«Beads ‘n Other Needs» is a bead store with a large selection of jewelry making supplies. We offer glass beads vintage and contemporary, Swarovski crystals, flatback rhinestones, adhesives, semi-​precious stones, bead kits, Japanese & Czech seed beads and Delica beads just to name a few. We also carry tools, wire, chain, findings in different metals including sterling silver and gold-​filled!

If you’d like to learn how to make your own jewelry, then you can join our Jewelry making classes, or we can custom design your jewelry specially for you according to your taste.

We carry a variety of book titles and magazines including past issues of Bead and Button, Beadwork, Bead Style and Wire Artist magazines. We also carry a variety of project patterns as well.

History

Established in 1992.

Our bead store was established by 2 ladies in about 30 years ago in the North Hollywood area. They are our previous owner Gayle’s mom and aunt. Then, few years later store has been moved to Santa Clarita to the current location. Gayle has built tremendous community around the bead shop, concentrating on offering great values with prime quality jewelry making supplies. As a owner of other successful beads store «Jewel City Beads», we’re trying to continue the same path of honest customer service and adding more high-​end gemstones, pearls and findings.
