I did not know a cell phone purchase could be so pleasant! I walked by the store after an exercise class and on a whim went in to see if I could switch out my Windows phone for a phone that had usable apps. Barry was very accommodating and kind. He explained all of my options and was also able to lower my monthly bill by a significant amount! My new phone was ordered and set-​up within 48 hours. A completely seamless transaction with an employee that obviously believes in and understands customer service. The other employees were just as helpful with their customers! This is the only Verizon store in NYC to visit and do business with!

I came in on a wimb walking by the store. I walked in and Barry immediately helped me and seamlessly assisted me in getting a new iPhone, he even figured out a way lower my plan and give me more data! Highly recommend going here and asking for Barry. He’ll hook you up.
