Do some comparison shopping before using this place. I was charged $ 130 for an iPhone 6 screen change today, and back in October paid $ 100 to get the screen fixed. They do good work, but checking online I found that Apple will replace iPhone 6 glass for ($ 109 non-​Apple Care pricing). That $ 118.67 with tax. Any other places in NYC also charge $ 109.
They also wanted to charge me $ 35 for the screen saver I previously purchased from them for $ 25 that I just found on Amazon for $ 10. So disappointed in this whole incident and will not be back.

Fast friendly service! My screen was shattered and icouldnt swipe into my phone but he fixed it under an hour and was super nice to offer a free case after i purchased a screen protector. In an out– got a pedicure and came right back and it was ready! I will be back here for all my phone needs.

I came here again after my iPhone 6 screen got completely shattered. What can I say? These guys are amazing not only that they fixed my phone within 20 minutes (I used the Unilocal deal so it was also cheaper) they also gave me a good price on a tempered glass screen protector! Absolutely will come back again and recommend my friends.

I’d been meaning to get my iPhone 6 screen fixed and then dropped it and shattered the screen to the point that the phone was unusable… at 1pm on Thanksgiving Day. Shop after shop said in their voicemail message that they would be reopening tomorrow or Saturday, but when I reached Today’s Mobile, Max simply said, «Yes we are open, please come in.» The price was not cheap ($ 170 for a new screen and screen protector) but the turnaround was quick and the quality of the repair was excellent. Max was pleasant to chat with while I waited. Convenient location, too.

They not only replaced my screen for a great price (better than other competitors) but also threw in a bundle deal for me. They were very sweet and helpful and had my phone ready within an hour of me showing me. Definitely recommend them!
This is an additional review for my revisit with the store. There was a misunderstanding with how much I paid. He told me to come in, after explaining the confusion, instead of just sending me on my way, he was sweet enough to offer me something from the store so that I didn’t travel all the way there for nothing. Amazing people!

Max cares that his customers are satisfied.
I’d expect most places to be difficult and not care once they have your cash but this isn’t one of those places. The day after I got my screen replaced it started acting up a bit so I brought it back the next day and they gladly swapped it out again for free, no questions asked. It sounds like it was an occasional issue with their supplier and they have a warranty through them so it wasn’t a big deal at all, nor was it really a fault of their own.
After over a month with my new screen I can report it’s doing great. I couldn’t even tell a difference between it and the original and I used to work at Apple. The only two little things I’ve noticed (that aren’t even real problems) are that sometimes I notice a very subtle and temporary burn in from the keyboard but it goes away if you turn off the screen for 30 seconds. Also, my home button rotates a bit now but it still works perfectly and feels normal so who cares.
I’d definitely go back and will be recommending Max to all my coworkers.

DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS. TOTAL SCAM.
I took my iphone 5 in to be jailbroken/​unlocked. After charging me $ 90 to do so, they didn’t actually do anything to the phone. Complete waste of time and energy. Store clerk was rude and belittling. I’ve repeatedly asked for a refund to no avail and now have to take it up with my bank.

Just as others have described, this store is honest and efficient and gets your cracked phone screen fixed in about 15 – 20 minutes.
And that’s a rare thing in this part of town where I“ve had very mixed experiences with phone and computer purchase and repair.
Today’s Mobile has a printed schedule of fees for each kind of service and phone which they will present to you so there is no haggling or confusion. Older phones cost more than newer phones in some cases, i.e. my 5C iPhone cost $ 108 with tax to fix, and I got the Unilocal $ 10 for $ 20 coupon as a first-​time customer to get a discount. There are people who will argue that you can find another place to do this for $ 55. OK, but then you will have to give up your phone overnight and come back for it and I didn’t have time for that.
That fee includes a new protective cover on the face of your phone which I opted to get as I only had one on the back which is why the front cracked.
There was no long wait and a number of other customers were efficiently handled as I waited for my order. This is so unlike so many phone-​related stores that you have to make this your destination for broken phones.

Quick turnaround (iphone screen fixed within the hour) and super friendly service.
I work in an office across the street from the shop and Max knows all of my colleagues by name. Anytime someone needs an iPhone fixed, we know exactly where to go.

These guys were completely sweet, kind, professional, apologetic when appropriate, and they fixed my iphone 6 screen without the blink of an eye. They also gave me a free iphone screen protector and were willing negotiate prices, without being too pushy about anything. I have never seen finer customer service.
I will definitely go back again, as I already have broken my screen again (clumsy little thing, I am).

Friendly staff, quick turnaround on repairs, and convenient — they’re in Flatiron, near Koreatown, in-​between the 6 and N/​R trains.
They have phones for sale, but I’ve only used them for service: most recently I had a phone with an inactive screen, and Max helped replace it within a day. They take cash (of course), and credit cards.
So far, so good, everything’s working, and now I’m trying to figure out which phone I want to use for my main one…
