History

Established in 2011.

Brad Bybee grew up in the Mesa Verde area of Costa Mesa and is a graduate of Chapman University. Brad graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and a minor in Communications. Over the last four years Brad has been able to help clients successfully navigate through the most difficult real estate markets in history. Focusing on the areas he’s known all his life, Brad Specializes in understanding the complex markets in Coastal Orange County and its surrounding areas.

Believing business is all about transparency, Brad values the ability to articulate to clients what is going on and what they can expect throughout the home buying and selling process. In addition, he knows that an expert understanding of the current market is key to being able to put together a strategy that will help clients – whether to sell their homes for the highest prices or purchase homes for the best value.

Brad Bybee grew up in the Mesa Verde area of Costa Mesa and is a graduate of Chapman University. Brad graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and a minor in Communications.

Prior to real estate, Brad worked as a Marketing & Customer Service Manager in the Web Division for Jack’s Surfboards in Huntington Beach. He then worked in International Product and Marketing Department for action sports clothing manufacturer Quiksilver. As an Eagle Scout, Brad knows the importance of giving back to the community. He is a donor to the Chapman Fund at Chapman University that goes to helping raise money for scholarships and tuition at his Alma Mater. He dedicates time by sponsoring and running a canned food drive with Second Harvest Food Bank of Orange County. Brad and his wife reside in Huntington Beach, where they can enjoy the beach, surfing, and the amazing weather all year-​round.
