Don’t go during lunch time service sucks and they got our bill wrong twice… food was ok. Seemed pissed when I asked for ketchup.

We come here at least once a month, usually for lunch and sit with Molly. We’ve had nothing but great experiences. If we’ve ever had an issue the management always comes up, remakes our food or takes if off if we decide we don’t want it remade. Burgers are always cooked perfectly, service is wonderful. We will continue to regular this resturant!

Not the best O’Charleys experience Ive had. Ever since they remodeled it the customer service has just plummeted. The waiters aren’t as friendly the prices have gone up and the product isn’t as good. I ordered a steak and it came like beef jerky. gross. we also never received our rolls because she said they were out but other waiters were giving tables rolls? I hope it gets better because we really like O’Charleys but every time we have visited this year it has been unpleasant.

Every time I have been to this location I was most dissatisfied. Safe to say it is the worst oCharley’s I’ve been to. My food is always cooked poorly. I come specifically for the burgers and every time they are over cooked and grey when I ordered it medium rare. And then when the manager came over after waiting for 15 mins all I got was an apology and he told me that the kitchen rarely gets requests for any meat cooked under well done. So what they don’t know how to cook? He didn’t take any amount off the bill. Very disappointed in this place and will not be going back.

I love love the chain restaurants food but I have come here several times and the service has just been terrible. The bread basket isn’t taken away. Empty plates left on the table and my drink is almost always left empty. I was here once before and it took them 25 mins to pour me a single beer then when I got it. It was warm, I didn’t commit alcohol abuse but it would’ve been nice if it was still cold. Go and see for yourself how it is and hopefully I’m just the unlucky person that gets consistent terrible service.

Left restaurant because service was awful. We love going there every Wed. But today our drinks took so long and we sat in the bar. My vodka martini up came on the rocks then second time came with a wedge of lemon. I saw her filter the watered dwn vodka and never chilled my glass. BAD. The bartender is usually a waitress. The wed bartender was off. We paid, for our awful drinks and left. To be continued.

This is a combination review. Our first visit was great. We had the top sirloin off of the 9.99 menu and everything was very nice. The only complaint was they don’t serve butter. Second visit we brought our own butter and we’re ready for another nice evening. Ordered 2 large prime rib dinners MR and M. They both came out Rare. My wife sent hers back thinking they would cut her a new piece that was medium but they tried to make it «more done». Anyone that has been in the business knows this is not a good idea. Prime Rib was returned well done. It was so well done it was actually curling up at the edges. They offer a new slice which came out. .. Well done. The wait staff was apologetic and did what they could but the original slices should not have been brought in the fist place. It is not hard to tell the doneness of prime rib by sight. There you have it, two visits with a combined score of **.

It was late at night, like around 9:00. Three of my family members got a table for five and my woman and I met up with the others. We had just eaten Checkers, so we were just there for dessert. So, O’Charley’s has five different types of pie: Country Apple Pie Double-Crust Peach Pie French Silk Pie Southern Pecan Pie and my favorite, Ooey Gooey Caramel Pie. The waiter allowed us to bring in our large Checkers cup of sweet tea, and asked us if we wanted anything to drink or eat. We mentioned we’ll have dessert(as the other three eat full meals). He suggested that we add a «Salad & Pie» to one of the meals for only $ 3.99, so it’s basically like getting a free slice of pie(or salad). The dessert came out with the others’ meals, like we requested. It was very delicious and would recommend going to this O’Charley’s, not just because it’s the only O’Charley’s for miles, but because it’s very organized and delicious.

This was once one of my favorite restaurants. The food quality is down from what it once was, but it is still passable. Kinda. It’s probably better if you don’t remember the before. The service, however, is downright deplorable. I wish I was basing this off a single bad experience, but alas, I have kept going back for more punishment. Like I said, this was a favorite! Your soft drink will be watered down, poorly iced, in a small glass. You will drain it in the first minute of its arrival, and you may or may not get another. Sometimes, you just have to get up and go to the bartender, if there is one, to refill your coke. Your food will take a while. Even if you order the soup and salad for lunch, it will take a while. Grow lettuce, milk the cow kind of time. I keep holding out hope they will eventually turn it back around.

Went with the family to celebrate Veterans day with the free meal. Was very disappointed in the service and the pumpkin«cream» pie was horrible presentation. Was an old slice with burnt top and melted whipped cream on top. We asked several times for rolls and was told they were still cooking and no seconds. The 9.99 cajun chicken pasta was all pasta no chicken. Very disappointed compared to the Fayetteville location.

Food was good. Well prepared, tasty and plated quite nicely. Took a party of 7 adults and 13 year old in for lunch and the meal went down without a hitch. Waiter was very attentive, quick witted and had good recommendations. I don’t make it to this O’Charley’s very frequently but whenever I’m in Newnan you can count on me giving it a visit.

All we wanted was a piece of their«famous» caramel pie. They only have«minis» now, no slices. I ended up buying a whole pie(for nearly $ 20!) for my friend’s birthday. I think I’ll learn how to make it next year. It can’t be THAT hard.

Lukewarm chicken tenders. Tough steak, even cooked medium. Service was barely existent, as she was more concerned with getting her stuff done to leave. We usually have a good experience at O’Charley’s. My wife’s a big fan of the potato soup and rolls. I dig the Chipotle Tenders, that sauce is addictive. But, this visit was a bust.

Waited about an hour for food. But it was pretty good. Nice waitress. Waited too long though and fries were a tiny bit old.
