I LOVE Sia! It’s so good. I love that it stays open late and the ambiance is good as well. It’s usually not packed on Friday and Saturday night. Andy’s fries are a must and so is the Kimchi Rice! If you aren’t into that, they have regular bulgogi plates and even burgers!

Seoul burger is literally the bomb! Only problem is it’s so messy to eat but worth it. Andy’s fries is probably my favorite and service is really nice. I bring my little cousins here all the time and there’s this lady(I don’t know her name) who gives them Yakult just cause. –1 star because it’s pretty small but that shouldn’t stop anyone from going! Would recommend if you’re looking for a place with comfort food with an Asian twist!

This was pretty much like a Korean pub fare food. Not bad, but definitely not going here for healthy options. Got the Seoul burger which was quite tasty. Also got the Andy fries, which you could easily share with 3 – 4 people.

Was looking for a place that was open late that had good snack food and Sia’s was great for that. Kept it simple and ordered their chicken wings(14 piece) and their spam kimchi roll. Also ordered a side of rice. Total came out to about $ 20 not bad for decently tasty food. The spam kimchi roll was delicious. Who would have thought of pairing the two together? It worked perfectly and tasted amazing. It was really inexpensive for about 8 pieces. About $ 5 or $ 6? I don’t really remember the price but it was worth it nonetheless. The chicken wings were alright, I’ve definitely had better. I did appreciate that these wings weren’t lathered in sauce like most places. It was strange how some of the chicken wings were super crispy and yummy while others were kind of mushy and missing that crisp. I preferred the soy garlic over the spicy, but both flavors were tasty though. It was about $ 12 for 14 pieces which is fair considering that the wings were a good size, not teeny weeny. The chicken wings come with a side salad but I didn’t really care for the dressing or the brownish lettuce leaves. I’d probably come back if I was looking for late night food and for their spam kimchi roll. Service was alright. I think the guy checked up on us a few times and refilled our water, which is pretty much all we needed that night. Cool place, nothing spectacular.

The food is really good! Got the Seoul burger and the soy garlic wings and they are a for sure must have. Minus 1 star because the service is horrible. They are definitely understaffed. There was only one waiter and the restaurant was packed. We sat down, literally waited 20 mins for iced water, never checked on us, and had to ask several times for multiple things… Things waiters should give you out of common sense… NAPKIN, A REFILL. Overall, the food was good, so I’m not gonna bash them because of their sucky customer service.

Ughhh, wish I tried the soju but I guess that’ll have to happen next time. Came here with one of my best friends yesterday around 9 pm for a late dinner. We were seated immediately and ordered the bulgogi roll and kimchi fried rice to share. Note that the kimchi fried rice does NOT have any meat in it, but you can order an extra side of spam or beef bulgogi to add to it, which I highly recommend. We both enjoyed the bulgogi roll. There’s cucumbers, carrots, rice, and beef bulgogi in the roll wrapped with seaweed on the outside. The kimchi fried rice is your basic kimchi fried rice with kimchi, rice, seaweed toppings and a sunny side up egg on top. I would definitely say the highlight of this place is the beef bulgogi. The flavor is just spectacular — it’s marinated to perfection and grilled perfectly. The sugars are perfectly caramelized in the meat. It’s savory and just the right amount of sweet. I suggest that whatever you get here, make sure you get to taste the bulgogi. It appeared that the later it got, the more popular the restaurant was. It’s open til 2 am so perfectly for late night drunchies! When we first arrived, there were probably only a couple of other parties there. However, by the time we left, almost every table was full. Knocked off some points since there was only one server. I had to refill my own water a couple of times since he was busy and never got around to it. They also allow you to split the check into two and my friend and I asked them to split it right down the middle. After waiting about ten minutes, the server came back since he had forgotten what I’d asked him to do with the check. Instead of asking them to split it again, I just paid and my friend paid me back. I also asked for a to-go box and never got it. I had to go up to the cash register to finally get it. The food is undoubtedly spectacular though and there’s not a long wait for it. It’s just the service that’s a bit subpar but perhaps they were just understaffed that night. It’s definitely worth it for the food, especially if it’s late and you’re craving Korean. I plan on giving the staff another chance as well.

Four of us came around 6:45pm on a Sunday night. We easily got a table, but come 8pm, the whole restaurant was full! We shared A LOT of dishes: japchae noodles, kimchi fried rice, soy garlic chicken wings(14 pieces), fried sweet potatoes, & Andy’s fries. The japchae and kimchi fried rice were really good! the chicken wings were average, and the fried sweet potatoes were really hard to eat because it’s drizzled with a lot of melted sugar. The sugar sticks to EVERYTHING, and most annoyingly, it sticks to your teeth. Andy’s fries were unique. They were French fries topped with bulgogi & cheese, and served with a spicy ketchup. They were good too! The ambiance is for a younger crowd. It gets busier the later it is. The service was pretty good for it being kind of busy. All this food(we had a lot of leftovers), came out to $ 15 per person after tax & tips. Not bad at all!

Before going to archery, my boyfriend and I were hungry and wanted to find a place around Newark for dinner. Unilocal referred this place to me and with the good rating and reviews, I thought, why not? We came in and got seated right away. The place wasn’t as crowded but it was a Wednesday night. We were given the menus and I ordered some of the popular dishes Unilocalers recommended! We ordered the Seoul burger, soy garlic wings, and Andy’s fries. The burger and the fries came out in about less than 10 minutes but the wings took a little longer which was fine! The Seoul burger was a decent burger size. The burger patty was marinated in Korean BBQ sauce, bulgogi, cheese, some onions, lettuce, tomatoes and the best part; the egg! I always love an egg and how the yolk comes gushing out. Yum! I wasn’t very fond of the Andy’s fries. It came topped with bulgogi which was tasty but the cheese that was melted on top hardened when we got it. Soy garlic chicken wings was pretty tasty but nothing mind blowing. I felt like I’ve had better chicken wings before not that it wasn’t good! Service: Average. There was only 1 waiter working at the time I was there. Hopefully there isn’t just one when its crowded! I wouldn’t mind coming back here if I was in the area because prices are decent and food was not bad. Worth the try!

Great food! Great service! What more can you ask for?! Also opens late so that’s a bonus. Some favorite dishes that are must try if it’s your first time: 1. Bulgogi burger. Your standard burger plus an egg and special sauce. My husband gets this every time we come here. If you have a big appetite, go for it! You won’t regret it 2. Kimchi fried rice. Also comes with an egg! Such a simple dish, but oh so delicious. My personal favorite. Two thumbs up! 3. Spicy rice cakes. Comes with fish cakes and mixed veggies. Looks like fire on a dish, but looks can be deceiving. It’s pure«yummy in my tummy!» The chewy texture of the rice cakes is like no other dish. So unless you have dentures or just had major dental work done, definitely give this dish a try! Other dishes that we’ve tried are bulgogi rolls, bibimbap, spicy ramen, spicy noodle soup, and their chicken wings!!! All were delicious!!! So basically you can’t go wrong with anything you order here.

Came here with my friend on a Thursday night, so it was relatively empty at the time(busy nights are Fridays and Saturdays). They are open till 2am, good to know for night owls! I generally don’t like fusion anything, but this place is pretty legit. We ordered: — bibimbap — yum! — kimchi fried rice, and my friend requested bulgogi on top.(AMAZING!!!) — Andy’s fries. This item came highly recommended, and while it was pretty damn good, I feel like maybe ours had been sitting for a bit because the cheese wasn’t melty. I would be willing to order this again, though, because this many people can’t be wrong. I would definitely be back again, though! I need to try their soju!

I came across Sia Fusion Eatery when I was desperately trying to find a solid late-night option after attending Taylor Swift’s concert(OMGSHESLAYED. ISTHERE A UnilocalPAGEFORHER?! FIVESTARS! Sorry, I digress…). Despite being well past midnight, there was a constant flow of customers entering the restaurant. Sia’s interior is quite plain: no frills, semi-dingy, and dimly lit. It looks like one of those modest casual eateries. Since I like too legit to quit Korean food, I stayed away from the fusion stuff. To replenish the bajillion of calories we burned while rockin’ out to TSwift, here’s what my boyfriend and I ordered(yes, he’s THE best for willingly going to her concert with me): Kimchi fried rice with chicken — I’m not too fond of kimchi actually so, if you’re like me and not yet sure about kimchi, this dish could be just the right gateway introduction for you. The fried rice came with a fried egg on top and crushed seaweed on the side for you to mix altogether. I liked this dish because the kimchi lost some of its pungent harshness after being sautéed. However, it answered back with an addictive, tangy-spicy warmth. Soy garlic chicken wings(small order, 8 wings) — the crunch was not too extreme, but the wings were still deliciously crispy. The glaze was ah-glazing! Sticky, sweet, garlicky, and so delightful. The sprinkling of sesame seeds was a nice final touch. Japchae with beef — simple and tasty, cooked with springy sweet-potato noodles, julienned vegetables, and slices of beef. This brightly flavored, light, and delectable Korean stir-fry was my favorite dish of the night. It had all the classic flavors – soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic – without being too oily. The noodles were savory and sweet with a chewy texture. The service was fine and the prices are not too shabby. I’d definitely return for the japchae!

Came here with a friend to catch up! We’ve both never been here before and actually planned to come here a long time ago but never had the chance. Finally, we decided to come try yesterday… Located in a strip mall along Mowry and next to TITBBQ(Heh.), Sia Fusion Eatery is a little Korean fusion restaurant. Going by the name of the place, I thought the inside would be dimly lit with loud music and people buzzed on soju. The name Sia Fusion Eatery just sounds like some hella cool place to lounge and have drinks/tapas with a large group of friends to me. However, when we arrived(around 6:30PM), the entire restaurant was empty. There were no dim lights. No loud music. And no people buzzed on soju… at least not yet Oh well! We’re here for the foods *oink oink*. We ordered: Bulgogi roll Spicy tuna roll Western burger w onion rings Andy’s fries Small(8 pc) chicken wings w soy garlic flavor Food was okay and tasty! I wished my wings were bigger and had a more soy garlic flavor. The onion rings were hot and plentiful aka perfect. And Andy’s fries were delicious. Cheese and bulgogi over fresh fries… d*o*b Pretty darn good and especially if you were to come here after a night of clubbing/whatever(Sia opens til 2AM on the daily I believe!) Our server was this nice asian dude who was attentive and did his best(in his broken English) to describe what Andy’s fries were to my SO. His services were very much appreciated and I hope he has a good day today. ^_^ By the time we ordered, I noticed that a slew of people had come in. And by the time, we left, the restaurant was basically in full swing. Almost every table was full and filled with people getting together for some pretty good food. I wonder what it’s like in the late hours of the night… maybe that’s when the disco-ball comes out lol In the end, I would definitely like to see more of the«fusion» embedded into their menu(which fyi were just flimsy/crinkled pieces of paper). I would for sure keep Sia in mind when it comes to late-night snacks/hangouts!

Get the budajjigae and skip the kimchi kimbap(too sour). Service was 5 stars and they have a great selection of bar food for when you just want to drink soju and have a chill night out with your friends. Remember to bring games and a designated driver!

I’ve only been here once and was trying to avoid it since most items sound fattening and not for the dieters.(I am by no means dieting but make my best attempt to watch calories on occasion). The menu has options but not extensive. Have usual fried appetizers and then some korean ones. .burgers were fusion. Rolls seems be straight korean. I must have idea of fusion To be diff. I had chicken wings in soy garlic. Wings are smaller but tasty sauce. Sesame seeds add nice flavor. Upset that when it arrived, skin was soggy. are most like ot sat there in the kitchen for awhile but I think the oil wasn’t hot enough when they fried it… 3/5* Andy fries: fries done perfectly and was loaded welter cheese. Has decent amount of flavorful bulgogi. Came w slightly sweet and spiced dipping sauce which I didn’t care that much for. Felt like it could use a sauce drizzled on it or sprinkle of green onion. 3.5/5* Bibimbap: best item so far. Load of diff veggies and bulgogi w fried egg. Comes w side of sesame oil and bottle of hot chili sauce. 4/5* Overall decent grub but felt heavy after. If I return I’ll be trying the drinks!

There food is pretty darn good! So far i tried their kimchi fried rice, soy garlic chicken wings, and their spicy noodle. Customer service is A+, really nice workers who is polite and ready to serve you. Pricing for food is pretty good on how delicious their food is. Parking in the plaza however sucked because there are other restaurants around, meaning parking will be full. The restaurant itself is fairly spacious, so thats a good thing if you want to dine in. Overall i would give this place a 5 star. Came here several times already and service and everything is always the same. Keep on doing your thing sia!

Sia– I’m done with you! WORSTCUSTOMERSERVICEEVER! We called 10 mins prior to arriving & they says there were tables available and we should head over. Arrived 7 mins later and received no «hi» nor«welcome». The guy with the glasses literally looked at us and walked away. We stared him down and he finally asks us «how many people?»(Hence, still no ‘hi’). We mentioned we just literally called while on our way and he says«sorry no reservation and no table available» while there was literally a table for 8& a table for 2 open. First off, why didn’t you tell us that there were no reservation on the phone & told us to come and then denied us tables when there were clearly EMPY tables spat in the middle of the restaurant? We asked if we could use one of those empty tables since it was odd that it wasn’t occupied yet we can’t be seated at one of them. The guy then says«those are for 8 persons walk in(regarding the large detachable tables) and 2 persons walk in only». It was nearly 12 am and they were waiting for ONLY7 – 8 persons &2 persons walk ins. While we had a group of 4 waiting. Does that makes ANY sense to any of you? It’s all good. We went down to ACEKING — a 2 mins walk down, next to Bambu/Lion Market & had a better time with BETTER food. Their SoJu was bomb, loved the fried rice & their skewers. Sia– C-YA!

I can’t believe that I haven’t rated it here yet! Haha… well, I will have to change that. This a great hangout for food and drinks. Better than K-Pop café in Fremont. I have been here with my family or just hangin’ out with my adult kids chatting and getting to know about their week. We can stay here for awhile and no one kicks you out. They open till late on weekends. The place is not huge but has enough space for small groups. I recommend coming here early if you have a large group as it will get crowded. I like the music if you’re into k-pop. Hehe. ;-D Great service and good food. Food is like Americanized Korean food. There are some foods I don’t care for but overall, plates here are full of flavor. Prices are decent, too. I love the spicy fish cakes, rolls or fries but the best are the drinks! The soju cocktails are my favorite and packs a punch with lots of fruit bits, too. Lychee is my fave! Man! At first, drinking this, you don’t feel anything as it takes like juice but it will hit you especially when you have an empty stomach. Surprise surprise! Love it here and will be back for more!

I went here with my friend for dinner and left happily with a full stomach and leftovers! The prices here are not too bad and I would definitely go again if I were in the area. Also, what’s great about this place is that it opens until 2AM, efficient for those late-night munchies! Some of the dishes that we ordered include: Seafood Pancake — I am a seafood pancake addict, no lie. I will order this dish at any Korean restaurant because I know how good they taste, but this specific entrée here was lacking a lot. The seafood pancake batter didn’t taste very good, and the green onions were SO huge that they overpowered the flavorless batter. I wouldn’t recommend ordering the pancake here. Spam w/Kimchi Sushi — I would recommend this because it is highly addicting. As soon as you eat a piece, you’ll go for another one. Before you know it, it’ll be gone before your eyes. This dish is pretty much self-explanatory and tastes just like it sounds — a delicious bite of rice, seaweed, spam, and kimchi. Garlic Soy Chicken Wings — Absolutely delicious! The chicken meat is tender and the garlic soy flavoring that coats the chicken wing is phenomenal. I would definitely recommend ordering these. The reason that I gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars was the lack of customer service provided at our table. I believe the restaurant was not that packed, but the waiter didn’t even seem to look in our direction at all for us to catch his attention. I had to walk up to the counter two separate times to request something, and the first time, he failed to bring back what I requested. He apologized sincerely, which was nice; however, I am not too big of a fan of restaurants where you have to chase down your server when it’s not that busy.

Sia Fusion Eatery offers amazing food for great prices. This is my go-to late night spot to get food and drinks. It doesn’t get too busy on the weekends. I don’t think I’ve ever waited for a seat here. The service can get pretty slow when all tables are taken up, you’ll have to flag them down occasionally. 10 $ minimum charge for card. Below is what I had most recently. –Seoul burger: I always get it whenever I come here. For 8 $, you get a regular burger with Bulgogi, egg, an amazing sweet & spicy sauce that comes on the side, pickled daikon, and a bucket of fries. This burger alone gets me really full. Warning, your hands will get dirty while eating. It’s packed with meat and other goodies. The juices ooze out of the burger, and soak up the bread pretty quickly. Make sure you eat it fast and I’m sure you will because its a really good burger! –Spam Kimchi Roll: They give you a huge roll, this can easily be shared with 3 – 4 people. Its nothing too fancy and its pretty good. The spam overpowers the kimchi so you get mostly spam and rice flavor with the seaweed. –Pitcher of Hite: I prefer a pitcher of OB but the pitcher can fill about 6.5 cups with the cups they give you. They are smaller beer mugs. For $ 30, my GF and I had all this amazing food & beer and left over Spam Kimchi Roll. I’ve also had the wings, bulgogi wrap, and seafood pancake before. These dishes are good as well. The bulgogi wrap has to be the best deal. They give you TWO burritos for $ 8!!!

My friend recommended for me to order the Seoul Burger with an order of sweet potato fries(extra $ 2.00 for ordering the sweet potato or onion rings, but it comes with an regular order of fries). The order of sweet potato fries came first. The fries was really hot but tasted crispy and delicious, like sweet potato fries should taste like. The patty marinated in Korean BBQ sauce with slices of bulgogi tasted really good! You must eat the burger with the dipping sauce provided and you might ask for more because the sauce is just that good. It kind of ruined the moment of me enjoying the wonderful burger. When I went for another bit of the delicious burger, I realized the texture was off because I ate a piece of the egg shell which came from the egg. I wish my eggs didn’t come with tiny piece of egg shell. I wish the egg was a little runny. It would have tasted a little better.
