this place is gross! I don’t even have high standards for Chinese and this is bad. I ordered Ramen soup with pork and cabbage and what I got was a watered down gross excuse for broth with some disgusting veggies that I couldn’t even stomach. btw no ramen it was vermicelli. No amount of salt could help this flavorless… not flavorless it was bad. My husband got the beef with ramen and again… it had vermicelli and spinach??? I don’t know why. It was a touch better but not really anything I would even give to a homeless person. Finally we got the fried dumplings. They were not seasoned at all and soggy although they were supposed to be fried. DONOTWASTEYOURTIMEORMONEY. You will be going hungry if you order from here. The only thing that was going for them was quick delivery. If your drunk and have no taste buds then go ahead and go for it. If you have any self respect don’t bother.

Tourist trap. From the sign«Peking Duck House» I thought, «at least their peking duck should be good» Sometime’s I don’t make good decisions. This was one of the worst in recent memory.

I live in Midtown West, therefore Lucky Sunday is one of a handful of places where you can get Phở. That being said, it’s a cheap and quick bite type of restaurant so you shouldn’t t expect much service. The food and beverages are acceptable, but warning — often inconsistent. The spring rolls are large one day and tiny the next… and seems to contain different ingredients… which always confuses me, the plum soda drink tastes different each time i go. They also have cashiers that take orders worse than some delis. They rush you on the phone even when they don’t understand your order. several times, when it arrives it’s not what you ordered, you call them… they’re rude and annoyed that you want to get the right thing. This is when i found out they RECYCLESPRINGROLLS!!! so if u order spring rolls next tie… it could have been at someone else’s place and rejected. They wanted me to pay a price difference of $ 1.50, and wait another 40 min when they messed up my order. Terrible. Will not be going back there.

Had the Vietnamese bun noodles with roast pork. Small portions and price was too high for what I got. You get about three pieces of pork and a bunch of bones over the noodles. I was still hungry afterwards. There was some whirling noise in the background that was really annoying. Very dimly lit inside. Be careful getting overcharged here. Remember your dish prices!

What a pathetic excuse for a Chinese restaurant! Food is mediocre, it used to be better, but like the service, it has gone downhill. It’s digustingly dirty inside. The staff is completely rude and incompetent, most of all the person at the front desk. I advise people to stay away. There are much better places to go in the area, that are more deserving of people’s money.

The food was nothing special and the chicken was very greasy. But their menu has a lot of options, the waiter was attentive, and our dishes came in a reasonable amount of time. Adequate food, not great and very little ambiance.

I’ve been to this place a few times. It’s a lot better than most chinese food in the neighborhood. Their shrimp and black bean sauce is excellent. Their tofu dishes(general tso and sesame) are pretty good too. Service is fast, though they seem to always forget to give us the freebee fried crackers with duck sauce. The waiter did disappear on us once though, probably to eat in the back… which is fine. For some odd reason, I like the style of their plates. The place is never crowded and delivery seems to be brisk.
