Stacy G was great sendind me a little email as to when State Garm will finally send an adjuster out (7 days later) What was result and when the parts will come in for completion.
No one else was avalibe to reply to my emails.

Terrible communication, took 3 months to repair my vehicle and I got maybe 4 update calls total. Every other time I had to reach out to them for an update. repairs looked decent visually… till my truck broke down due to them not hooking up my fuel tank hoses. If you use them I hope you have better luck then I did.

I had a piece of flying debris make my mockery of my Toyota Tundra’s windshield and part of my cab. Ben helped me, and he put me at ease (which is saying something because I am half in love with my truck). I dropped it off on Wednesday and got it back Tuesday, not only was my truck back to normal but it was actually clean! Signing papers I saw damage on the front bumper, someone had obviously backed up and traded paint, Ben pulled up the photos that he took of my truck and showed me that it was there before I brought it in. IN NO WAY did I think the shop did it but I was so mad he cheered me up when he saw how mad I was. I am going to call insurance and take it back to them because they did a AMAZING job and I know my baby will be in great hands.

I just got my car repaired by Auto Body of Fremont and had to write a review on the fantastic customer service & repair service I received. Barbara the front desk lady was one of the friendliest people I’ve come across in quite some time. She did everything In her power to ensure I received the best customer service possible. The only reason this isn’t a 5 star review is somehow my cup holder in my middle console went missing after my repair and they use enterprise for their car rental service. Other than that I would recommend anybody to Auto Body of Fremont

Since 1999 I have used this auto body shop many occasions as parking lot dings and commuting bumps and etc.‘s happen, I’ve always had a good experience dealing with Stacy and her associates they have always made me feel comfortable leaving my cars, trucks, RV’s with them to be repaired I’ve have looked around at other body shops and ended up coming here to Fremont Ford Auto body for my repairs… I will return as long as this current staff is employed there…

I was holding back on writing my review for them up until I got my car back. I am extremely happy with they guys that work here and that is why I am not going to write a bad or give a poor rating on Auto Body of Fremont. Courtney was great when I first left my car there, she understood I had to be at work and I was there for a max of 5 minutes! :) I had to come back for my parking key card and for my extra keys that I had left with them and all the guys there were amazing. It wasn’t up until yesterday that I picked up my car that I realized they had upholstered the seats/​doors and installed the alarm yet did all this without protecting the rugs/​carpet. I don’t know if it’s a third party that does all of that but regardless, I left my car with Auto Body of Fremont and they should have made sure that my car was taken care of. Who wants to drive around with a filthy, nasty glue smelling, BRAND NEW CAR!!! That’s one of the best things about a brand new car… the brand new smell and look!!! when I asked the guy why the car didn’t get detailed he said it wasn’t in the work order AND that’s why I’m giving them at least 3 stars. It wasn’t their fault, although some common sense would have helped… the fault falls in whoever put in the work order. Who that might have been I have no idea but at least I got Unilocal to post my thoughts about it. :(

This Auto Body Shop at the Balentine Dr, they doing their job okay, but the end of the week, they called the car is ready to be pick up, by the time we came there, my husband checked, the car is not yet done, they do half the job on the paint, so we just left the car there and came back the following day and the car was okay, they do the small paint job on the side mirror and we went home happy:)) — -

I take my car in for service at Fremont Ford, so after an accident, I took it there, as well. Steve Perry, was the service dude who took care of me, and he rocks!
The whole incident was amazingly uncomplicated, My insurance company authorized the repairs by the end of that day, and I had my car back in 11 days (this time period included a holiday).
Steve kept me advised on the status of my car. He told me about a small ding on my grill, which would not show when when it was placed back in. He sent me pictures of it, and offered me a reduction on my deductible if they reused the grill.
I’m always one for saving $$, so I went along with it.
I picked up my car, and it was as clean as it was when I first purchased it, right down to the new car smell!
I highly recommend Auto Body of Fremont! Great service, great people, and they really care about their customers!

This shop gave me excellent service! My car is a brand new FIAT 500 and from the 2012 model year. This really complicated things as the software used by insurance companies and body shops to communicate didn’t even have my car in it. Steve, Barbara and co were amazingly professional and kept me updated constantly. They REALLY went out of their way to get me back on the road just as quickly as possible. They ran back and forth to the dealership to keep the ordering of parts moving forward, etc. Of course, I hope to never need a body shop again, but if that comes to pass I would return to this shop instantly and without a single hesitation. Thanks, Auto Body of Fremont, for making a rather depressing situation not as bad as it could have truly been.

I had my truck parked on the street and was inside at work when someone pulled out of a side driveway, got T-​Boned and hit my truck. The damage was not too bad but enough to be concerned about getting a new bumper and brackets. I went in and saw Ben with the Mercury side and was promptly taken care of and written up for a R/​O.
I brought the truck in filthy as I had not found time to wash it with the busy week. When I returned I had a brand new front bumper and a SPOTLESS truck inside and out! Class A work for sure. I highly suggest having them do your work. They went above and beyond!

I was 15 seconds away from coming home safe and sound and as I slow down for the red light, the idiot behind me does NOT!
When I checked the damage on my ’05 Scion xB, I obviously found that I needed a new rear bumper but later on I also learned that the trunk door was jammed shut from the impact. The rear wheel wells were not bent but the lining underneath were scraping the tires, as well.
I called Allstate who listed this as one of their preferred shops so I decided to go with this one only because it was near the rental car place. I’m glad I chose this place though…
I called the shop and they were very professional, courteous and quick about what steps to take next. I explained to them that I was not comfortable driving the car to their shop because of the lining scraping the tires and other horrible noises it made after the accident. They said they would send over a tow truck driver 9am the next morning. I admit I rolled my eyes and was expecting a lost tow truck driver to call me around 5pm instead. But nope… he was right on time.
After examining my xB they called me up and found the damage was pretty extensive. The bumper had to be trashed, the trunk floorboards were bent and had to be replaced, as well as the trunk door itself and some pinnings underneath the vehicle. But they said they could do it all in 7 days. Yea right… right?
So when they called me 3 or 4 days into it I thought it was the call where they were going to say it’s going to take another month or so. But nope– they just wanted to explain to me that they found a used bumper but it did not meet the requirements so they were going to order a brand new one and paint it and buff it and etc. They said it was still going to be finished on time though. Yeah right…
Well 7 days later I got the call to come pick it up. Not only was it finished on time, as promised, but they also detail-​cleaned my car inside and out, including my tires and rims!!! And it gets better… I drove my rental there and was trying to figure out how to drive away in 2 cars (I was on the phone with some friends), when the shop said I could leave the rental there and they would take care of it!
To be honest I wasn’t expecting them to finish on time and I really wasn’t that concerned because I had a rental anyway. So I was pleasantly surprised to find an auto body shop that worked so professionally and efficiently. This really could have been one of those nightmare stories people always talk about and I think the difference is that these guys were good!
So if some idiot puts you in this situation I suggest you go to these guys. I hope I never have a reason to go back, but if I do I know my car (and I) will be well taken care of.

I took my car here after it was damaged during a hit & run while parked in the Valley Fair parking lot. This is an Allstate approved body shop which was suggested for their excellent customer service.
This without a doubt has to be the worst body shop ever!!! It took over 1 month to get my car fixed. I never received any updates on the status of the repairs. Every time i tried to call and get an update their «Auto Body Advisor» was rude and didn’t have any updates for me.
I picked up my car a month ago and the repairs were still not completed 100%. I have taken my car back their 3 times in the past month and they are completing it piece by piece. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!
They Ironically have a customer service timeline chart in their waiting area of how often they update their customers on repairs. HA HA HA… maybe they should spend a day staring at it and try and memorize it.
