No ranch for you! We ordered a large chicken strips and jalapeño poppers. No sauce with jalapeño poppers and only 1 ranch allowed with chicken strips.

For the product, expensive! We spent $ 37.& that’s with coupons. I found the Meat to beef and cheddar not enough, also the bun was not steamed, or toasted, nothing. like taking it out of the bag. The soda was to sweet and just a disappointing meal. my 10 year old grandsons request, but next time I will insist ANYTHING else.. All I’m saying think twice, I wish I did.

DISGUSTING is all I have to say. Roast-beef, are you sure??? Because what I tasted today… I am NOT sure what to call it! Just gross. Seagulls hang out at my work during lunch and they wouldn’t even eat it! Never will be returning to this location.

One star for rude service toward my friend the lady thought we were paying together. She ignored my friend and walk away without saying to my friend you want to order something?

I consistently find this Arby’s to be very well run. For example they know how to move staff around depending on demand, since people tend to arrive in waves.

Rudest workers ever. I will never go there again. When you spend 60 bucks on fast food you expect them to not treat you like crap.

Lets start with I sat at the drive thru for a couple of long minutes(5 mins to be exac) saying«hello», «hello» trying to get someones attention so i could order and nothing. I even backed up and pulled forward again in an effort to set off some sort of alarm inside that someone was trying to order… still nothing. I finally drive around to the window which is open and i can see 3 young men huddled together just behind the counter talking. I honk, nothing, repeat, nothing, repeat again(long honk) finally get their attention. The drive thru guy has his headset around his neck and not on his head. Ok thats why you never knew anyone was in the drive thru… what gets me was no «i’m sorry». To add insult to injury, the fries were ice cold and the sandwiches were both made without condiments. Might have been a bad day but the customer service was really lacking today

I used to not care for Arby’s at all when I was a kid. But now that I’m old, it’s such a nice alternative to the typical offering of burgers and fries in fast food. It’s also much less involved than going to a full on deli. Order the junior roast beefs with curly fries and you’ll be one happy camper!

Came in on a Sunday at 2pm, there was a line back to the doors. Took 30 minutes to order and after waiting 15 more minutes for food, they finally tell us they are out of roast beef. Arby’s runs out of roast beef on a Sunday in the early afternoon? That is ridiculous. They offered to refund our money, but we had to wait for two other angry customers top get their refunds first. Complete waste of an hour while hungry on a Sunday afternoon, very disappointed in the poor service and management going on at this Arby’s!

My daughters were waiting for the Arby’s crew to refill the soda. But he just played on his watch behind the counter, passed by them three times and ignored them. Unbelievably bad service. If they feel annoyed of helping people to get refill, they should place the soda machine outside then.

I’ve been to this location twice and both times they have been slower than molasses. The manager or owner needs to do something about this. Fast food doesn’t exist here

The drive thru takes forever, but the fries are always hot so it’s worth the wait. They will give you as much sauce as you want free of charge. Employees can be rude sometime, but whatever. Good food.

This review is for the whole Arby’s chain. The food is overpriced for what we get now. This particular Arby’s doesn’t even have the self serve drinks or horsey sauce and Arby’s sauce. Talk about hurting for business I wanted a market fresh chicken salad sandwich. No more ??? Come on. Very disappointing overall meal

I’ve been here a few times, and despite their varied menu, I always stick to their roast beef classic, usually the max size, because they know how to do roast beef. This time I saw an option to have it on a King’s Hawaiian bread bun, and tried it. Too sweet for my taste. The one other item that’s irresistible is their potato cakes. I once went here just for them. They are best when they’re fresh and hot, they melt in your mouth.

The food is good here and the place looks clean, sometimes a table is dirty that I would like to sit at but that is no big deal, but what I really don’t like is that they take orders and then people are standing around in the line area and you can’t tell who is in line and who is waiting because they don’t give out numbers and call you, so people are just standing around close to the cashier. Doesn’t make sense why they don’t give you a number so people can stand off to the side and stay out of the ordering area, so they get a 4 star, otherwise it would be 5

saw they have anniversary sale 64 cents RB sandwich on Facebook today so I did a detour for dinner, ordered drink and fries with it, then she said do you have coupon, I said what coupon, I guess it’s the coupon you have to print on their website’s anniversary page, so I just walked, they’re in a plaza with Taco Bell and 20 other restaurants and you’re gonna let me walk over a paper I have to print on your website? SOBEIT! Now I know compared to McD, Taco Bell, Wendy’s, BK, KFC, etc, Arby’s is heavily relied on their coupon to bring in sales, especially in this bad economy most businesses are doing coupon just to bring customers in, and hope they buy other stuffs are regular price, and this was exactly it! but no, they had to a smart ass over a coupon and do a bait and switch. This place was good when Lywnn used to manage, and now it just turned into a dump and actively chase its customers out of the door.

It’s been a while since I had Arby’s. Now with their 5 for 5 gone now, they still have the 4 for 6.99. The only difference is the sandwiches are full sized as opposed to smaller sandwiches in the 5 for 5 deal. In any case, the service was okay and they are not shy with their packaged sauces unlike other fast food places these days.

I had a coupon for Buy1 get 1FREE Chicken Sandwich so I got that. You can get Fried or Roasted. One sandwich is $ 3.79 before tax. I got 2 roasted chicken sandwiches. Had to wait about 5 – 10 min so they could make it. I ate one there, other one for another day. It was just bun, some shredded chicken meat sliced very thin, some mayo, & lettuce. Pretty boring. I used 3 Arby sauce &1 Horsey sauce to make it better. Credit cards taken. They have separate bathrooms near the entrance. Daily: M-Sat 10−9p, Sun 10 – 8:30p
