Wood fired steaks, wood-grilled specialties, and ice cold martinis are a hint of what you’ll find at Firebirds. The dining room showcases a view of the wood-fired grill which sets the stage for a dynamic dining experience. Exposed woods, bold colors and stacked stone columns make for a cozy, intimate setting while upbeat music creates a cool, hip vibe. Favorite dishes include well seasoned steaks, herb-roasted prime rib, fresh seafood, hearty pasta, awesome burgers, and oversized salads. Firebirds features both an indoor and outdoor fireplace. In the FIREBAR, relax and enjoy food specials every Monday-Friday from 3pm-7pm. Wine Down Mondays include ½ priced glasses and select bottles of wine all day.
History
Established in 2000.
Firebirds Wood Fired Grill introduced a taste of Colorado to the Carolinas when it first opened its doors in Charlotte, North Carolina in December of 2000. The restaurant is the creative concept of owner and restaurateur, Dennis Thompson, who regularly travels out west. He fell in love with the feel of the area as well as the food. Drawing from those experiences, he developed Firebirds.
