Love love love this place and they have the most friendly staff! I have been coming here for a few years and have received treatment on a few areas. They have been ever so patient and caring to my low tolerance of pain. I would highly suggest this location if you are looking to do laser hair removal… And they are so clean!!!

The employees are super nice and helpful! Patricia, the one I spoke with, educated me on the whole process and helped me with what I wanted done, the pricing, and so on! They really know what they’re doing and I really love the fact that they are medically licensed.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. To be fair, the treatments do work and the nurses are very professional. But good luck getting an appointment. All the radio ads to get new customers and they can’t even service customers they already have. I’ve already had several treatments and always book for a weekend as I work Monday — Friday. I had scheduled over 2 months in advance for my next appointment and was called days before and told I needed to reschedule as a provider was out on medical leave. Is this my problem? No, it shouldn’t be. They charge way more than most providers but I was willing to pay if it worked. Now I am stuck without an appointment for weeks and was only given the option of a weekday appt, which I cannot do. My advice is to choose another provider that you will actually be able to get an appt at when it is convenient for you.

I was blown-​away by the Customer Service. From the moment I walked in I was acknowledged and catered to. I could not have asked for better service. Everyone was extremely professional and friendly.
So glad I found this place.
Only draw-​back I had to walk about 5 minutes because there was no parking anywhere near them.

I like this place i just wish there was closer one… I think i caught one of the staff members on an off day once but my technician is always patient & thourough when treating me :)
