Not the most knowledgeable vitamin shoppe store clerks in the world, but they are bilingual, which is a plus for our diverse neighborhood. I am docking 1 star for selection. This vitamin shoppe has better selection and prices than the GNC down the street, but it really has a limited selection of protein flavors. STOCK MORE FRUIT FLAVORS in brands other than Isopure and Quest!
They have a really great selection of supplements for women, mass gainers, pre-​workout boosters, diet pills, ammino acids, creatine, and even a limited selection of post cycle recovery chemicals that can be taken as test boosters too. I am happy with the prices, which are comparable to other vitamin shoppes and way better than GNC. There’s always something on sale here!

A nice little store with good prices and friendly staff. They let me look around without pushing products I don’t want and trying to sell me something else when I’m checking out like that other health food mega-​store likes to do.

The personnel is not well-​informed if not ignorant and, what’s more important, not really willing to assist. Once I wanted to return something I had to wait for 10 min for the manager who never showed up…
Note: I’m really disappointed in THAT very branch, not VS on the whole: been to other 3 locations — the service is excellent.
