Established in 1975.

My grandfather got into the Pest Control business in 1939. My father bought the company from his father in 1959. He moved the business to Thousand Oaks in 1972. I bought the business from my father in 1979. My wife and son also work here.

I graduated from Inglewood High School, I attended California Lutheran CollegeM&M is a 3rd generation in the Pest Control business dating back to 1939. As you read this review, I’ll let you draw your own conclusions. I employed these guys to do a Real Estate inspection on a Townhouse we were buying. We had made an appointment with the company to meet and provide access between 11 and noon. We showed up at 10am to do other business, we waited and waited, M & M did not show up. We finally called them, they said,“Oh, the inspector showed up earlier and got it done. We sent you the report.” They said they had the gate access code, but how did they get inside the house without a key or anybody to let them in? Hmmm…
We got the report alright and got charged the $ 75. We also found out that this company did the inspecton on this property on the previous transaction that fellout of escrow a month or two earlier.
Our inquiries to the managers and owners did not result in any change, as matter of fact, the attiitude was a «could of cared less» response.
I know I as a consumer I will never use this company again, my Real Estate agent has also scratched them off the list in thier office.

These guys are freakin’ awesome.
We have them out twice a year to spray for ants and spiders and stuff like that and NEVER have an issue.
We recently had them out to check for mice, and they quoted $ 265 for the visit. The guy came, knew we were regulars, checked out the attic and various spots (which we need to patch) and then said the visit was free.
Good people. great service. I can’t vouch for the issue the previous poster had but this is the place and the local kind of service you want with your house.
