I met April through a mutual friend and I’m so glad I did! I’ve been wanting to go light for years and this is the year I decided to do it. I was super nervous I have super dark hair, April walked me through the process every step of the way and was totally patient with me. I had a late appointment and she didn’t rush through at all, she colored, washed, cut and styled my hair. I’m excited to go lighter for the summer! Major shoutout to April. I had had many bad experiences at different salons across the valley until I came across April on Instagram. She’s honest with you (which cannot be said for all hair stylists.) She cares about the end product and she’ll never let you leave the salon if she isn’t satisfied with the her work. I never had a hair stylist explain things to me as April always does which I appreciate so much. I’ve recommended her to my friend and now she’s a client as well. Nothing but great things to say about my experiences. I love the color and cuts!!! She’s nice, personable and easy going. I definitely recommend her!

April is truly amazing! She did such a wonderful job on my color, highlights and trim! She took the time to ask what I wanted and what she thought I needed, and she sure delivered! Plus she’s a sweetheart. I’m so glad to have finally found someone in Santa Clarita.

What to give a Big shout out to APRIL!!! Moving from a small Island to the Big City was kind of scary at first and trying to find the right place to go to was pretty hard. Where I’m from everyone knows everyone and if a Barber or hairstylist ruined your hair the word would spend within hours! So looking for the right Barber or hairstylist was pretty hard to pick from out here and moving from shop to shop with people messing my haircut up was frustrating! One day I went out of my element I walked into a hair-​salon taking a chance with an hairstylist for the first time not knowing what’s going to happen made me nerves. April made me feel relaxed and comfortable during my haircut. I wanted a new look with an new style and April give me what I wanted with the look I wanted. I was very please with the job she did and I would recommend April to anyone that ask me where to go for a haircut.

I have just moved to the area and one thing is to find yourself a stylist. Well I hit the jackpot. Jennifer is fun. She makes me look good and keeps my hair healthy! Thanks Jennifer!

Sam has been doing my hair for years and I’m always happy with the end result! She has serious color skills and knows EXACTLY what she’s doing! All my friends and even my husband goes to her! She’s the best!

First thing… I am very particular with my hair… I hate having it cut or have anything done to it. I normally wait forever to cut my hair, I know not good for my hair. I have such anxiety when it comes to cutting it off. For about 6 years I have been letting my hair grow out and only trimming it so I can donate it in memory of my mom’s best friend, who had breast cancer.
I had an awesome stylist, Jeanna, who dealt with my freak out and did a great job. Since my first appointment with Jeanna, I have gone back several times to try out new things with my hair… crazy for me to do. But Jeanna did a great job and completely trust her with my hair.
She did a great job checking on me and making sure I liked everything she was doing. She wanted my hair style to be something I enjoyed and loved.
I can’t wait until my next appointment with her. I’m trying to figure out the new color I want! :)

Wow! The best experience I have had. We heard a lot of positive reviews about this place, especially with Sam. She has been fabulous. My wife had an appointment with her and was extremely pleased. She got blue streak and layered cut from Sam.
My wife felt very honored because she had planned to get blue streak dye with her step-​mother a year ago but didn’t get a chance to and her step-​mother passed away a few months later. So, it was a bittersweet moment and a honor for my wife to get this treatment to honor her step-​mother.
Sam clearly loves her job. She had great personality and was extremely cheerful and is prone to giggling from time to time.
Price is not too bad but well worth it if it makes my wife very happy.

Love, love, love Margaret! Don’t know why it’s taken me sooooo long to write a review for her. I have been going to Margaret, and Beyond the Fringe for YEARS, 17 to be exact for haircuts, color etc. Margaret is wonderful! Not only is Margaret wonderful, but she listens to her customers, and adjusts accordingly. I have changed my hair from long to short, dark to light and she has done it all. Over the many years I have also have had my hair done by many of the other hairdressers the salon employs including Jill, Nate, Jennifer and Megan, and they are all great. My whole family also goes to the salon, and they are very happy about their work, so it’s not only my opinion So heads up for anyone wanting a great haircut, color, or hairdresser Beyond the Fringe is the best. I would never consider going to any other salon.

I absolutely love this salon!
From the very first time I walked in, I have received very personal and yet professional service.
The first time I came in, I was looking to cut my then, very long hair, short. I was skeptical at first, but left feeling so confident and loving my fresh cut!
I recommend to everyone Sam Posner! She is the best, is passionate about what she does, very knowledgeable, and sweet.

If i could give negative stars, i would! Sam BUTCHERED my hair! But i want to say a BIIIIG thank you to this place for allowing me to find the most wonderful, genuinely caring, proffessional, and knowledgeable salon, Marigold is EVERYTHING i could have ever asked for! Not only did they fix my «color» and «cut», (except for the back which will just have to grow out, thanks for that btw SAM), but Marigold did everything I had asked for originally, granted much shorter bc apparently you have to be a mathematician to know how much is below my collar bone, but Marigold is where its at! Unilocalers: spare yourself of Sam the Butcher and go to the ladies at Marigold!

Love this place! It’s cute inside and always clean. I go the Jeanna for all my cuts and colors. She always does a great job and always listens to me. After a traumatic experience with a hair cut in the past, I was scared to ever get my hair cut. During my last visit, we cut 6 inches off! I love my new cut and highly recommend Jeanna for all your haircut needs!

Beyond The Fringe is my go-​to salon when I’m in need of a hair cut or color. The staff SO friendly and welcoming. I met one of the owners when I came in for my appointment, and she was just a doll! I follow my hairstylist, Jeanna, anywhere she goes and I’m so happy she ended up at this salon! I love the results every time I get my hair done with her! Beyond the Fringe is definitely the place to go! Can’t wait to get my hair done for summer!

Pricey but well worth the cut and color. Sam is amazing! Curly hair girls need to see her! She is amazing and knows how to blow dry and make it straight! Love what you did Sam!

Okay, so I recently went to Beyond the Fringe salon and I have to say, it was incredible. It’s such an intimate and comfortable environment that is entirely inhabited by friendly and creative staff. I personally frequent the salon to have a cut or color from Sam Posner. She’s incredible! By far the most talented hair artist I know. She’s never caught off guard when I tell her what I want done and she’s always professional. Such a positive environment! Such a post Love it!

Ginger gave me natural great looking brows. My brows are quite tricky to deal with and I’ve come home with too thin brows most times because of this. But I love that she followed how they’re suppose to look naturally in the first place. Plus she was very gentle, it didn’t hurt at all!!! She was also sweet to explain why she took off here and there and areas were she’d like me to leave alone, so that we can work towards a better brow.

I have been going to Jennifer for a few years now. Hands down… the best. She always does what I ask, which is always a bit different… ya know, we’re woman!
She has a a warm personality and always makes you feel welcome and valued. Today, I went in to have Nate reverse the mess I made by coloring my own hair! Wow… better than I expected. He knew exactly what to use and now my own color is back without any damage. You can’t go wrong with either Jen or Nate, which happen to be co-​owners! The salon has a laid back easy feel which is so my style.
