Come here if you would like to spend 2hours AFTER your appt time! Worst place ever. No customer service whatsoever and did I mention the wait time!!! The one star they received is for the cleanliness!!!

Absolutely NO customer service. No acknowledgement when I stepped up to the desk — not even a smile. Once in the room — the tech said– «Uhhh yeah its probably benign» and left the room. No instructions of what to do with my gown– or hey– here’s some wipes to get the KY off your chest. JUST ridiculous. Be kinder to your patients. This is your everyday but not mine. I was nervous that day going in to check the lump in my breast– so maybe JUST maybe the staff could be a little more empathetic.

I don’t know, maybe there’s a better place to get diagnostic imaging done. Maybe a place where they serve you drinks while you wait. Until I find that place, I’m going to go here from now on. I’ve been to different places for sonograms, MRI’s, X-​Rays, and this place has been the best by far. 1^st: new and clean! How nice is that? 2^nd: open late! OMG I had my appointment at 6:30 pm after work. They have appointments till 8pm! 3^rd: I MADE MY APPOINTMENT ONLINE. I just looked at available times and chose a time convenient for me. 4^th: wait time. I did wait approximately 5 minutes after when my appointment was supposed to be. I was five minutes early. Total wait time, 10 minutes. OH WAIT, I almost forgot, they made a CD of my images by the time I got downstairs to pick it up.
So, I’ve been other places and they’ve been okay, but I’ve easily waited 20 minutes for the CD at the end of the visit… or told to come back later.
The bad: my technician was perfectly pleasant and professional, but seemed nervous.

Terrible!!! I wanted my disc of a CT scan sent to a doctor outside of the NYC area (New Rochelle, not too far). It’s been over a week and the disc has not arrived. No one can tell me where it is because they did not send it with a tracking number. They are so disorganized. No one knows anything.
It’s so frustrating!!!

Super fast, no wait, and very nice people. Clean, new, it is a good one to go !!!

Just came from Union Square Diagnostic Imaging (West). I am more that happy to report that Jackie, Shanette and Lena at the front desk were so nice they all made me feel right at home on the both days I was there. Yesterday, LaDonna did a very precise and accurate ultra sound for me that was much needed and was very revealing. This Ultra Sound was reviewed by Dr Ho MD, which just happened to be on the spot. I very impressed to say the least. Dr Ho was friendly, professional and so helpful you cannot imagine. I found his personal and professional interest in my case extremely outreaching, definitely hard to find these days. Today I had my CT done by Susan, again nothing but high grades. Susan was courteous, professional and made me feel really relaxed during the entire procedure. In all honesty I must say I was comforted by her 17 years of experience and attention to all.
so hey ! hats off to Union Square Diagnostic Imaging (West) for maintaining the high standards that are so much needed today’s world, and thanks to all there for doing what that do so well.
Want to go to an extremely well run establishment, this is it.

I went to your facility for an XRAY and was very impressed with your staff. They were informative and very helpful and prompt. I spoke with Christina, who answered all my questions and was so friendly. She greeted me with a smile and calmed my nerves immediately. I also dealt with Susan who was patient being that I was so nervous. I would definitely return back based on how nicely I was treated. I understand how nerve wrecking these tests can be and I greatly appreciate how attentive everyone was. Christina was my main contact person and again she went out of her way to make sure I was OK and comfortable. Thank you for the great service!

I made an appt for 12:15 and ended up getting seen at 1pm. When I asked the front desk staff about this delay, she said its a walk-​in center which means first-​come, first-​served. Moreover, I filled out all the forms online including attaching photos of my insurance card only to find out that their system doesn’t work so I had to fill out the same form. Total waste of time and they don’t seem to be bothered by any of these.

Please give your receptionist a class in proper phone etiquette when it comes to answering phones, Called to speak to medical records, phone was answered by a female who did not state her name (which I eventually found out was Christina because I ask) nor place of business. I believe your first impression is your last and this surely isn’t a way to start off when greeting patients.

I waited 45 minutes for the staff to prepare a room for a scheduled biopsy, which means they were unprepared. Had to complain about it to the office manager. No one asked me about my medical history until during the procedure, when it first occurred to Dr. Oh to ask about my bleeding tendency. Dr. Oh’s fingers seemed inexperienced during the biopsy.

I got there 20 minutes early, which I recommend for any appointment. Just like some other reviews, the front desk staff are not friendly. I said, «Good Morning. How are you?» She looked at me with a deadpan expression, put a clipboard on the counter and told me to fill it out. It wasn’t horrible, but going in for an MRI is a bit stressful. Would a greeting with a smile kill her? Thankfully, that was the only downside. I waited less then 5 minutes. The tech performing the MRI was nice and professional.
Days later when I needed copies of the results, their records dept dealt with it quickly and kindly.

Over an hour wait. No explanation until I asked. Receptionist was not helpful. Technician was great. Based on the other reviews, they need to get their act together when it comes to scheduling. This is NYC, people don’t have time to waste.

I went for a mammogram and an MRI. I was taken on time for the mammogram but then had to go downstairs for the MRI. I had arranged for my doctor’s office to fax over my prescription over a week before my appointment. I triple checked with both offices that the prescription had been faxed and received. But when I got downstairs, I was told that they didn’t have it. They proceeded to call my doctor’s office and for the next hour told me that they hadn’t yet received it. I then called the dr’s office and got right through. They told me that they had faxed it over an hour before. While I had them on my phone, I told the 2 receptionists what I had been told. They again said they hadn’t gotten it and my doctor’s office should try emailing it. I then noticed some paper in the fax machine and asked them to check if this was my prescription. It was. It was sitting there for who knows how long while the receptionists did nothing to get this done. I spent 2 ½ hours there unnecessarily. They have to get their act together!

This place is great. The person I spoke with on the phone was really nice and I was able to schedule my appointment for the next day (another place closer to my house wanted me to wait two weeks). They even called me the day of to let me know I could come earlier if I wanted. I was in and out in under an hour. Everything was sparkling clean and every person working there was sweet and kind. I hope I don’t have to get another MRI but if I do, I’ll go there for sure. Also — super close to the train which was another plus for me.
