. I was in the process of looking for a rental home in the Irvine area. As some of you may have experienced, contacting a realtor from Zillow is either a hit or miss. Some will eagerly get back to you, and other times you won’t receive a response or acknowledgement.
My experience with Christina is above and beyond what I expected. Christina immediately contacted me after I sent a request to view one of her listings. Unfortunately, her listing had already rented out, however she kindly asked if she could represent us as our realtor. I gave her the opportunity to find us a nice rental home, which she worked diligently to get us in a desirable home within a few weeks. During the move in inspection, Christina was very particular and paid attention to every little detail. She truly represented us as the renters and looked out for our best interests.
After moving in to our rental home, we chose Christina to be our realtor for selling our current home. I sat down with Christina and she provided a detailed analysis of the current housing market. We both came to an agreement on an appropriate listing price based on the analysis. Christina essentially guaranteed that she would have our home sold in a timely manner. She made many recommendations along the way and at no point did I feel any pressure to do something I did not want to do.
With Christina’s recommendations, I reconditioned the home to a desirable turnkey immediate move in home. Christina provided recommendations on professional painters, carpet and tile cleaners, and a staging crew with full furniture and accessories. Christina’s team had weekly open houses, and within weeks, we were able to secure a buyer.
So, in summary, I would highly recommend Christina Shaw and her team without reservation. She is a hardworking individual and will always get back to you immediately. She looks out for your best interest as her client. She will not steer you in the wrong direction. I would definitely use Christina again when it is time for us to make our next home purchase in the next few years.
