Rodrigo DaSilva
Mr. DaSilva is a dedicated restaurant professional, who has worked over 14 years in this industry. Making him a seasoned restaurant management professional, and consultant well rounded in many facets of the hospitality industry.
Francisco Rosa
Since he’s graduation in 1999 at Hotel Tourism School of Coimbra, Portugal.
Mr. Rosa has been involved in many educational and cultural events in New York City. Some of this include Continental restaurant week, taste of the town, Fancy Food show, fundraising Festival, and Mr. Rosa was guest chef of the James beard Foundation on May 5, 2006. Mr Rosa is a member of the Slow Food Movement, The Baker’s Guild of America, and the James Beard Foundation.
Mr. Rosa’s Work has been featured in many newspapers and magazines, like the New York Times, Esquire Magazine, Restaurant News, Time Out New York, Los Angeles Time, Daily News Review. We was also featured in the first edition of IWWC, International Who’s who of chefs.
