I have been in here so many times within the last several weeks and absolutely love this store! I guess for some reason I got use to beauty supply stores and high end retail stores for my lotions and body wash. Because it is so colorful too I was under some misguided thinking it was too youthful with sweet flowery scents. Wrong on my part. This store has such a great selection of some awesome smells, body wash, lotions, candles, bacterial wash and miscellaneous yummy items. Every time I have walked in I have been greeted and an offer of help. Yes my first and second time I did need help and I was introduced to some great items and she listened to what fragrance types I was looking for. I have bought a bunch of things here and will continue to do so. They have great coupons and specials. Why anyone would give a 1 star is beyond me, geez. Either you like the product or you do not and sometimes staff might be busy. I have never had 1 person not help me when I asked. Fun place, yummy smells and great customer service.

I’m not sure why there are only 11 reviews for this place, but OK, I’m number 12 and had such a great experience in this particular store today that I had to jump on Unilocal and give a big shout out to Sabrina and Lauren who were very helpful with my sensory overload being that I had to smell practically everything in the store. I know that I am very late to the game, as I have never shopped here prior to today’s visit. WOW, BBW, you’ve got a customer for life here! The deals they email you are crazy good! The employees are extremely knowledgeable to tell you exactly what ingredient is in each product. I was looking for something floral with peony and they certainly steered me in the right direction! I did buy a lot however how can you not when you buy 3 and get 3 free with a $ 10.00 off coupon??? … Tahitian Island Dream. Just get it.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. By far the worst Bath and Body works I’ve ever been to. Workers were no help at all. When I asked if they had more of the gift set in stock, they said they’ll go take a look, but to my suprise, I saw the girl I asked for help do a hand gesture to the other girl who was helping her saying something like«don’t even look for it, just say we’re out of stock». These people front being nice, don’t be fooled. Never coming back.

Super nice location in Fashion Island. The staff here told me about every bath wash and special sales in the store. I had a coupon and saved on a free body wash. Happy Happy Happy :)

I always shop at this store since it is across the street from my office. The staff is always friendly and helpful, without being pushy, and the store always has what I need in stock. The associate with the UK accent has helped me several times and is fantastic! She has always gone above and beyond to help me find the right product, as well as gift wrap it for me.

This is just kind of like an average store, the employees don’t seem very attentive towards the customers(accept for one, she has an accent that I think is because she lived in the UK, and she is awesome). They have had quite a bit of sales going on lately though I think that that is a company wide thing. Other than that I wouldn’t really say this store stands out from the rest of the BBW stores because the employees don’t seem super friendly.

My absolute FAVORITEBBW location due to the consistently helpful and friendly staff! It also helps that the store itself is always stocked and neat! I go here often for my BBW needs or even just to browse and smell things. Sometimes this is my only stop at Fashion Island, so it’s very convenient that it’s located near the parking lot by Forever 21. Anyways, I’m ALWAYS greeted with a smile. When I do come here, it’s always around the same time(weekdays, after 4pm) so it’s usually always the same employees who remember me and ask me how I’m doing. The staff will gladly check in the back if what you’re looking for isn’t on shelves. The caucasian male manager who is there when I come by(weekdays, after 4) whose name I sadly don’t know is a HUGEHELP! He gave me a free shipping code to buy the candle I wanted that was sold out in the store, but available online. How awesome is that?! He has also let me use coupons when I forget them, which the other employees have done before as well. There have been a number of times when the employees at this location went above and beyond to make customers satisfied!

Now that they are finished with the remodel, I figure I owe this location an updated review. The store looks like any typical B&BW. I only come here for the candles, which I LOVE. Of the summer scents, I’m totally digging oceanside, seaside, beach cabana, coconut water, sea spray, and tiki beach. Fall/winter scents. leaves, winter, frosted cranberry, homemade cookies, and my all time favorite, MARSHMALLOWFIRESIDE! The staff at this location are overly friendly and always eager to help. Sometimes this is good, sometimes I just want to be left alone while I shop :) Overall, I really like this location and staff. It’s my go-to B&BW.

This store is undergoing a remodel in FI, so it is open in a «temp» location by fountain and Haagen Daas. Boring and ugly setup that I’m sure(hopefully) is just temporary. Friendly but unhelpful workers, who seemed more intent on chatting amongst themselves.

Wow, I was surprised when I walked into this location. Mostly, because the store takes up way more space than it needs. Walking throughout it, I just kept wondering. haha, how much do they pay in rent? Everything is spaced so apart, which is frustrating, because for bath & body products, most people semi-know what they want. so it’s annoying to jump around from display to display. especially when they are so much further apart than need be. The employee I spoke to was nonchalant.meh. It was just kind of a whatever experience altogether.

As much as I do actually like to shop here, this particular location makes me steer clear. I have been in sales for as long as I can remember, so I can appreciate and understand sales people pretty well, but holy shit the people that work at this location make me want to toss my cookies. I have never been more annoyed. They might as well hire Cal Worthington. things i would like to tell them, but do not have the balls to do so in real life which is why i am Unilocaling: 1– I dont want to have conversations about what brings me in today, but i will decline that fucking shopping bag you have offered me 45 times in the last 5 minutes. all i want is a candle. thank god i have hands. 2– I also do not want to try the new perfume that smells like hawaiian asshole. 3– stop asking me for my email, address, and phone number, im surprised you havent asked for my bloodtype or my fingerprint. buying dish soap is a serious procedure apparently. i have since stopped going in here. i just cant take it anymore. it gets me all riled up and im sure that is not good for my blood pressure.

I’ve been to many Bath and Body Works stores thanks to their occasional«sales,» and this location is no different than other places I’ve been to. However, this location had an item that I rarely see in similar places… bars of soap! And they were on sale too, so I bought whatever was left. Also, when you buy something, you can ask the staff for ribbons and plastic gift wrap for your items(they only do this upon request). So, if you are looking for great, inexpensive gifts(complete with ribbons and gift wrap on request!), go to Bath and Body Works.

A pretty decent sized store with all the labels you would find at the SCP store. I was lured in by the wonderful aromas of mint which is one of their seasonal scents. At the moment, they are also featuring a line of Christmas anti-bacterial soaps such as cranberry and they’re going for $ 3/bottle. On top of that, the regular anti-bacterial stuff is also the same price and this location has a lot more of the foam variety than any other store I’ve been to in the area. Not too many staff members to help you within the store itself but once you’re ready to check out, they’re pretty eager to help. Great stuff to stock up on X’mas presents or to buy hostess gifts to bring to parties during this time of year.
