I found Gorilla Fix through Unilocal and let me just say that aside from the excellent work, the customer service was just as great. I walked in and immediately got helped by Chris– very friendly– and right there on the spot fixed my phone within 5 minutes!!! I would definitely come back and will be recommending this place to everyone I know! Well deserved 5 stars

Great place to go if you need a quick fix and done right. Chris is the one that helped us. He is very helpful and friendly. My wife had shattered her iPhone 6 Plus only took him 20 mins to get it done. I would recommend them to everyone. I will definitely go back when needed.

My poor iPad did not survive a hard fall and the glass needed replacing. It’s now fixed thanks to Mike. He was friendly and helpful. My iPad looks and acts like new.

Apple gives you 3 months of apple care complimentary which charges you $ 109 to fix your iPhone 6 screen. Outside of the Apple care would be closer to $ 200. These guys are much cheaper if you do not have Apple care.

Nice place across from lens crafters. Mike is really nice and friendly and the work is quality. I came here on a weekday so he was able to fix my broken screen on an iPhone 5 right away!

Gorilla Fix has relocated from the kiosk by the food court to a store across from Lens Crafter on the first floor. Thank goodness because I wouldn’t know where to go if they had left the mall. Mike and Chris are always friendly, have great customer service, and it doesn’t take long for them to do phone repair. Today, Mike replaced my son’s LCD screen on his iPhone 4S and it took about 30 minutes. A year ago, Chris replaced the batteries on two iPhone 4Ss and both are still doing great. I would highly recommend going to Gorilla Fix.

I went in to have my iPhone 6 screen repaired, due to this being the best prices option in my area and the repair wasn’t covered by my insurance. Mike helped me out and not only was his customer service outstanding (and friendly) but by the time my sister and I finished our lunch my screen was brand new. Thx so much!!!

The LCD screen and the charger connector of my iPhone were no longer working.
The diagnostic was fast, the repair work was fast and well done.
Plus this guy definitely has the right attitude and communication. I will go there again if needed.

The nice thing is that he is up front about the repair risk. He tries his best and is very careful. The phone world’s fine. Had one small crack but that is on my tempered glass protector. Which is cheap to fox.

I had cracked my screen a few weeks ago and didn’t have time to get it replaced until today. I went to new park mall and found gorilla fix. Mark was the one who helped me replace my screen. He was so thorough in explaining the changing process it made me feel comfortable that he knew what he was doing. I know a few of my friends have had bad experiences at other places… Anyways, he did a great job in replacing my screen! I’m satisfied with the job and will definitely come back if I ever need crack my screen again (let’s hope not)… Overall good experience and great job

I didn’t get to call in ahead of time because I just heard about this kiosk and decided to go there on a whim. I’m very glad I did.
I have an iPhone 5s and my screen was completely shattered due to some douche bag who knocked over my drink and my phone while I was at Starbucks.
I didn’t want to spend a huge amount of money getting everything replaced bc my insurance doesn’t cover physical damages to my phone.
When I got there Mike was personable and to the point. I dropped my phone off, did a little shopping, and was back in 30 minutes. My screen looks brand new, no bubbles, and he even dusted what I assume is the Camera filter inside my phone so my pictures are now super clear again.
I’m very happy with the results and would recommend this place if you want your phone’s screen fixed at a decent price rate and fast time. It’s currently $ 110 to fix an iPhone screen and I just saw that there’s a deal here on Unilocal for $ 5 off as well.
If you want good results, you have to be willing to pay a good price. Once again, thanks Mike! Here’s your review as promised. Ps– this is Diddy Kong girl. Haha.

The man fixed my phone that was shattered pretty badly. It was actually pretty mesmerizing to watch him work and he did it pretty quickly. I didn’t really want to pay asich as I did, but at the same time, having a phone that isn’t falling apart is really a necessity and he knows that his prices for the necessity for his work. Cash only is a little inconvenient even though there is an ATM steps away, it’s one of those ones that charge too much just to access it.
Regardless of the price, I’m happy with the experience. I would go there again but, really, really, I am not planning to. I bought I good solid case so I think I’ll be good for a while! (Crossing fingers)

I was heartbroken when my Iphone 4S screen shattered, and found that Gorilla Fix was open on Sundays, so I braved myself and went to Newpark [a mall I avoid like the plague]. They were able to put a new screen on pretty quickly, but less than 3 months later, it shattered again. Sigh. Even with a case on. I don’t think the screen quality was as good as Apple’s original one, but I mean. My phone is still usable, so there’s that, I guess. They also left this weird plastic film that was covering my power button, and even though I eventually was able to get it off, it was kind of strange. And I think the new screen is a little bit more raised than the original one. But I mean it works, so…

I have an iPhone 5s and people told me my cracked screen couldn’t be fixed and that i’d have to buy a brand new one :/​boooo them! Gorilla fixed it for me in less than the 15 mins he estimated and my phone is brand new again!
Take your phones here. They’re quick and cheaper than I had heard my friend got hers fixed for (140 vs her 160). Thank you gorilla!

These guys are awesome. I had an old broken screen iPhone 4 that I wanted to get fixed so I could give it my mom. Several things were wrong with the phone, screen, power button and speaker. They fixed them all and is now in perfect working condition.
Good location at the Newpark Mall at the edge of the food court. Get your phone fixed and grab a corn dog while you are at it.
