I’ve had great experiences with Jill Rosenfeld; she’s one of my favorite recruiters to work with. Very knowledgeable and easy to get along with. She’s not pushy or aggressive and only suggests jobs that are actually worth my while. She is very upfront and honest, and has great follow-​through. So many recruiters I’ve worked with have just left me hanging after I go on an interview, which is very unprofessional in my opinion. Jill is also very responsive to emails and phone calls — another biggie! Jill is the real deal. You won’t go wrong with her!

I lost my Job in November 2015 and was referred to Windsor Resources. Immediately I started working with Jill Shapiro and Jill Rosenfeld. At this time I was also working with several other recruiting agencies including GreenKey who was rated #1 on the list of recruiting agencies so I thought for sure they would be the ones to get me started on a new career path. Green Key DID NOT GET ME ONE INTERVIEW. from the beginning both Jill’s were so hands on so generous and always keeping in contact through email and/​or by phone. The had interviews lined up even inviting in the office for a prep interview to ensure I wouldnt say anything to scare the employers off. (This showed me how much they really cared). A month later Windsor Resources not only got me in the door but I was offered a full offer letter, higher pay, bonus, plus benefits from a company I cannot wait to join. I am so excited and thankful for this new opportunity. I am not sure who everyone worked with that rated them at a 1 or 2 but if you do go to Windosr make sure you ask for Jill Shapiro and Jill Rosenfeld. They do not disappoint!

I had a weird experience with Windsor. I heard back from a lady from here just asking to meet. At that point, I still had a job and was trying to arrange something with her. I suggested around 5:30.
She didn’t answer my email for days. I emailed again. She just said «I work until 3». Okay…
I got an unprofessional and uncomfortable vibe and did not meet with her. I felt like I was bothering her by telling her my current situation, experience etc. This wasn’t promising or worth my time.

Very unprofessional staff working here. I dealt with Sheila and she sent me to a job for two days. The second day, it was cancelled but she failed to notify me because she HAD to leave the office early (Obviously way before her shift was up) and left someone ELSE to tell me – who forgot. I’m in Brooklyn wondering why no one showed up and she texts me an hour after I texted her telling me it was cancelled. Then went on a tirade when I caught her in a lie, threatening to get the person who referred me fired, even referring to me as «ghetto» to that person when they called her (Would i be ghetto if I was white?). Long story short, I got in contact with the CEO and got my 8 hours for that day, while Sheila was TRYING to get me two, even though it was HER fault. She was so worried about covering up her tracks, she went on a unprofessional and very «ghetto» rage. Well. In the end I got my full 16 hours.
Don’t deal with this company and don’t deal with Sheila. Save the headache.

Im being generous and giving them two stars because they DID get me one interview. But the good ends there.
I worked with Tammi and Robert and i have to say they were both very unprofessional. I had received a call from Tammi after i had responded to a job opening on craigslist. While i was a bit skeptical, i made an appointment to see her but, i was NOT informed prior she was working from Florida due to a family emergency. While i am sympathetic i would have passed if i knew i was going all the way to the agency just for a skype session (lets not mention that one of her family members interrupted our session to talk to me!). Since she was away she had Robert fill in for her, who thought it would be okay to smoke one of those electric cigarettes throughout our talk and waste my time chatting about off topic subjects that were none of his business. In the end of course, i was promised that there were tons of places they could place me in.
A few WEEKS later, i i get a call from Tammi about a floating secretary job at the ENT department over at Cornell medical center. All they did was tell me the time and the place, i had to ASK Robert to send me the job requirements, and they weren’t even correct! The position was not for a «floating secretary» but a receptionist for the residents at the ENT dept. Not only did they sent me to a interview extremely unprepared and it showed, the people that interviewed me were extremely condescending and rude, it was terrible.
Obviously, i didn’t get a call back. Another waste of time, thanks Windsor!
The worst part of it all was when the agency called my previous employer, and in her words, «harassed her for 20 minutes» about my weaknesses! Unbelievable!
Don’t waste your time with another bullshit talking employment agency.

This is the worst recruiting agency I have ever worked with. The Account Manager, Richard Hauptman, had no idea what he was doing and when I eventually told him I was no longer interested working with him, the division president, Mike Zaremski, reached out to me in order to try to make things work. Mike was nothing but rude and arrogant, not to mention he only gets back to you when it benefits him. I would recommend to stay away from this firm at all costs. I have learned there are much more friendly and productive firms out there to work with.

I had a very pleasant experience with Windsor Resources. My recruiter, Tami Fleisher, was very observant with what I was looking for and helped significantly by leading me in the right direction for my next career move. It was obvious that Tami sincerely wanted to help me find a job that was the perfect fit for me. Tami helped me with perfecting my resume and prepped me for every single round of interviews. What I appreciated most from Tami was her follow up. She always made herself available if I ever had any questions or simply needed advise, she was always there. After my initial meeting with Tami, in no time, I’ve started working at my dream job at major institution in Manhattan with a spectacular group of people. Windsor is really doing something special, especially Tami!!! I would recommend her to anyone!!!

Amazing recruiting ethics. Highly recommend. Excellent management.

This is a great temp agency. I would give them 5 stars but they lost one of my checks and I had to pay $ 30 for a new one. Sheila however, is the best recruiter I’ve ever met hands down. she was so nice the first time I met her and assured me she would find me work. She booked me for many assignments when I couldn’t find anything and with a good pay rate. She even found me a permanent position with great pay at a wonderful company. I’m so grateful for her & all that she’s done. She really makes Windsor 5 star!

Unlike other staffing agencies, this is the only that had actually set me up on multiple interviews. Although I can only recommend Gwen and Sheila (moreso Gwen than Sheila as Sheila seems to have problems responding to phone calls/​emails). They have many other recruiters so it is possible the others do the classic, interview, and never call again routine.

Another agency that is a lot of talk and not much action. Gwen doesn’t seem to be able to listen or to read a resume properly.
They also checked my references (which are stellar) and then didn’t seem to have any work for me. I think they just wanted to collect names for their database.

I love this temp agency, they are professional and extremely helpful. They don’t just take your resume and say «I’ll call, if we have anything,» like a lot of agencies in New York. Gwen and Sheila have really been helpful in guiding me with tips on how to get the job. It’s the little things that most people don’t tell you, that they did – which helped me gain employment. From resume re-​writing, to interviewing tips they were in my corner every step of the way.

This gem of a staffing firm has a very special resource– Jill Shapiro. From the moment I met her, I was completely confident in her abilities and connections. She was positive she would find a position for me. This isn’t one of those recruiters who insists on putting you in a temp position. Jill and Donny have an incredible roster of companies and had me interviewing almost immediately. I appreciated the way Jill and Donny would take the time to prep me prior to an interview and give me all of the resources I would need. I have used other staffing firms– usually after the first interview, you have to harass them into calling you with opportunities. Windsor was the opposite. Jill and Donny always kept me apprised to the status of upcoming interviews through emails and phone calls. I will refer any talented job-​seeekers I know to this fantastic company and these talented people.

All talk. No action. No proof. And poof! The recruiters will disappear after you play phone tag a few times.
Though told I would be sent on interviews with ‘amazing companies’ ASAP, not one actually happened. I’ve never liked liars.
Think I will stick to the other firm I recently met (message me if you want the name, they seem great) with who actually works hard for their candidates. Even if I am just going on 90 minute interviews that never lead anywhere with the hardest questions I have ever been asked in my life. Hey, at least it gets me dressed up, out and about talking to real live people instead of the dim-​wits on the TV screen all day, some entertainment value (last interview was with one straaaange crew) and nice free cold bottles of water!
