Copy 4 Less started in Huntington Beach and has grown to 3 locations in the last 19 years.

We are now serving Newport beach, Irvine and Fountain Valley as well.

I am Passionate about what I do, I have been in the copy and print industry for over 30 years. I have a love of birds and our shop logo is a parrot named Sherlock and in 3 of our stores we have parrots that keep our guests entertained

With our print shops we try to give our customers the type of service I would like when I give my hard earned dollars to a business. We are a one stop shop for most of our customers and try to excel in everything we do for our clients.

I can’t speak for the Huntington Beach or Fountain Valley location but this location is probably some of the WORST service I’ve ever experienced as a consumer. The women here are tyrants. They messed up our business cards, we wanted gloss on them. Normal right? We go to pick the cards up and there’s only gloss on one side… Odd but okay. Mistakes happen. We asked for them to be redone. We were met immediately with resistance from the employees. We are paying customers who want our product to look a certain way… How is this up for debate?! Anyway they finally agree and tell us they’ll be ready in 3 business days. 5 business days later we still haven’t received a call. We call to follow up and the employees response? «You guys wanted them perfect, that’s why they aren’t ready.» Well no sh*t we want our BUSINESS CARDS perfect!!! Are you kidding me?! That’s just the icing on the cake and I don’t have time to go into detail about anything else that happened but do yourself a favor and do not use them!

Fantastic Service! I came in at 8 am with a +400 page proposal that I needed to look great and needed it the same day. Mary quickly organized the files, made great suggestions and was very easy to work with. By 2:00, I picked up my reports and they looked Awesome!
I had originally brought the project to another firm with an ‘X’ in their name. They were difficult to deal with and appeared to be annoyed with any questions or requests. Copy 4 Less was much faster, easier to work with and less than ½ the price. I couldn’t be happier.

The following goes for the Fountain Valley location as well. Both of my sweet graphic design friends had no problem printing my ceremony programs/​menus + wedding invites, which came in sealed plastic. It was the most affordable pricing in town, and so speedy. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I was in the area and needed some basic copies made. They were fast, efficient, and quality copies — all at a good cost.
I could not have been happier, but again, I had basic copies made. They have walk up machines which anyone can operate, or you can work with the expert on duty.
I also enjoyed seeing their bird mascot.

Today was my first visit here. I had some stuff I needed to make copies of for work and I called, I spoke to Lauren. She was very helpful. She has me email her the flyers that I needed to make copies of and got started on it before my arrival. However, one of the flyer got out of format due to the different types of layout they had in their system. Lauren allow me to use their computer to correct it. After the printing was completed I needed to have the flyers cut down to a certain size. She said she would do it but they charge per cut. So I proceed to start cutting and she was kind enough to help me with no charge. All the staff there was very helpful.
This place is very nice and they have a great staff. They had a very cute patriot too!!!
I look forward to using this company again to print more flyers :)

These guys are awesome. I’ve been working with them professionally going on 5 years now and I’ve never once been disappointed. They definitely deserve the many perfect scores in the other reviews here. Don’t even think about going to Fedex, Office Depot, or anywhere else — you’ll not only save more money, but will have a better customer service experience here than you’ll get anywhere else. They also have multiple locations making it more convenient for you. Thanks Bari, Jay & co. for taking such good care of me all these years!

Greg and Jay have been great to work with! And I feel they both deserve a shout-​out for work well done.
Greg is my go-​to guy. I know I can count on him to get the job done in a timely and professional manner every time. He and his associate Jay both go out of their way to make sure my order is perfect! They are friendly and helpful even on their busiest days. When Greg is tied up, Jay always steps up to the plate and takes over. I know I am in good hands with either one of these men!
