like a new woman when I left there.
The salon is clean and relaxing. There is a fountain nearby and it creates a relaxing sound combined with the gentle music, and the aromatherapy oils with a perfect massage… nirvana!
I will defiantly be back soon!

Kristyna is the best masseuse I’ve found. Her technique was fantastic and she was very considerate in making sure pressure and temperature were just right. The room was very peaceful with candles and a heated massage bed. She made sure all the details were just right. Would recommend to everyone and will definitely be returning!

I went to Liz for a massage right before my wedding. I As you can imagine, it was a stressful time. I had a stress related back ache and no pills were not working. My wife brought me here to work out the stress. Liz is a great therapist and worked the stress out of my muscles. The rooms are very tranquil and relaxing. I highly recommend this place for rest, relaxation and pampering.

Liz performed an hour-​long deep-​tissue massage. It was extremely effective in relieving muscle pain, stiffness and joint-​immobility, and was far more effective than any previous massage I’ve received.
Liz is very friendly and her facility is clean and inviting. My massage lasted a full hour of hands-​on time and achieved everything and more than I hoped for. Highly recommended.

In Newport Beach for work & family. Needed a massage and found this great deal on Groupon. Website is fantastic & had online scheduling. Location is close to where I’m staying, near Fashion Island. Great directions online: go towards Fedex & tailor, past fountain and it is next to dentist office on the left, grey door.
Quiet peaceful location. Clean and tastefully decorated. Music was relaxing and room is near fountain so you get the trickling water sound.
Kristyna was amazing! Very professional and caring. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Any adjustments just let her know. The aromatherapy oil smelled great and I enjoyed my massage!
Will definitely visit again when I’m back in the area!

I had a deep tissue massage with Kristyna and she is amazing. She used deep pressure just as I like and and her technique is really good. This girl knows what she is doing.
The massage room is quiet, tranquil with a super, super comfy massage bed. I’ve been to some places where the massage bed feels like it’s about to fall apart. There is also a very relaxing waterfall somehere… it sounds like it is outside widow next to the massage bed.
The office is easy to find with a GPS… it’s near Salon Gregorie. I would book Kristyna again or maybe try Liz sometime… she seems to get good Unilocal reviews here.
Inner Balance is a keeper.

I received a Groupon Voucher as a birthday present from a friend to this facility. I had previously been a member of Massage Envy, so I have experienced quite a few different massage therapists who all have different styles and techniques. There hasn’t been a single one who I liked enough to stay with, so with this massage I wasn’t expecting anything amazing either. Just a run of the mill treatment.
Their suite is a bit difficult to find, but just follow the sound of the trickling water fountain and it’s in that little courtyard sort of hidden under some stairs. Krystina was my therapist for the day. She greeted me at the door cheerfully. She did a quick survey with me to go over any possible ailments and ask if I had any troubling areas I’d like her to address. For me, I just asked for just an over all relaxing massage.
The room was lovely. Tastefully decorated, just the right temperature and the ambient music wasn’t over the top new agey stuff. She used what smelled like a eucalyptus essential oil… after that I don’t remember much because that was the closest I’ve ever come to falling asleep in a massage. Her hands are so warm! Her technique was just fantastic. FAN-​TAS– TIC. I will come here a million more times. An hour just flew by.
An awkward moment was I forgot to bring cash, but I was able to leave a tip on a credit card for her, even though I was using just the groupon voucher to pay. I would recommend this place over Massage Envy any time!

I never write reviews on Unilocal; however after visiting Liz at Inner Balance I had to give credit where immense credit is due. Both my partner and I got deep tissue massages from Liz on March 17^th (yes there was loud music blaring from the local Irish bar). She was professional, kind, and very down to earth, not what you usually find in Orange County. Both of our massages were amazing! Liz has a vast knowledge of general anatomy and is very confident in her work. She told me step-​by-​step what she was doing and why my back and right shoulder have been so tight. Her massage room was relaxing and serene. I have felt great ever since! I am so grateful we found her!
On a side note, Orange County is not the most comfortable place for two queer woman to visit. Liz was nothing but kind and warm and truly welcoming to us! Thank you! We will be back!!!
