How can you have a bad experience at In N Out! Matthew was the one of the most consisuous employees at any employer I have met in a long time! This guy deserves special kudos in customer service and speaking highly of his employer! GREATJOB Matthew keep up the great attitude!

seriously disappointed! I specifically ordered XTRAWELL on my burger with the specific reason of me being PREGNANT! I get home thinking I’m going to enjoy my burger but to my surprise the patties still have pink and was thrown away

This place is pretty clean and the workers are really nice! I thought this was a great area for a pit stop, we were on our way back to Sacramento from LA area and stopped here for a bite to eat. Even though it was super crowded we got our food very quickly. Usually when the line wraps around the restaurant and the drive thru also goes out the door, you’re expecting to wait forever, but we got our food in six minutes flat! I was super hungry and staring at the clock the whole time to be honest ahah There’s not much seating available but I was only with one other person, so we found a small table towards the cashier area. The fries were hot, burger was delicious, we were back on the road fast! I’m used to waiting like, twenty minutes for my food at In n Out pit stops because they’re right near the freeway and everyone flocks to them, so this was a great change for me! Took off one star because parking was still terrible though — I actually parked in the McDonald’s lot and walked over after circling the In n Out lot twice, unfortunately.

I’m a true lover of in n out but this one was a little disappointing. The service, order takers and building was great but the cooks and board associates messed up my simple order. Even though the it was ran correctly. The cooks and board people need to pay more attention. Still it was a nice delicious burger overall!

One thing i didn’t know previously is that they do serve burgers protein style — double beef patty with lettuce wrap instead of buns. Healthy and low carb. Their fries doesn’t taste like oil(unlike mcdonalds). Love it!

Definitely a must-go TRADITION for lunch while we visit Six Flags! Let’s be honest, theme parks are waaaay expensive for food even with deals. True story! So why not hit up In N Out! Just the way to go. Yea, this place busy, packed, & fight for seats kinna place. But it runs well as always. You order & you seem to be able to find seats as soon as your food is ready. Happy customers all around!

Great food but sometimes the wait takes a long time! If you don’t like animal style fries try cheese fries!!!

I’m a big fan of In and Out. I love their fries, or rather, I USUALLY love their fries. But this was not the case when hubby and I went to dinner there(Old Road shop) last night at about 8:30pm. We ordered our regular — two number one combos, and neither of us ate our awful fries. They were dry and tasteless/oily, almost like they’d been dropped a second time to heat them up. And they were cold. Ugh. How disappointing.

Not s lot of parking spaces, but I found a couple at 2pm on a Wednesday. Matthew seemed new at the register. He repeated a few things and bi told him up front that it was to go, but he asked me again at the end of taking the order. Anyway, the cheeseburger was a little over done, the fries were the same as usual, and it took about ten minutes to get the order. Lots of guys cooking in the back and they were singing and having lots of fun back there… Maybe that’s why the burger was s little over done? One guy was constantly on the floor cleaning up, picking up trays and wing down tables… Nice! This place is part of the«hamburger hill» area with McDonald’s, etc. I’d hate to come in this area around 12 or 1 pm!!!

I love coming to In-N-Out Burger. They have the best cheeseburgers and fries. My favorite is the animal style cheeseburger yum! I have been to this location twice and both times the line actually went by very smoothly and fast, which is a shocker since most In-N-Outs are notorious for their long drive-thru lines. I actually have two young sisters who work at In-N-Out in separate locations though. All the employees at In-N-out are very hardworking there’s no time to slack off they really earn every buck they make. Just a side commentary to all In-N-Out customers, please don’t be jerks to the employees. No one is superman or wonder women here. Whatever they can do to make the process faster they will do and they can do without the rude comments. Thank you.

Although this In’N’Out is in a very convenient location, there is a super super super long line for the drive thru. I have been to tons of busy In’N’Outs around Los Angeles with long lines, but seriously — this line took FOREVER to get through. And it wasn’t because of the guy taking orders. The kitchen must be slow or backed up or the people in front of us must have been ordering for a little league team. I ordered a grilled cheese, per usual. This one was decent compared to other locations. It was kind of mushed sideways so a lot of the cheese kind of fell out. The tomatoes were sliced nice and thin and so were the onions. A decent amount of lettuce. A bit watery though, the secret sauce kind of dripped down my hands. Which is not ideal for me stuffing my face in the passenger seat while we’re driving. Not enough napkins were given. However, the grilled cheese did have the right kind of crispy edges I like. I do have to point out that one time at this In’N’Out, when paying with the credit card, accidentally gave us a gift card instead of our credit card. We didn’t notice until later which was a big bummer when we needed to pay for something else and kind of ruined the whole day. Upon returning to get the credit card back, there was no big apology about the mix-up. I don’t think they know they had handed us a gift card(probably not loaded anyway — we didn’t try it this time around), but it would have been nice if they had apologized and offered a free meal or something for the mix up. That is what customer service is about.

Typical In N Out. Nice staff. Quick service except the kid passing out orders let a bunch(including mine!) Sit on the counter for five minutes while he listened to a customer complain about his to go order not being in a bag. Would’ve been quicker to just bag it son. The stuff gets cold pretty fast cause everything but the patty is refrigerated. Hate cold food hence 3 stars.

Kids at this location are hard workers. Since it’s right down the street from Magic Mountain, it gets packed. The drive-thru, the parking lot, the dining room, PACKED! But what I liked was that this In-N-Out knows what team work is all about. We ordered and tried to find a spot to sit. It felt like the mall at Christmas when you’re trying to find parking and there’s somebody stalking you as you are walking to your car, only we were the stalkers looking for a table. We found one and we hadn’t even sat down yet and some kid swooped in and was like, «Let me clean that for you sir» and like that, we sat down to a clean table. Execution of the burgers were on point, as most In-N-Outs always are.

In and out never disappoints even when you are far away from home. Some people eat at McDs. I’ll stick to in and out and 4x4s.

This is a very Busy In-N-Out Burger the drive through is very long and it is hard to find a seat in the place you just need to keep an eye open for one this is expected due to the location just off the 5 Freeway. The reason I’m giving it two starts is because I ordered a 4by4 animal style with raw onions instead of Grilled onions. When I revived my food my burger only had 3 meat’s on it and it had grilled onion’s and raw. So they messed up on the order I just ate my food because I was starving. I called the 800 number on my receipt and they are send me a certificate for a free meal I hope my next visit to this location is better next time. The cleanliness is OK due to the amount of people the restrooms also need some work. I love In-N-Out the food is very fresh and Delicious I would have gave them five stars but due to the order Mess up they got Two. If you’re heading to Santa Clarita or Los Angeles stop by and have yourself a break and get some great food.

I really, really love this In N’ Out location. It is conveniently off of the I-5 freeway. This is one of the busiest locations I’ve seen and every time we order they’ve gotten the order right and the service has been quick, despite the long lines. My reasoning in taking off 1-Star: — The lines are often so long they roll out into the street, disrupting street traffic — people magically forget how to drive and the prioritization of who goes into the drive-through has two inputs(one from the street and the other from the Parking Lot). I’ve seen people get pretty rude in this intersection over the difference of about a 60 second wait. — It seems like the milkshakes have gotten progressively harder and harder to suck. I mean, they’re delicious, but I think the machine is either kept too cold or not enough milk is added because the consistency is practically a solid! Am I right? LOL :)

This is a busy location(aren’t they all?) but they do a fantastic job of moving the ordering line quickly and getting the foot out fast. The double double was great and even the fries were perfect. They lost a star because the dining area wasn’t very well attended. Everyone was having to grab a fistful of napkins to wipe off their messy-greasy tables.

I’m so over this location. The last 4 – 5 times I’ve been here, the customer service has been horrible. I gave them those chances because you cant blame a whole location for one or two people. But at this point, it’s the majority of the employees. I only go here late night, so perhaps it’s the late night crew that is off. The food is almost always perfect, except once I got the fry equivalent of the bottom of the potato chip bag. Someone claimed that the fries get cold fast and they’ve never had a warm burger here and that this is a glorified McDonald’s. I call BS. Regardless of the customer service issues, I have never had cold fries, anywhere near a frozen burger or the um, stomach issues I used to get from McDonald’s. To be honest, you can get In N Out for the same price as McDonald’s(which you have to pass to get here), but the food is MUCH better. Oh, and In N Out does everything fresh(they don’t even have freezers), so she’s straight out lying about frozen anything. As far as her comment of they are«as sloppy as McDonald’s» here, um, they wrap your sandwich so maybe you’re just a sloppy person? My issues here are solely with the lack of customer service. Too many times I have had to sit at the pay window and wait because they are playing around inside the store. The wait for In N Out is legendary, regardless of location. But this one is due to the employees messing around too much. And when they get to you, they don’t apologize for the wait or anything. It’s a young crowd, but they have a young crowd at Five Guys and the food comes out in a timely manner. My son loves In N Out, but I can go to the other locations instead of here. Or I can go to Five Guys(which is closer) where I’ve never had an issue.

Disappointing showing at this In N Out. I’m sure I’ll be back to give it another go, but in my visit, which occurred around 9pm on a Monday evening, almost all aspects of my meal were a little subpar. The fries were badly overcooked — to the point where it feels a little«grindy» between your teeth when you’re chewing. Not good. The burgers did not have other gunk on the outside, which was a plus, but the buns were cool, and it seemed like my food was prepared before the order. I doubt that’s the case, but that’s how it tasted. The staff was friendly and efficient, but again, I worry, almost too efficient. Next time, I want my food to be more fresh and less cool and dilapidated. My quest to eat at all In-N-Outs in the world continues, but this one came with weak sauce.

I’m probably going to get rocks thrown at me but I just don’t get In-N-Out. It’s okay, well-priced and fast. But the fervent following I see *ducks rocks* I don’t get. My burger bun was totally stale, the onions slapped me in the face, the fries were completely not fresh and I was just like MEH. I have the feeling I’d be better off trying to customize my order in all those creative ways you always read online. Until then, I dunno about you In-N-Out.
