I’ve been stopping by here every once in a while when they have fun collabs(Hello Kitty and now ASPCA). I’ve never bought anything until today but the service has always been good and they carry a large selection of what they have online. I like that the salespeople aren’t super pushy but are helpful when you ask for help. Which is why I don’t understand why this place has really bad reviews. There’s really not that many great stores at the mall right now. It should be busy again after the theater, H&M, and who knows what else moves here. Jessica helped me today and she did a really good job. She wasn’t pushy and she told me about their buy one get one half off deal on all of their sale items. Most of which were already half off. I didn’t see that sale online when I looked last night so I’m really happy with my two hats that I bought today. Thanks, Jessica! They’ll be perfect for my outdoorsy vacation this weekend.

I’ve been shopping at this store since I was little. This store has always given me the best customer service ive ever received. I’m always greeted right away and each associate is always. This is the best vans to shop at the staff is always so helpful!

The problem is that the whole mall is plagued with ghetto kids working in those stores that have no clue what customer service is. They have no manners and no class. The kids in this store rarely help customers, they huddle and socialize or they play with their cell phones. They practically throw you the shoes if you are lucky to get them get off their *** to get you a pair. I loathe that store and mall. I will never never set foot there again.

WISH I COULDGIVETHISVANSNOSTARS!!! YESTHATSRIGHT!!! I had gone in to do an exchange. It was quite busy. I just wanted an exchange & for some reason it was taking longer than expected. When asked what’s the problem the young lady says that«The item is now on SALE» ok so I was ok thinking I was going to get money back. Before I know it I was told to sign. When I get my receipt shocked that I didn’t get no refund back after the lady behind the counter SAYSTOME «THESHOETHATYOUPURCHASEDISNOWONSALE» Leaving thinking wait a min. Here i am standing outside looking for my receipt which was inside the box with the shoes. I looked at it carefully and I didn’t understand the receipt. I went back inside wanting to speak to a manager. I asked my friend if the lady beside her was a manager & she comes up to me and I explain. I told her that I came in for an exchange & the person behind the counter said that the shoe i’m exchanging is now on sale. She looked at the receipt & couldn’t explain the break down of the receipt. So I wanted a full refund. There were two prices on there a sale price that the cashier told me about and amount to show equal total amount that I paid for. So basically I didn’t get anything back. SCANDALOUS! I felt that I was treated unfairly I would not purchase anything from that store again. Another thing all the kids that work in that store SAYSTHEYAREALLMANAGERSPLEASE. If you were a manager you would have worked with me. I deal with customers all day. & if I were to say something like that out loud to my customer. I would have just given it to them. Whole bunch of kids running this store!
