Great service! Fast and friendly. Abdul helped explain what my car needed to get back on the road, and what could wait until later.

If you’re reading through my review, I recommend this place for you because they’re sincere and ready to help you fix your car no matter the problem that you have with it. It’s a place where you get the value for your money spent. They make you comfortable by offering different ways to actually save money.
There are a lot of auto shops out there who are after your money but not ready to help you solve the problems that you have with your car. I sincerely encourage you to visit and take your car to this place and you’ll never regret it. I recently changed three engine mounts for my 2003 Honda Civic and they help fix some problems that I had with my car and I ended up spending between $ 300 – 400 and I’m pretty sure that the price range was a good one because I took my car to different auto shops and Honda dealers and the price they quoted was more than what I actually spent.
Take it from me, if you have any problems with your car, no matter the brand, take it to this place and your problem will be solved.

My car was jerking as I drove. I had no clue what was wrong and I was very concerned about driving my nieces and nephew in the car. Chris with Fremont Auto was the amazing gentleman who sold me the car. He also referred me to Abdul. What a great suggestion!!! Abdul is not only kind and very professional he is also very thorough. Abdul explained what was wrong with my car in terms that I understood. He went above and beyond to ensure my car was in top working condition. Did I mention that I was in and out within a few hours? Both Chris from Fremont Auto and Abdul from Zipin out Auto were a God send. I received top of the line service at very reasonable prices. I live in Concord and trust me it was worth the commute to see Abdul for my car care needs.

I purchased a car from Chris at Auto World Fremont and it needed some work. He called Abdul at 7pm on a Saturday to see if he could drop it off that night so maybe they could prep and repair/​replace the items that needed to be replaced. Abdul and his mechanic came in the next day, Sunday and prepped the car, replaced a motor mount and replaced the brakes and rotors on the front wheels. So what is so special about that, you ask. Well its all about customer service and knowing your job well enough to get it done in the quickest amount of time without cutting corners. Abdul knows his automobiles and he knows how to get the job done right the first time. From someone who is in the business of maintaining aircraft I appreciate that, I also appreciate the fact that he would go out of his way to get a car ready on a Sunday, when most people would have said,“The earliest I can have it for you is Monday more like Tuesday.” I highly recommend Zipin and Out for you next auto repair and I am confident that you will be satisfied like I was with his knowledge and customer service oriented attitude.

This is probably the best car shop I have ever visited. They are under new management and are doing exactly what they should to ensure a positive customer experience.
This is a smaller shop that’s a little hidden on the side of the road – a true hidden gem.
I brought in my car to have HIDs installed and a dashcam connection hot-​wired into my car. I met with Abdullah, who helped me with my work.
Ostensibly, the HID installation should have taken about 2 – 4 hours max (per the generic instructions I had received), but Abdullah had to spend essentially three days working on them due to a combination of manufacturer defect, incorrect parts, and improper fit. On top of that, he had to go out of his way to strategize and essentially jerry rig a way to make the set-​up work with the incomplete and faulty parts I had received from the company that had retrofitted my HIDs.
Abdullah was not sparse with his advice and tips about maintaining my car, the equipment I purchased, and most of all, was very creative in coming up with solutions to problems that I had not yet conceived, including issues left by a different shop that previously worked on my car.
The company is very accessible: they offer pick up and drop offs in the nearby tri-​city area, are flexible with working hours (even willing to work on the car when their business hours would indicate otherwise), and are very reasonable with pricing.
It’s too early to comment on the longevity of the work/​modifications that we had done, but I had a chance to watch the work on my car. I have absolutely no doubt that the quality of the work will be identical to the high level of quality customer service that I have received.
I have one out-​of-​warranty car that I will be bringing to Zipin Out Auto Service any time I need any work done. I know that I can contact Abdullah or the shop directly, and have all my concerns personally handled. I intend on bringing my current car once it’s out of warranty as well to this shop.
I had a very frustrating experience with the original retrofit for my HIDs (not manufactured by Zipin Out), but I am glad that I did, because had I not, I would not have discovered my new favorite car shop.

Small auto shop located on Cedar Blvd right off the 880 freeway. You can easily miss it, so keep your eyes peeled.
I called one morning to schedule an oil change, but they don’t take appointments & I was told to call back again later that afternoon to check for availability. I called in the PM & was then told to come the next day.
Next day, I head over there & although they seem busy, the gentleman remembers my phone calls & squeezes me in. I paid about $ 26 for an oil/​filter change (synthetic oil — he never asked our oil preference but synthetic was so cheap, we went with it). He also did recommend we change our transmission oil for $ 60, but 1) our car manual states that the transmission oil should never need changing and 2) we actually had it changed the year prior, so we declined.
I sat in their small, cold, dark waiting room with some magazines, and my car was finished in about 15~20 minutes. This is the cheapest oil change I’ve ever gotten, and I’m pleased with how quickly they were able to get my job done. I just wish they’d take appointments, asked me about our oil preference, and hadn’t recommended the additional service.

This place is great. I called a head to ask about hours because I can only make it after six and the owner said he will stay later for me and went above and beyond for customer service. Very professional and friendly. I would recommend to any one who needs a fast oil change.

This is a great auto shop and I highly recommend them. Abdul is very friendly, personable, honest, and upfront about everything. He is very knowledgeable and explains all the options depending on what the problem is and whether to buy used or new parts, etc. When he is not sure about something (which is probably a rare occasion) he asks somebody else. And they stand by their work. When a used part (seatbelt) that I got from them was not in the best of shape, they got a replacement immediately and installed it for me at no additional charge. He is very quick to communicate via text which is very convenient. I will continue to use them and recommend them to friends and family.

I brought my car here to repair the air conditioner. Good service and reasonable price. I will definitely come back for other auto services and recommend Zipin out to my friends!

The advertised hours say that Z! PIN OUT Auto Service is open on Saturdays at 7 am. I arrived at 7:15 on Saturday, March 8^th. As I type this review on my phone, I am still waiting for someone to show up and open. As a customer I have basic expectations. The most fundamental is that if a business wants me as a customer, they need to follow through with what they advertise. If you can’t deliver what you say, don’t say it!
I have a tip for this business. Although early opening hours are convenient, they are only convenient if you’re open when you say you’re going to be open. It’s a bad business practice to advertise a service and/​or convenience that you DO NOT actually provide.
My tip for prospective customers is to call ahead to verify Z! PIN OUT Auto Service is open, so you don’t waste your time. However, if you value truth-​in-​advertising, don’t Z! PIN and save yourself a disappointing auto service experience.

I hope my review doesn’t get filtered because for some reason I’m the only one with a 5 star review, but I have had nothing but great repeat experiences! My car needed some speed sensors and it was easier for my boyfriend to take it to the shop. He had already bought the sensors and happened to find this little gem of a spot to get them installed. I know he was stressing on getting my car fixed, but after he met with Abdul and got it done in 15 minutes he was relieved. So relieved, he decided to bring 2 more of his cars over there. Abdul is honest, very fair priced and does great work. In fact we just dropped off a car yesterday :) Thank you for being a lifesaver for all of our vehicle needs!

The Owner Abdul is a very nice guy and he was able to really help me out as my gf’s car had a speed sensor issue and she was borrowing my car till i could fix hers. on a busy day abdul was still able to squeeze her car in and get the job done right the 1^st time. i would refer anyone to him that need there car maintained or repaired

They put the «rat» in frustRATion! I returned here today, 12÷14÷11 because a battery I bought from them on 9÷17÷11 had gone south. A regular, GOOD, mechanic would have taken out my old battery, replaced it under warranty, put it in my car and send me on my way. But, nooooo. Bob the mechanic’s decision was for me to go to the auto parts store they got the battery from, pay for a new one out of pocket, bring the new one back to the shop for installation and then bring the old battery back to the auto parts store and get a refund. Did I mention I’m 53 years old and disabled? Now I’ve waited 25 minutes for him to figure out how to reset the battery light … he can’t. Add on another 20 minutes while I wait for him to do the paperwork. All this while watching them look at me, converse in Tagalog and laugh uproariously. I’m not amused. Run, don’t walk, as far away as you can from this shop. I was happy with them a year ago but they’ve changed owners … and obviously, good business practice.

No way … Terrible service never again!

I had to get a oil change. They did it fast! I was in and out. Plus he gave me some excellent referrals for my other vehicles. GOOD SERVICE!!!
